    My Father and I went to go order dinner from Taco Bell 🔔. When we get there at 6:34 pm a lady was in front of my father and me. We waited till 6:47 still nobody help the woman in front of us. My Father went to the counter and asked if the workers would help the lady who has been waiting for 10 minutes. A man came and said," She shall wait. She may not like to wait. You need to wait." Then the man walked away. No manager on duty and the staff is rude and disrespectful. My Father and I don't recommend this Taco Bell unless you want the wrong order.

    This Taco Bell has been horrible for the last 2 years and now they are starting off 2023 failing completely!!! Closed at 10:55pm on a Friday night?? No notice! No nothing! I know at one point the excuse was being short staffed but enough is enough please just call it quits so a new fast food business can move into the building!

    Yea they should probably close the doors on this one. It's a disappointment to say the least. Hadn't been to a taco bell in a yr and decided to get it, and ended up up with half frisbee smashed soggy tacos without lettuce. Tried to order a natcho supreme and after repeating ourselves 3 times and being asked if we wanted dorito locos we gave up.

    Morning visit dine-in/takeout so everything was pretty quiet, dining facilities look brand new. Self-checkout has four different screens available. My order was completed within 2 minutes.

    Got a Mexican pizza. Had a great one a few days ago at Timnath. location. This one had an odd taste. The outside landscaping was a hot mess. That should have been my clue the food would be the same.

    Unfortunately, I have to change my review from 5 to 1 stars. We are starting to have wrong orders consistently and they're very slow. Today, we had missing food but the front doors were locked and they don't answer the phone. We had to wait 15 minutes in drive-thru AGAIN to get our missing food. This isnt the first time thats happened. They're also contestantly out of things, but I've never had those issues at other taco bells.

    WARNING DOORDASHERS AND DOORDASH CUSTOMERS. This location routinely and intentionally deprioritizes delivery orders and leaves drivers sitting waiting for long periods of time for orders. As a dasher, I will no longer accept orders from this location. It is not worth my time wasted and income lost when I can just move on to another order instead of waiting 15-20 minutes for a fast food order. As the customer, when fewer dashers accept orders, you can expect delayed delivery times, subpar food quality once delivered due to sitting around, or for your delivery to not to be completed at all if there’s no dashers willing and/or able to accept the delivery. Windsor only has so many people working DoorDash, every dasher lost will impact the customer and orders.

    I showed up tonight at 9:41 & sat at the drive through for 10 minutes before being told “oh sorry, we weren’t paying attention to the drive through. Now we’re closed.” It’s 9:49 & they’re closed? Their hours say their open until midnight and the drive through “we’re open” light is still on. All while the “manager” playson her cell phone. Wow. What happened to customer service? This is an absolute joke!

    Can’t give 0 stars but they deserve 0 stars.. This location has been closed for days now there’s a sign stating open till 3pm but that’s not true. When they are open they can’t seem to get your food order correct. I just don’t understand how they’re just closed 🤔

    Fast Friendly Service, Restaurant and bathroom were clean. Food was hot and tasty large portions! This is what I expect but haven’t received at other TB in the Boulder area!

    Karen was awesome! I had a large order to place and had to keep changing things in the order, and she got it all right. She was so patient and so kind. I hope this restaurant recognizes what an awesome employee she is because next time I need to place a large order again, I will choose Taco Bell over Fuzzies.

    Horrible!!! I just ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza. It was cold, not even cut and only a little sauce and cheese in the middle. I paid over $6 for this. My dogs wouldn't even eat it!

    Got a 5 layer burrito and it’s literally just full of rice. NOTHING else was in the burrito. Ordered a starry and it’s a water. I guess check everything before you pull out of the drive through.

    Fast service, the food was great(yes it's fast food) in the taco shells weren't broken, the nachos had plenty of cheese, lettuce ect. and the burritos weren't smashed.

    This Taco Bell is run by abusive people who take advantage of their workers, do not pay them on time and in the right way, in addition to the precarious conditions to which they are subjected. A total disaster, they should close and put the owner in jail

    I always ask for extra hot sauce. 7/10 times they give me zero packets. The other 3 they give me 1 packet for each food item. How hard is it to put more (or any) hot sauce packets in the bag?!? These workers are the epitome of stupid.

    I sit in the drive through for 5 min at 8am on Sept 7th, 2022, pull up to the window, and the employee is standing there eating food. That's fine. I can spend my money somewhere else. I'm surprised this place is still in business.

    I placed an online order that went through just fine, and they happily took my money immediately. When I got to the restaurant they were closed! There was a ripped sign in the drive-through with toddler hand writing to let me know. I would be embarrassed to be employed here.

    I went in there last week because the line outside was so long. We were greeted at the counter by a woman named Peggy. I usually haven’t had the best experiences with the Windsor Taco Bell location, but as soon as she started helping us I forgot all about that. She was personable and on top of her game. I don’t know what she’s getting paid but she deserves a raise!

    I go here regularly. Food is pretty good but they have messed up the order a few times, which I don't really care about. Still tasty, and perfectly fine if you want some Taco Bell. My gripe is with the atmosphere. The inside is fine, but the outside hasn't been kept up in years. It honestly looks abandoned sometimes because it's SO overgrown. It's not the most important thing in the world but... just saying, if the Pizza Hut across the street can do it, so can you.

    This Taco Bell used to be efficient and clean. In the past 5 years, at least, the quality of the food and service has diminished significantly. I hesitate to purchase food from a fast food place as this when in the lobby my feet stick to the floor, filthy restroom, and a generally abandoned look from an unkempt exterior. This entire operation is shameful and a blight to such a pretty town.

    They are always closed at random times of day due to being short staffed. Whoever owns this place needs to sell it to someone who will actually manage this business properly. Staff that does work here have been great. But ordering food on the app mid day on a Saturday to come pick it up and see they are closed for staffing issues is very annoying. To the owner...get out!!! Let someone else take over who actually wants to run a successful business!

    Wonderful service. There is a young man at the drive through window that is one of the most pleasant and polite people i have ever met. i wish i had his name, he works the lunch hour quite often. he is always smiling, prompt, always thanks me. i don't know who hired him, but good job and be sure and tell him what an outstanding worker he is. he goes out of his way to be an excellent person and employee.

    Please owners sell the franchise or Taco Bell please shut them down. Over the past 6 years we have been going here there is 1 constant. The people who work there don't care about there job. No matter who is working something is always wrong. Long Lines, out of food, Kitchen is filthy, missing food, pot holes as big as the car. We only go once every 3-4 months in hopes something will change. It never does. Thank you to timnath and johnstown taco bells. Wish we lived closer to you.

    Honestly this is the only taco bell that always gets my orders wrong and never has a manager on staff. I placed a order for 4 soft taco supreme and a nacho bell grande. What I got was a bean burrito, 3 Doritos tacos and a burrito supreme..... Their receipt machine never works and is always under staffed.

    Ive never really had issues with this location but I went and waited almost an hour in line. Then they said I can only pay in cash so i did. I got home and they forgot 4 tacos and meat on the crunch wrap supreme I ordered.
