We went in with an emergency case - I was worried there would be a language barrier but the vets, nurses, and receptionists were really friendly and communicated very clearly. We got seen almost immediately and we were told about every option and kept informed every step of the way. COVID protocols were great and the clinic was very clean. I'd recommend this hospital and its staff to anyone :)

These vets are the best. They saved my dog Roxy when she had a big anaphylactic shock with internal bleeding. They took all the proper care of her taking into account all the risks. Highly recommended!

For me these are the best vets in Crete. My dog stayed there for almost 3 weeks, with a double operation. There is a whole team at work and everyone is so friendly and patient.

Today I brought my kitty in for a full checkup and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and detail. Dr. Artemis was incredibly thorough, attentive and patient throughout the procedure (we had our nerves too!😾). From the beginning it seemed that he knows exactly what needs to be done and he explained to me in simple terms so that I could understand why what was being done. He also did an x-ray directly for us to see some things and answered all my questions. Dr. Michalis took the time to explain everything in detail on the ultrasound and paid special attention to the specific issue we wanted to see. We have issues with our kidneys and urinary system whenever we want urinary foods and there is a wide variety of both snacks and foods 😺 They also have our favorite crystal sand. I highly recommend this vet clinic, prompt service and real care for our kids. Mr. Artemis and Mr. Michalis Mimo thanks you 😸
