Went to the store to buy bathroom ceiling fan. Associate who spoke English language was very helpful and she advised me to buy one that was €14.98. When I went to the register thay charged me €18.98. After noticing the difference in price I went to Service desk in order to get my price corrected and return of funds difference. Believe it or not it took 20 minutes for the process of refunding €4.00. The process and paperwork is overwhelming and I believe that amount of paper , printing ink and time spent making this refund exceeded the amount of the refund. Time wasted is not even a subject for discussion. Overall the store is very clean and very well supplied. On other hand parking lot is not the best architectural idea.

Very bad experience. Made an order before 2 weeks. And should receive it with in one week. Now not even answer the phone keep on waiting .then promise to call back ......which never happen .........SHAME.

Everything so bad! The people that they arw attending you are really rude and without any kindness to help you. There are not cashiers you need to spend like 15 minutes in the queue to pay for your products. The worst experience.

Decent all around utility store

Customer service was very poor, the few people I asked for help to find the things I was looking for all passed me to another staff member and in the end I had to find what I needed on my own, after wandering for 30 minutes around the store.

Big variety of items to buy and great service. Really stands up to its name.
