The rooms are small but extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk, despite thinking that I was an idiot, which I am, helped me login to their wifi with a smile on her face. A great place to hide when the randchildren drive you nuts!!! Will definitely be returning.

I use to stay at the Rodeway, but I don't no more , so I came here and the rate is worth it , the rooms are way better cleaner newer service is good front desk is good service, it's quiet ,no one walking around, or not one homeless person, it's safer , I'm going back soon .

We traveled to Greeley for UNC graduation. I booked 2 weeks in advanced. My fault all other hotels in area where booked out so book early. I needed a 2 bed occupancy but was told they only had 1 king left. I called the morning of to see if anything had changed with rooms to see if we could get 2 beds instead. Was told by staff they messed up our reservation anyway so if we liked it or not was getting 2 beds. I than asked about our 4lb support dog for my child. Was told hotel won't except animals at all unless documents are proven. I did mention that they actually weren't allowed to even ask it's against the law. Person on phone said take it up with the police than. That they have spoke to police many times on the matter of support and service animals. This set a bad tone to start with and we hadn't even git to hotel yet staffs customer service over phone was just low vibes and rude. So just incase I booked with another hotel that I was lucky they had 1 room left. Upon arriving after our long drive the hotel is run down and dirty. It looked extremely unsafe and as if iIllegal activities was happening right out front. Definitely not safe for woman travaling alone and with children. Staff is extremely rude even used profanity, not welcoming at all and down right just unhappy people run the front desk as if they hate there job. They did ask for proof that our support dog was in fact a support animal. There was a sticky note left on our file saying we where brining one. Only place in Greeley that our dog was not welcomed. Once the prescription from our Dr was presented they refused my self and children service at hotel. Not that we would even stay there anyway as it was extremely dirty and as if there was a bug infestation. We actually went and stayed at the other hotel in town. Highly DO NOT recommend staying here.

Honestly I have been in Greeley for a long time and had been to this location on a few times over the years. However this time while staying here I am amazed at how much this has turned around. It is very clean with a friendly staff, and priced exceptionally well for the quality of the stay. I would recommend using this motel is you're looking for a nice, comfortable, clean room while staying in town.

Not sure what to say positive other than the cable wifi worked perfectly and they offer coffee in the morning...they may not return about half your deposits and for how lack luster it truly is it's kinda pricey staff is dodgey and if called out appropriately if you are watching them while they are doing this behavior they will blame the low quality of the customer for these actions....1.8 out of 10 wouldn't recommend

Nice place to stay. It was very clean! NO stained/burn mark sheets. The matress was awesome. (Only 2 pillows though) Fridge and microwave in room. Ask for blow dryer at front desk. The only negative is there was no chain on door and the water pressure in shower was low. Breakfast was danishes and muffins.

Great staff. SUPER CLEAN rooms. Affordable pricing. In the older part of Greeley, which is quite lovely. The night I arrived @1:30, after driving 14 hrs, the night attendant assisted me and carried some luggage to my room! She was awesome!

I'm homeless and I saved just enough to stay here.. when I arrived to check availability, I was told locals are not welcome here. Almost every car in the parking lot had CO license plates and I was referred here by a greeley native.

If you're like me , and need only a clean place to sleep for the night. Let me introduce you to the perfect place. Nothing fancy , friendly staff, clean room's, and a secure parking lot. What more could you ask for?

I have had a lot of experiences in hotels here in Colorado. This hotel has been one that I have not ever found any interest in staying in due to the location and the the smells when you approach the building itself. Personally I think the overall stay wasn't terrible. Then nearing the last day/night at this place the owner I think not totally sure do to his inability to make his position at this establishment known. Came to my room to act as if he were my parent and let me know that I am NOT to have anyone stop by?! I didn't find that rationale only do to I recently lost my place to stay now I had my mother help me out on getting the room and they knew it yet felt the need to address me after I had already been staying there for at least a week I found that to be very disrespectful. On top of this the same person proceeds to repeatedly remind us that our service animal who is very well cared for and disaplined is not to be here next time and if he is to find any uran or smells of the sort we will not be allowed to stay again. I stated my animal is very well trained going on 8years of age I can almost promise she listens better then most elementary school children. But he failed at his job of keeping things on the straight and narrow correctly do to the hallways usually always smelled of burnt pills! Which raises the worry that at any second the police and ambulance could have been taking a over dosed person into public around your children but you may not come back if your animal that understands better then most people makes any mess of any kind hair, drool, dog food or a simple splash of water and you will not be allowed at the hotel in future situations!? Over all clean rooms for the most part staff is a little on edge and kind of rude but if we are being straight forward it was a place to stay. Maybe 3 stars I guess depending on your preferences

I was staying when I got in from the airport. No hygiene stuff in the bathroom. No stores nearby. Night crew was very rude and just smoked cigarettes all night looking directly at my door when I came out to see my friend. Then I tried to get a room another time and they blacklisted me for no reason.

The rooms are spotless, the beds comfy. There’s a small selection for a continental breakfast but all that I needed! It was a great stay.

Called weeks ago and made reservations. They called me today and said they'd overbooked so I no longer had rooms. Had to call another hotel. Cost me a lot more due to shorter lead time and limited availability. Don't trust that these people will hold your rooms or honor your reservations. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

The rooms are super clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. They are very reasonably priced. If you are in the area for work stay here! (The negative reviews on this place was done by adults throwing a childlike temper tantrum.)

Clean room and beds, clean bathroom. Kind staff. Just what we needed for our family of four before we hit Rocky Mountain National Park

Convenient location which has multiple restaurants, coffee shops, & stores near by. The room was clean & well kept when we got in. They even have a vending machines in the lobby. Room service came in the afternoon to clean even though we didn’t request for it which was nice. Staff are friendly & nice. Overall, we had a great experience here at Greeley university inn.

Nice little gem. This place is clean and quiet. Perfect for a quiet night away from home. For what was paid, this is a great stay. The lady at check in and check out was very kind and friendly.

Everything was nice and clean. The personal was so nice and did everything to make and keep us happy, and even more than that. I can only recommend going there if you need a to sleep somewhere in the area.

Well first 2 nights the air wasn't cold, I went a bought a little fan cuz I didn't want to complain. But then the 3 night the air was nice and cold. Found out their ac had messed up but the lady was very nice and friendly with us . And the room where we stayed was actually pretty quiet

This is a hidden gem! What makes this place such a find is the owner. She works very hard to ensure the happiness of her guests this hotel is quiet clean conveniently located in the heart of Greeley. The house keeping staff works harder than anyplace I've ever stayed. Second only to the Marriott. If ever we need another hotel this is where we will be staying!

The stay here was gust perfect I stayed with my dad and the service was amazing and the coffee was fresh

Affordable and very clean, nice, and retro inside. The coffee and pastries for breakfast were appreciated. Overall good value for your dollar!

The staff was amazing! Customer service was excellent! The coffee and Breakfast snacks are a plus! The AC was awesome! I will definitely be back to stay again!

Very nice furniture, quiet and friendly services that's affordable. Love the healthy snacks for continental breakfast. Never and trash around the property.
