I rented a car for 12 days in Crete at a very good price with full insurance. They also gave us a better car than the one we initially discussed about and we had no problem with it during the entire holiday. Also the car was brought for us at the airport and it was very clean. They respond very fast at phone-calls/emails and they are very friendly and respectful. I definitely recommend them if you need a car in Crete

You can expect to find here the best car rental experience, everything is included in the rental price, like full insurance, unlimited kms, no hidden fees, so you can really enjoy your trip without worries. We were greeted by Maria who was very kind and sweet, she waited for us at arrivals, and took us to the car which was close by, checked the fuel, signed some papers, payed and we were off in about 10 mins. We got a hyundai i20, it was a perfect car for a couple with two big checked bags, it got us comfortably everywhere we went on the island, has all the basic necessities like cold ac, radio, phone holder, clean, no bad smells ,etc. We stayed in Rethymno, the fuel consumption is great, we had 5.2l/100km. After a few days we went to the southern part crossing over hills and winding roads and we got 6.4l/100km which is still very good. We returned the car in their own parking spot right next to the airport, took our luggage and left the car key in their keybox and left for our flight. We want to thank you again as you helped us have an amazing vacation. Side note: One tip for driving in crete, locals have a pretty fast driving style, at first is seems scary as the come behind you pretty close forcing you to go faster, you need to be careful of the speed cameras as some of them have the speed limit go from 90km/h or 70km/h to 60km/ in just 200m before the camera, but the locals keep going fast forcing you to go fast from behind, what you can do is give them space to pass, you will see most cars not in their own lane but on the right side, having half of the car outside the lane, they do this so you can pass if you want to drive fast. You get the hang of it pretty quick, and although they have a fast driving style it is very safe, no road rageing, no beeping, just fast driving close to one another . Hope this helps!

This was the first time we used Auto Trip and would happily use them again. Very easy to book the car, and all confirmed with an E mail. Our flight out was delayed, we kept Auto Trip informed our the delays, and Litsa was there to meet us, take payment and show us the car. To keep the cost down, we chose an older model option, the car was a bit rough around the edges but was completely reliable for the 2 weeks we had it, most importantly it had good A/C. Unfortunately we did have a small incident with the car resulting in some minor panel damage, but true to their word, we were not charged any excess for it. Easy to drop the car off out of hours and leave the keys in a key box. Good service at a good price, I would recommend them.

One of the few rental companies I used where everything was straightforward. Communication with emails in order to book the dates I needed was simple and when I called them on the phone I spoke with Maria who was very kind and helpful. No deposit or hidden fees, the car I was given was a KIA Stonic which was brand new and really clean. Very satisfied, we paid upon arrival the exact amount we dicussed before. No hidden taxes, no credit card, all insurances included we got even a better car, a new Hyundai i20 instead of an older Fiat Panda. Maria waited for us at the airport, in five minutes we had the paperwork done, and good to go. We had a quarter of gasoline enough for 200 km, they have a quarter to quarter fuel policy. Returning the car was even easier, we left in the same parking lot - aprox. 500m from the airport, they resolved our transportation to the airport entrance. Highly recommended instead of big rental companies.

Rented a car from Autotrip for 10 days in Sept/Oct, easiest car rental ever. Clear and accurate instructions for pickup at Heraklion airport, car was ready and waiting, no fuss, one form to sign paid in cash and off we went. Could not have been easier and return was just as simple. Car was clean, reliable and a competitive price with full insurance cover, staff were helpful and friendly, a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended and would use again if visiting Crete. Don't get ripped off by using the multi national car rental companies, use AUTOTRIP.

We had really great experience with AutoTrip. The car was in very good conditions and we had no problem during our trip around Crete. All the staff is super kind and available. I was a little doubtful reading past comments about paying with card at the airport, but now (summer 2023) is super smooth: they have a portable terminal to complete the transaction without providing any details about your card. For sure I'use again their cars as soon as I'm in Crete (that is soooo beautiful!!!)

The company was extremely nice and communicative both in terms of the technical specifications of the cars and the rental location. It was very convenient to pay cash and have all inclusive insurance. The car was technically in good condition. The only minor problem was the right side mirror which, being broken, could not be adjusted. In addition, the climbs in Crete did not cause any problems.
