We absolutely love Paul and the Glazed Crew! They helped cater our dessert table for our wedding in 2018 and did an incredible job; our guests loved the donuts! Their delicious donuts and positive vibes always make our weekends a little brighter. Fill-it-Fridays are fun to look forward to - the cannoli stuffed donut is our absolute favorite. But we love trying all their creations! Glazed is a must-try if you’re near the Syracuse area! And if not, make the trip!

Best donuts in Central New York! The donut creativity is always moving and inspiring. Note: some donuts are better warm than cold.

Maybe I should have ordered a hot donut vs. getting the ones that's been sitting in the window. I got the Oreo & fruity pebbles. Being pregnant there's not many options. I wanted to treat myself but wasn't satisfied with the donut texture. Dry an stale. Wouldn't recommend anything sitting in the window. The woman decorating the donuts without proper food safety gloves was off-putting as well. Front counter girl was sweet. Good customer service on her end.

Stop Now! Go to this donut shop. First off their shop is small but easily accessible if you get there early. Their selection was top notch as they had gourmet donuts for everyone’s taste. Along with the regulars they had a special of the day that was to die for. The cereal killer was a top favorite of our groups! Take the time and stop by

While on my trip to Syracuse my family found this cool looking doughnut shop the vibe was very funky and fun loved all the decor!! 🍩 We got 1 of every single donut and they were all delicious, our favorites were The Buckeye, Cereal Killer, and The Elvis such fun flavors that tasted amazing also the price was pretty good $20 for a dozen assorted doughnuts <3 Then we saw the T-shirts and HAD to go back and buy them!!

Their donuts are always fresh and so tasty!! The strawberry shortcake one is my favorite! We recently did a large, special order for school staff as a welcome back to school treat. G&C was so easy to work with and individually packaged each donut for us! The staff loved it!! Thank you so much ❤️

Great local donut spot with fun & fancy choices. I personally prefer yeast donuts and most of the ones here are cake. Some special edition ones result in long lines. I would like to see a more streamlined online ordering process. I have to HT for the kid designed business concept, so no lost star for those weaknesses.

The donuts are very good, but they're all essentially the same, common kind (cake donuts) with different frostings; it would be nice to see a bit more originality. They also have good strong coffee, in fact, I've gone here many times for only the coffee, and will likely continue to do so. There's very little room to sit, and no public bathroom. This shop is a valuable part of the local color, and I'm glad my neighborhood has it, but in a vibrant town like Downtown Syracuse, you will find better places to visit. Overall, this spot gets a B+ from my accounting, and it is my sincere hope that they will improve that grade to an A.

Cake donuts aren't my favorite 🤷‍♂️ but they were smaller and not dry at all! Toppings were tasty! Especially the Cinnamon Roll and French Toast!

I have wanted to stop here forever. Their presentation and marketing get 5 stars, everything was amazing from the look of the donuts to the storefront to the food truck, everything matched and meshed together we'll. Good music, good coffee. For the price of the donuts, they were small, and I did not find them to be extraordinary. They were good donuts, but for the price and the size I expected to be wowed. I would definitely choose them over Dunkin or gas stations any day!

We try to go out this way semi-frequently. We've never had a flavor we didn't like and the base donut is literally mouth-watering by itself. We've managed to go to a couple of fill-it Fridays and the donuts have always been absolutely smashingly good. The kids and my husband and I are huge fans! We devour these donuts with delight every time we get them!

Date of visit: Sat Aug 19 We stopped into Glazed & confused donuts on a road trip that took us through Syracuse. This cute little shop is located in the downtown core and is a very vibrant and fun shop. The décor is a retro 50s style with lots of sputnik lamps, and space design. They have a lot of fun and unique flavours. We got cereal, Nutella, and a few other fun flavours. They offer a number hot & cold beverages. The donuts were very tasty and fresh. The servers were very friendly, engaging and patient. The shop is located just steps away from a downtown core where there was a morning market in the canal, surrounded by huge historic beautiful buildings.

These donuts are so extra but so good. They're absolutely iconic and it's incredible to watch them continue to cement their place in Syracuse lore. The French Toast donut is my favorite!

They’re okay🤷🏽‍♀️. Looks better than they taste to me but the base donut itself is good.
