Heard this place was known for the Peanut Sticks so I ordered 4 of them. Everything else looked good too but inventory was getting low, I came in an hour before closing so it was understandable. The Peanut Sticks, my god, they were really really good. The crunch of the peanuts and then the softness inside, amazing food!

Tucked away off one of the main streets is Paula’ Donuts. Although everyone mentions Tim Hortons, I decided to try Paula’s. It did not disappoint! I got a coffee and sausage, egg,and cheese sandwich on a bagel! Well worth it!

I love Paula’s Donuts and have been a customer for over ten years. Whenever I cross the border, one of my go-to places is Paula’s, where I order my favorite, the Frosted Angel Cream. This time, I lived on the edge and preordered specialty donuts: Maple Bacon Cinnamon Roll, Cannoli Donuts, Maple Angel Cream and Cookies and Cream. My freezer is now stocked until I cross the border again and indulge in these heavenly pleasures. Totally worth the drive from Canada!

Good pricing. And the donuts are delicious and decadent, which is my preference. If you’re not into piles of frosting and richness, you probably won’t like them. Their breakfast sandwiches were good too. Wish I lived closer.

Paula's donuts were just okay. There is a lot to choose from. There isn't a shortage of variety. The customer service is very good. Cashier's are very knowledgeable and courteous. Some of our donuts were hard and didn't taste any better than a gas station donut. The powdered filled donuts are delicious. I also tried a cheese danish. The cashier warmed it for me and that made a huge difference. It was simply too hard straight out of the case. When you opt to dine in store they do serve you off glass plates which I thought was a nice touch. Maybe if some of the donuts were served warm they would taste a lot better. Majority of the ones we tried were pretty hard. They also didn't have a fresh taste to them. Not the worst donuts I've ever had, Just middle of the road okay.

Easy to park. Well defined waiting line. Excellent prices. AMAZING bakery. Clean bathrooms. Was a great start to my day.

I ordered the peanut stick, as recommended by a YouTuber. It tasted like a solid piece of very dry cake/donut rolled around in peanut, so do not suggest you get this. There’s a large selection of donuts so perhaps the other ones are better. The positive is that it did only cost USD $2. The area felt quite dodgy and it’s a dated place that felt like I was stepping back in time. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Paula's Donuts is so good! Donuts are always fresh and delicious. The Peanut Butter Angel is amazing. Can't go wrong with any of the options, honestly. Plus, great prices as well!

Great selection of huge donuts! I tried the Chocolate Frosted Bavarian and the Powder Angel Cream and they both tasted fresh and homemade. I placed an online order and it was packaged for me and ready to go at the assigned pick up time. The workers were pleasant and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for another treat soon!

We have been at the Tonawanda location twice however they were closed. We finally made it during opening hours and we were not disappointed. Our biggest hit was the Canoli donut. OMG it was amazing but so many more to try. The store was clean and the service was outstanding. We went at about 320pm on a Monday so I'm not sure how crazy it gets in the mornings.

Freshly made Massive size donuts. The coffee is ok. Lol.. A local place that manages to keep that fresh delicious pastry moving to the line of people anxiously waiting for their turn. It's definitely worth it.

Nice customer service but food way too sweet. One donut has about 1000 grams of sugar.

By far some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. They have the classics and some specialty donuts and pastries as well. The staff was very friendly as well. I will be going back!

I was craving Paula's Donuts so I grabbed a dozen after work. Although I admit there was sticker shock ($21 for a dozen), I simply forgot about it after biting into a Pumpkin Spice donut. Life is good...

Simply the best donuts on the planet (that I’ve tried at least). Big selection, big sizes, big flavor. My personal favorite is the “Headlight”, I get this multiple times every trip to Buffalo. There is a reason Paula’s won best donuts in New York State from USA Today!

Paula’s, I used to love your giant apple fritter, it was such a classic. But what is this? I ordered apple fritter, but this is NOT an Apple fritter! ☹️ for whatever donut this is, it’s just ok, too much apple filling and overly sweet and alcohol-ish for some reason… it made the boring chocolate sour cream donut the highlight of the order… I understand you have a labor shortage, but please stay classic and cool!

lots of options. but they never have the churro donuts when i stop by. are they seasonal? some donuts are more like desserts. their breakfast sandwiches are very good too. i got the cookie dough one (pictured) and a boston cream.

The angel creme is so light and fluffy! These doughnuts are so delicious, it's a must stop every time I'm in Buffalo!

Had the powdered Angel 😇 I love it, though my favorite is the Peanut butter cream Angel donut 👌 Paula's will forever be my favorite donut shop! They have lots of speciality donuts for a good price and they all taste very good! I always come here as a treat though because of their high quality and richness of the flavors! I 100% recommend
