I’ve had an amazing experience at this store. I wanted to buy some type of jewelry for my wife as a surprise souvenir. Without having anything specific in mind, the staff showed me around and then talked to me with great care in order to get an idea of my wife’s taste and offer what they thought would suit her best. Very attentive and caring people!!! I also found a Rolex watch that I’ve been looking for, for quite awhile and I couldn’t resist and ended up buying it too. My wife absolutely loved the jewelry I picked for her, we even came back to the store so that she could thank the owner and the staff personally. Thank you very much once again and we are looking forward to seeing you when we come back to Crete !

All of the reviews about only being able to purchase a ‘hard to find Rolex’ is true. The same old story about being reserved for a local client but you can purchase it if you spend 10,000 euro or more then it’s all yours. You don’t deserve to be a Rolex dealer taking advantage of their brand to sell your jewellery. Unbelievable.

On my vacation in beautiful Crete I stopped by this local AD looking for a Rolex explorer 1. Upon entering I noticed one in the display and was delighted and asked if it was available. I was told it was just sold 30 minutes before I came and had a lovely conversation and was content to have just missed the opportunity. After returning later in the day to confirm it was gone I saw the watch still there and asked a different salesperson if it was available. They first asked me where I was from, this will come into play later as foreigners are eligible for a VAT refund in greece. I was then told the watch was reserved for another client who was picking it up at Christmas (it is september) but if I bought 3000 euros of jewelry I could buy the watch with full 24% VAT. If you wish to be lied to your face, extorted, and made a fool of please shop here!

Always very happy with the service and friendly faces in this store! Love my Rolex and my necklace from here. We also bought our baby girl her first necklaces here. Will always return!

Warning!! Beware if you want to buy a Rolex watch here. I have been in contact with this shop several times via email. Told me they had some watches for sale and that I was very welcome to buy something I would like. I really found my dream watch.. but then… the story begins. When you arrive at the store, suddenly everything appears to be reserved by people who have already paid for the watch..and this "for example" was told to me for a wedding in December. They wanted to sell me the watch…. But then they told me that I need to spend at least €3000,- on top of the sale price of the watch on other items "rings, earrings, other watch etc" then you can buy the Rolex watch.. Then suddenly it is possible…? I strongly suspect that this story is told to many customers to generate extra revenue. I find this a very strange way of doing business. Actually, such a store is not even worth selling such beautiful watches. And should actually be removed as a Rolex dealer. Beware of the sales talk! Also after the answer of the owner of the shop. I hope that the customers who have experienced or are experiencing the same also report this with a google resencie.

I highly recommend CROESUS when you are looking for fine jewelry. The quality and selection are wonderful and the staff top notch! CROESUS really went out of her way to help in the selection of a special piece of jewelry. If you have not shopped at this local gem, I recommend that you do so soon. Wonderful and welcoming experience!

I saw a Rolex watch (a rare model) in the shop window and asked if it was available. According to the saleswoman, the watch was reserved for a local customer because he had already spent 10,000€ on jewellery in the shop. After a few minutes I got an "offer" - if I buy jewellery for 10,000€, I could buy the watch straight away. I refused this offer. I am disappointed to have to experience something like this.

Professionalità, cortesia, disponibilità eccezionali: sono entrato per la prima volta in negozio da turista e sono stato trattato con i guanti. Il proprietario, persona fantastica, ha avuto un atteggiamento incredibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Nonostante poi non abbia concluso l'acquisto, hanno fatto tutto quello che era in loro potere per accontentarci. Mai entrato in una boutique Rolex del genere: 5 stelle sono decisamente poche. Grazie ancora e buon lavoro!! 🔝

War spontan mit Frau und Kind in der Stadt und bin am Laden vorbeigekommen und eingetreten. Wurden sehr nett empfangen ich hatte einige Fragen zu Artikeln im Schaufenster, welche mir alle beantwortet wurden Kamen dann auch auf das Thema rolex zu sprechen mir wurden einige Modelle gezeigt und am Ende des Tages konnte ich mein Wunschmodell erwerben. Verkäuferin war sehr freundlich und kannte sich gut aus. Am Ende kam auch noch der Chef, der ebenfalls sehr freundlich und professionell war und wir wir plauderten noch über private Themen. Es war ein richtiges Erlebnis und ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder Vielen Dank für alles

Great assistance I visited the store in the center of Heraklion city. The service was wonderful, it was during the heat wave and the employees served us also refreshments!!
