Nice upmarket clothing however sales people are arrogant with a lot of attitude the sales staff would benefit from a week of training in customer service and politeness in London or US to learn how to treat customers with respect. Limited choices of brands but the best friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever come across all around the world. Giorgia is an asset to Luisa world, Kolonaki. One day, if I open a similar store in Turkey, I’d try to transfer her. Thanks again for all the hospitality. Lots of love from Istanbul

I found extremely rude the fact that a sales assistant said to her colleague to keep an eye on the clients not to steal anything in Greek !!! How Classy ?!

I was closely followed by the salesman wherever I would go, he was literally breathing in my neck, although i was planning to buy a pair of shoes I left the store, because of the the pressure and constant following of me.

Do not order from this site. Not only did my YSL shoes arrive with only one protective bag instead of 2 for each shoe as usual with YSL (they steal the protective bags), but also one of the shoes was scratched. Unprofessional.

I have come across this shop last week in Athens and pleasantly surprised to see range of different brands they have and very interesting selections. Staff have been very friendly and trying their best to find the sizes for me. In particular Michael was the one who really took his way to try to find me the outfit for my evening. Luisa is my go to when I visit Greece. The Kolonaki Central Athens store and in Mykonos of course. The largest and most diverse range of carefully selected and curated designer clothes and accessories. And when they have sales, they are TRUE SALES! The staff is so helpful and my favourite PA is a sweet girl Ifigeneia. Always happy to help, suggest but never pushy. Offering advice and alternatives when I am stuck on a particular outfit. Can’t speak highly enough of the great vibe of this store. A must.

Good fashion is a desert in athens - Luisa addresses this to a degree but the menswear is ultra safe and basically luxe brand dull. Staff tend to have a bit of attitude in this store but maybe that's just me. I found nothing I wanted . Try number 3 on the main drag or go to another country .

Its a very big and shiny shop with all the top brands very well presented . Very good customer care in a one to one shopping experience. Must say i have been served several times by Ifigeneia who was very polite , helpful and smiley. The best you need for shopping!
