This is a perfect spot. Their staff is fun professional and courteous. They do a great job of making you feel welcome and are genuinely interesting people to talk to. They always let you know about their deals of the day or week, and even do early bird discounts if you come in at 9 a.m. Thanks solace staff for making me feel like Norm walking into Cheers!

This is by far the best dispensary in Colorado. I tried several before becoming a regular here and was instantly amazed by the friendliness and deals. Andrew has consistently shown that he truly cares for each customer, I have seen him go above and beyond again and again. Although i am typically in pain and nauseous, he continually makes my day with his genuine kindness. Additionally I wanted to shout out Jared, as he is insurmountably thorough in his work and is always willing to make sure to give every option. On top of that, he has spot on recommendations and is a blast to talk with. I could go on and on about the product and staff of Solace Meds at Fort Collins, especially if I could remember names better. As literally everyone there rocks, and I have always experienced a great balance of warmth and professionalism. Thank you all!

Prices of some carts on there website got me in the door on a random Saturday. The deals were even better in person for the products that had caught my eye. Beyond their great prices and sales, they allowed my veterans discount to stack on top of the discounted sale prices. The positive experience, resulted in the best value for a quality product, I've ever received. I was very pleased and will definitely be coming back.

Such a helpful staff & high-quality meds! They always have great deals going on. Cassie was so nice and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Another time we were served by Travis, and he was great too. We're so grateful to have somewhere we know we can get good quality stuff, usually for cheaper than most places, and have a great experience.

Regular for a long time, primarily edibles. Tried a new product that made me sick. Not sure if it was the batch or the product, but asked them if I could exchange the remaining items that I did not consume that were still sealed for a different product. Called in, was told no problem before coming in. Budtender told me no problem but had to check with a manager. Then manager said no to the exchange. Since the items were unopened it was not deemed defective and would not accept the return. Seems kind of silly that they would not accept the sealed item back but instead expect me to try a piece from each to determine that the item is bad before accepting an exchange. Even though they have a refund/exchange policy it's not necessarily honored. Front staff is always great and in the past there has never been an issue, but probably won't go back after this experience. Regardless of savings it's not worth it if you're stuck with bad product.

My favorite dispensary to go to! Always so fast and efficient. I highly recommend going here, they have great prices and awesome employees. Especially Jessi & Kayla Shannon :)
