I got 1/2 dozen donuts and the special Cannoli donut. Trust me, all of them were so soft (except the Jelly Stick) and delicious. Went there at 6:15 in the morning on a Sunday and fortunately there were no lines. But, when i left, the line was forming up. The lady at the counter, Joann, was so sweet. She didn't rush me and double checked with me if I wanted a powdered or glazed Cannoli. Overall, a must try in the Rochester area. N.B: Go early if you want to find and taste any specific flavor.

Please, for all that is good and holy, visit this donut shop/cafe. My friends and I are from out of town and we wondered over to Ridge Donut because we heard of the hype. I also checked the reviews knowing that hype doesn't always mean it's great but WOW, was I mistaken. This is very much a mom and pop shop. They have little seating and seats at the bar. You can order donuts from the counter or have table service. Each and every one of these employees were caring, sweet, and patient. Now to the donuts: I haven't had a perfectly crafted donut in such a long time and these cured me. The famous apple fritter was unbelievably fresh. I could smell the yeast. The glaze wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. The apples were real. The simple glazed had the perfect bite - not too chewy, not too greasy. Simply PERFECT. I wish I lived in the area. I'd be a regular.

Hands down the best place for donuts in The Roc. There is nothing that can top their hand cut glazed, or sour cream donut. Just the absolute best quality donuts you'll find, with an awesome group of employees. The wait in line is worth the donut!

Wonderful donuts but also a great breakfast sandwich! We stopped in after a run for some coffee and donuts but ended up getting the breakfast sandwich too!

We are big fans of Ridge Donuts. We actually live right next to Donuts Delight, but it is no contest which one is better… I will drive the 10 minutes to Ridge every time. We have even done “blind” side-by-side taste tests just for fun. Hands-down, they have the best apple fritter of any apple fritter I’ve ever eaten, anywhere. My top five are all incredibly good there. Apple Fritter, Original Glazed, Chocolate Glazed, Hot Cross Buns, and Sour Cream. Both Donuts Delight and Ridge Donuts offer a cannoli donut, the filling at Ridge is perfect. It is not as thick and dry as the filling at donuts delight so it really adds to the donut. That is my husband‘s favorite. The kids love all the donuts really haha, but the original with chocolate frosting on top, the headlights, and the lemon filled powdered donuts are some of the favorites. I can also personally recommend their cinnamon rolls, which are massive. I have eaten these even four days after buying them and they are still delicious. Best donuts ever… The End. 😏

Same old school as it's always been! By far thee BEST donuts in the area! Beats all the other places by miles. Great coffee too! Donuts are real donuts (the way they should be). Easily twice the size of anyplace else. Huge variety of them too - and all super fresh. If you're going to have a donut, do yourself a huge favor and go here! You'll be glad you did!

excellent. large filled donuts. 6 donuts in a box, was as heavy as a dozen donuts from local competitors. its my new favorite place. i gurantee you won’t miss dunkin or hegedorns.

Even with a long line out in the parking lot, only took about 15-20 mins. The donuts are amazing and service is very good. Their wide selection varies day to day, but they are usually pretty flexible if you want something not currently available.

I miss my mom but this was her favorite place for donuts and today I thought about her and the donuts so I got me some. Thanks you are the best.

It was my first time at ridge donut cafe. I've always seen it, always went by it, but finally decided to go in. The donuts are fantastic, and the selection is enormous. Definitely has Dunkin donuts beat, although that's probably not really saying much. The staff are hard-working very pleasant to be around, and it seems like a lot of regulars go there. I will definitely go there again, and looking forward to the next time. Highly recommend it. I may even do lunch instead of donuts just to see how their food is, but if you want donuts that's the place to go.

Donuts are the absolute best! We usually take them home, but today I thought it would be fun to eat inside. It was a weekday morning, so it was quiet. The tables were not clean & the bathroom was FILTHY. Worse than most gas stations. It’s best to get your donuts to go.

The blueberry cake is my absolute favorite! And with a cup of coffee, there's no better duo. But the crown jewel of this place is the staff. They're always so kind, and so spirited. I can't wait until my next visit!

I don't live in Rochester. Anytime I do make it up there. Have to stop at Ridge donuts to get donuts!! Again I had people with me. They love stopping there as well for their large donuts!!! So worth it.

The servers were very friendly and fast, the cashier friendly and helpful. It was very busy and the customers were very patient. The donuts are very tasty, and they have a wide variety to choose from. I will definitely go back for more donuts.

The 4 stars are for the donuts . I just left and all I can say is there is one particular young lady that needs to learn what customer service means , I went to the counter and was greeted with “ what do you want “ I then proceed to tell her my order , I told her I wanted 3 donuts , a Boston crème , chocolate with sprinkles , and a cannoli donut . She responds “ hold on , so you want an apple fritter ,and what else “ I then tell her , no and repeat my order .. the other lady making my cannoli donut then says I can head over to the register and cash out while I wait and I said I’m just waiting on the third donut .. the girl that took my order then responded I didn’t have knowledge of the third donut by the way to the lady making my cannoli donut … yes except I started my order with I’m going to get 3 donuts . Maybe it was just an off day but today was the first day I was ever treated like that at Ridge Donuts . They usually are great all around .

Of all the donut shops I've visited in all my trips around the sun (and there have been many of both) this donut shop is, hands down, the best. The variety of donuts is large. The donuts themselves are large. All are fresh and very, very tasty. Most times, there is a line at the door but it moves pretty quickly. Worth the trip, wherever you are around the sun.

I am a donut connoisseur. We were passing through and picked up half a dozen on our way to the airport to fly back home this morning. Oh my. This may be the best raspberry-filled donut I have ever had. Light, yeasty, not at all greasy, and full of jam. Good thing its a two hour flight or I would be there every weekend.

Easily the best donuts I've ever had. The apple fritters are their specialty! If someone brings donuts from somewhere else I don't even bother with them. It is just not worth it to eat inferior donuts once you have had Ridge Donuts!

This is my go to for REAL donuts! Real cream in the Bavarian Cream. Absolutely perfect. The fritters are amazing too. Everything I've tried has been exceptional.

I've never had or enjoyed donuts so delicious & so Big in my entire life‼️😋 I'm 57yrs old. I Wish they culd be delivered. So many would love to enjoy that are unable to because of disabilities & the inability to get to The only location to get the Very Best Donuts & Pastries. I hope they work on allowing others to Enjoy What Donut Café Offers.

I'm a big fan of ridge donuts apple fritter and by the time I get there to pick up my donuts are still somewhat warm. Staff is friendly most of the time. Recommend it if you want something quick, but you should order ahead of time. Lines are way too long in the morning.
