A perfect wine tasting experiment : great wines, very knowledgeable and theatrical wine taster! They don't export to Belgium but recommend Canette in Bruxelles as an importer. Their wines are excellent, and have a special sense of equilibrium, using both local and French grapes varieties. Very recommended!

Huge winery, friendly staff, informative tour and wine tasting in the end. Price could be a little better (E9 with 4 glasses of wine). Bottles can be bought at a discount!

Excellent winery for visiting, very interesting, is the most organized in Nemea territory! Love Fleva syrah and their viognier and chardonnay options!

Excellent knowledgeable and super friendly staff. We learned alot about Greek wines. The best wines we have tasted in Greece. Was a bit surprised the tasting fee was not waived when we bought some bottles of wine. Our fault as we should have asked.

Nice winery, the guide was very helpful, and explained the winery's desire to resurrect and maintain ancient greek grape variety's and techniques, including using clay amphora for fermentation and maturation. The 4 wine tasting was good, and we bought a couple of wines for the road (very good price). They don't ship to the US for individual customers, but they did give us the names of their distributors, and we bought a case of their white Moscofilero and red St George once we go home. A lovely afternoon

Dedicated wine tasting and tour requires bookings but worth it. Often get tour groups through but we managed a day in advance notice. 4 or 6 wine tasting from $16. Great setting and wine information.

Honored to be at this winery while enjoying many superb wines and a tremendous meal with a bunch of wine experts brought to Greece through New Wines of Greece in 2020, I tasted wines from, without question, one of the great wineries of Greece. Housed in Nemea, surrounded by beautiful mountains, lovely vineyards and above the door outside read the word OINOPOIEIO (wine making) and inside a large banner set high in eyesight as you walk into the winery that says, “Dionysus.” This is so important because it demonstrates how this winery reaches back to thousands of years of wine making traditions. The Aghiorghitiko grape (Saint George) that stretches back into antiquity, is the featured red grape of Nemea. They also make French varietal wines and blends. On the white side, I rather loved Moscofilero and Assyrtiko. George Skouras is a great person & host, and I enjoyed getting to know him. I have written about most of these wines in my book, Divine Vintage, and several articles. If you have not tasted Greek wines, this winery offers but you need to get started. Hopefully we can put together a Greek wine symposium in the United States where George and other great wine makers of Greece can attend. I will be back but next time with my wife.
