This place was awesome! We had never been to Greeley before and can't wait to stop again when back in CO🌌 Great beer selection especially if you love Sour(s). Yes🍻🤙They had a food truck, we didn't try but nice to have a food option.

This place is all about the Sours, which really are not my thing. But, they had a good Wheat and the Key Lime Pie Beer Ice Cream was great. Nice large outside seating area

Wow! What an awesome brewery! Very cool vibe! The slush beers are bar none some of the best in their style! Staff was very cool! Super informative! If we were local, we’d be regulars! Check out Wiley Roots! You’ll have an amazing time!

Nothing quite like it! Wiley Roots is located right on the train tracks and has a huge outdoor with plenty of seating and space. There’s a large garage door next to one end of the huge wrap around bar. Even more seating inside with a back seating area to see into the brew house. These beers are out of this world and Wiley Roots takes brewing and flavor profiles to a new level. The detail on their descriptions are extremely accurate. They have an unparalleled “ice cream” line that I will be drinking as my morning smoothie for every brunch moving forward! Many of their options have to be canned due to the consistency, so flights can be more challenging to get, but there was not a single beer I didn’t love. There’s a shot-ski option to have a little silly fun with some friends, plus a few other games. Train Beer is a real thing!! If you’re lucky, you’ll see Midnight, the brewery’s resident kitty who is super friendly and fluffy. There was a food truck outside while I visited over the weekend as well. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I stopped by while visiting Greeley. We really liked the place, we even took beer to go which doesn't happen that often. I like the relaxed atmosphere, the occasional train going by adds to the great vibe.

Wiley Roots is a unique experience. I’ve only been to one other experimental brewery, in Bend Oregon - the Fermentation Project. Wiley Roots lives up to that high expectation in my mind, and offers a wide variety of unique, interesting, and maybe even challenging drinks to try. We were allowed to try a few options and settled on the Vanilla, maple, cinnamon stout and a peach smoothie sour approximating a fuzzy navel. Both were excellent! Sours tend to be too hard on my stomach, and turn bitter on my tongue after the third or fourth drip. Neither happened here, I really enjoying it! And the porter was very good, sweet but not overwhelming. Definitely come here, and do so with the idea that you are goi g to explore some fun options!

Just happened to go here on their 10th anniversary party. We had a flight of 3 IPAs, 2 sours, and an Oaked Aged Italian Pilsner. The beer was great! We also got a version of a margherita pizza that was incredible. We also got the Fig and Ricotta appetizer. The beer ice cream was great. We also bought 8 different beers to go, so we could try their stouts and porters. It is worth a stop. It is located in an industrial area.

A great local brewery. Offering an extensive menu of beers (lager, IPA, stouts, etc), slushies, and sours. They also have some great food (breadsticks and pizzas). Increasingly helpful and kind servers. Worth visiting. Loved the outdoor seating area.

Stopped by while I’m Fort Collins. Place is family friendly and has a nice outside patio if whether permits. They carried the full gamut from lagers to ba stouts of high quality. They also specialize and sours and offer they full gamut in that category from gose, to Berliner, to pastry sour, to smoothie sour. Their options are rare and decadent. The staff was kind and helpful.

I have been coming here for years and I can say the service these people have is endless. Fruit lady’s will be renowned in my life forever and is something you HAVE to try! Drew is also an amazing guy along with his customer service being A1. I will ask for him everytime I come in for his love and connoisseurship of beer!

This is one of the best breweries in the country and you’re lucky to have it close to you. I am an over the road truck driver and travel all across the country and experience breweries everywhere. Wiley roots gives the most unique experience without a doubt. You want a good experience that you can get anywhere, go to weld works. Wiley roots not only offers exclusive and unique drinks that you won’t find anywhere else, the service is unmatched. Maybe I’m biased with the service because Sayo is the only person that has helped me whenever I go there coincidentally and he provides some of the best, friendliest, and most welcoming service I’ve experienced from any brewery. This statement is an understatement. There’s a reason why I stop here every single time I’m passing through Denver. I live in South Dakota and I would be here every day if I was fortunate enough to have it nearby.

Been here once before, and have bought some of their beers in the store, they are putting out some really good beers! I tend to favor IPA's and theirs are among the best. It was a really great day to utilize their massive outdoor space! 👍

Phenomenal spot. From the staff, atmosphere, beer list, and little Midnight that strolls around sometimes. Wiley Roots is an incredible place to srop by for a quick bite/drink. Rotating beer lists and food trucks, occasional car meet/shows. Trivia nights and $3 beers when a train rolls by. The list goes on and on. Stop by for yourself and enjoy the day.

Let’s start with the atmosphere… it’s the coziest, friendliest, raddest place to grab a beer this side of the Nile river. The staff and the owner at top notch. 10/10 highly recommend!! Their beers are always something special and we always enjoy our time here. Let’s also talk about Tony’s… damn… want a delicious pie!!! This place is just amazing.

Visit. This. Brewery! Some of the most unique beer in all of Colorado. The "Hi! My Name Name Is Chili Lager" tastes the way freshly roasted green smells. And the " A Visit From a Fruit Lady: Blueberry Banana" has the tart sweetness of blueberry and the smoothness of a ... smoothie! :) Location - 10/10 Drinks - 12/10 Stickers - 10/10 Mascot - 1000/ 10

They have have really unique and delicious beer options. Definitely something for everyone and also definitely worth a long drive. Edit: -1 star cuz they sold us year old cans to-go and they tasted a bit weird. Just stick with the fresh draft!

Love this place! Great small town atmosphere and Midnight the Cat is always the star of the night. Beer is awesome, especially if you like sours. Lots of slushie and smoothing style beers. They also have a bunch of IPAs and Stouts on rotation.
