20 minute drive thru wait just to receive both my sandwichs without any chicken. Forgetting sauce is one thing, forgetting chicken on two sandwiches is crazy. Called store, no answer. Corporate sounded surprised when I said they forgot my chicken. I wanted a refund, I was refused. Don't have a bad experience, go to a different Chick-fil-A. This location is trash.

Don't get me wrong, I really like their food and I would probably go more often but it is to expensive!! Maybe it's a better quality food which I believe it is. It would be my go to if it were less expensive or if they had coupons like other fast food restaurants. $40 for 3 people - no drinks except a milkshake. This is fast food not a actual sit down restaurant. To think how much chicken I could buy at the grocery store for $40. I am a mom who needs a break from cooking once in awhile but my budget won't allow it. Prices have gone up everywhere but I look for a bargain and they are out there. I know you do great business with the lines wrapped around the building and that is good but not for people watching what they spend. My money for fast-food nights is going in the tank for the crazy gas prices!! Love your food, employees and your values!!! Just wish I could visit more!

Although I have been consistently disappointed by the management and lack of regard at this location, I am still holding out hope after my last visit. Even though my nuggets were still solid as rocks though, my order taker who was a young woman named Bryce made my day. She was very professional and had a very delightful and kind attitude (unlike many of the other employees and managers that I have dealt with). This is what I would expect from a Chick Fil-A and I hope they can shape up and become more like the Loveland branch.

I don't understand how it's possible to have 40 people on shift at any point and still be constantly behind. Doesn't help that the newest team member is always put on expo by themselves, meaning every order that goes out has to be checked 3 times by an untrained teenager. You will stand there for 30 minutes as a seemingly infinite number of capable people walk by to ask if you need help then walk off.

I don't get the hype. I ordered a nugget meal, the nuggets were mediocre and the fries have no flavor unless you cover them in the sauce. My kid ordered a chicken sandwich and after taking a bite asked me if the chicken was done because it tasted funny; we ripped the sandwich in half to check and the center was raw.

It's really sad to say that I come here as a customer all the time and dine in. And recently When I parked my vehicle in the staff parking lot just to pick up an online order I was threatened to get my vehicle toad when you can clearly see. There's a huge line like chick fil a always has and all of their parking spots are filled. They should look at finding a different location that's bigger like other locations or expanding their parking lot not just threatening to tow people's cars it's pretty sad

Super busy and packed. The drive thru line was super congested, all the way to the street, which made it almost impossible to get into the parking lot to dine in. Inside was also packed and loud but to be expected based on the drive thru. Clean, staff is nice, but if people isn't your thing or your looking for a quiet lunch, this is not the place. I think the parking lot should be re done to allow people who just want to dine in to enter without waiting in the drive thru line.

Always so ridiculously busy. Good for them though. Just takes forever. They're always consistent and friendly though.

Go here all the time. Food is always good and staff are friendly. I got a salad 07/14/22 to eat today 07/15/22. Has a strong spoiled smell. This has happened before but not often. Had to throw the whole salad away. Everything else I ordered was great.

Top notch service at a fast food restaurant. The deluxe crispy chicken sandwich had fresh vegetables and flavorful, juicy chicken. Although the drive through line looked long initially, the staff worked hard to be efficient and keep cars moving. They stood outside in the hot sun and kept smiling and happy attitudes.

We love chick-fil-a and come here all the time. When my kids would eat here ever day if we let them. Try the spicy chicken sandwich with a couple of waffle fries on it and drizzle some hot wing sauce and ranch on it for a tasty treat.

Long line moved very fast. Not as bad as I thought. Great food and service too. Love those waffle potato fries. Still in my top five places for a quick lunch.

This is an excellent fast food restaurant to visit. Great food, excellent service, and the amount of time to receive the food from ordering is great. The biggest gripe I have is how long the wait is in the drive thru line... but that's just how it is at Chick-fil-A because everyone wants to eat there! (A good problem to have!) This location has always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Every other location makes the chicken wrap with the regular crispy chicken if I ask but this location refuses with an attitude. I think the grilled chicken is disgusting served cold and other locations gladly make the wrap with crispy chicken so I’ll gladly never revisit this Greeley location

After hearing everybody Rave about how amazing this chain is, I decided to go. I was completely disappointed and underwhelmed. The chicken strips I got for lunch were about the same size as my fingers. They were old and somewhat burnt. There wasn't enough food there to feed a small child, let alone a grown man. The fries were all right but they were obviously old. My drink which I got an iced tea, was filled so full with ice that there was maybe two drinks worth of tea.

Parking is a bit tricky, but it's always worth it. The food is delicious 😋 the service was great. We went at lunchtime. The drive thru was packed, so we went inside. There were plenty of seats, and the service was great.

3 years ago I would've gave them 5 stars. But, Not anymore... their chicken has definitely gotten smaller. ( Literally like half the size) And they are still just as expensive. I won't be eating here again, anytime soon.

Drive through was long so I went inside thinking it would be quicker. Therr was only one person in front of me inside the building. They recieved their order quickly but I sat there for 20 minutes as they knock out the whole drive-thru. I had to ask where my food was after everyone looked at me as they worked. I recommend you train your staff to acknowledge that if someone is standing there for a while that they might want to follow up with them. A total of maybe 6 employee walked past me a dozen times while I was waiting and nothing. It was like I didn't exist! Very disappointing.

Fast food SERVICE is not something you find much these days. This is a Christian based company that hires caring, hard working people with true work ethics. Their food is great and they have the best drive through of ANY chain! And I love that they are closed on Sunday's!

I don't know how they do it so well but I've never had a bad experience here. If I could eat chicken every day I would eat here even more than I already do! I appreciate you people of chick fil A! 🙏

Haven't been to the restaurant in 2 years. Hit the drive thru for breakfast and ordered chicken biscuit combo. Asked if I could substitute fruit cup for potato, they said sure, so I ordered. Pulled away and check my receipt, they charged me an extra $2.99 for the fruit cup! Nobody bothered to inform me of that. Now I see these new ads on TV for breakfast. Pictures fruit cup, drink, and chicken biscuit as the combo. Makes me remember how I got taken advantage of all over again.

The service here is always top notch. Even when the line is out to the street they get you through quickly. Everyone is friendly and efficient. And then there’s the food! Delicious!! The best fries. The best shakes. You can’t go wrong.

I barley tried chick-fil-a this year for the first time I waited to try it on behalf of my personal beliefs but this year was the year I actually did and it was definitely amazing and I’m glad I actually tried it and there infamous “chick-fil-a sauce” I definitely would go back a little pricey but you definitely pay for what you get, great service and new or continuous appreciation of amazing food. Shouldn’t all food services be like this! Definitely my pleasure.

The service was fast and friendly. There was a floor person actively cleaning tables as patrons left. The place was tidy.

No matter where you go, you have a good experience with the staff and even though it looks like it may be busy and a long wait, it's not. Indicative of excellent management and planning. Always looks clean inside.

I went to this chick fil a today and ordered a 30 count meal with sweet tea and a ice cream cup. I went through the drive thru because I had my dog with me. The girl that took my order was training and as soon as I pulled up she said that she would be right back and went over to the guy taking orders. When she came back she apologized and said that she was training. She took my order and repeated it back to me, a 30 count meal with a sweet tea she asked, if I wanted my meal medium or large I said medium and she charged me for a 30 count meal and the ice cream cup. When I got up to the window they gave my food and drink I looked in the bag, and there were no fries! I told them that they forgot my fries the guy at the window said good catch, the girl that was working with him said that I did not order fries and that it would cost more. I told her that I ordered a meal and paid for a meal and I would like my fries. She said that I did not order a meal just a 30 count and a separate drink and that if I wanted fries it would cost more. I left after that. There is no point in talking to someone who just wants to argue. If you go here go inside the service is much better.

Love the chicken every time. Had a pretty big order and got home. Everything was correct. First time in a long time fast food from somewhere got it all right for us. Do wish they gave a little more sauce packets tho, other than that it was perfect.

Used to be good. Now they won't cook crispy chicken and give a different reason every time. Needs better management that are true to the companies name.

When I pulled up last night the line was out in the street and I got pretty nervous! I knew Chick-fil-A was pretty fast but! I ordered in less than 5 min. And got my food in about 10... I know if half of that line was at any other fast food it would be well over 30 min! And it was so cold and the employees are working outside are still so polite 😌 for fast food I will always go there regardless of the line, food is great too plus they have gluten free buns!!

I just would like to say that this is the BEST and I do mean the BEST Chick-fil-A ever.. they are always on top of everything! I door dash and they are always friendly and helpful. I've gone into other chick fil As and it's never the same experience. I just wanted to say keep up the GREAT JOB EVERYONE!! They always make sure your order is correct and make sure door dash verifies the order. There's some other fast food places that are good as well.. but will thank them as well. Thank you all so much!!

The employees here are top notch. There is a reason this place is always busy. The food is good, but the service is amazing. Very few places still believe in treating customers with any respect. All Chick-fil-A restaurants do well, bit this store is a step above. A real testament the management. Oh and the food is good too. If you like fried chicken sandwiches.

Chick-fil-A is consistently amazing. Never ever had a bad customer experience. In fact the customer service isn't just not bad. It's stellar. Absolutely amazing. It's so clean at all the locations. And it's so welcoming and bright. The food is consistently delicious. Expect greatness.
