Awesome fun trampoline park meets Ninja Warrior all in one place, plus more! My kids loved visiting here with our group! Jump on multiple trampolines, shoot hoops on a trampoline, climb the wall or run up the wall, play in the multiple swinging play spaces. Clean plus a space for food, very clean, plus fun lights too. I highly recommend a visit with your kids and family!

This place is horrid. They have low class and uneducated staff working here. They walk around in the facility and pick on little kids 3 years old. They pick on kids why they are playing with blocks and expect little kids to be treated like a 18 year old. Most if not all staff members are very rude and they get into parents face for smallest things. The people who work here are very ghetto and look and behave like are former prisoners. For the price they charge whether a member or a one time fee it is completely worthless. Most if not all of their equipment is out of order and not usable. Whatever is usable is ripped and torn apart and very old. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be on the same level as these uneducated staff members and unless you want to be treated like a prisoner who is jumping on a broken trampoline. There are much better places than this "Alcatraz Island."

I have been to this place several times and both my kids like to hang out. This is spacious and can easily handle a handful of crowds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their pizza is delicious and much better than chain pizza stores.

Wonderful host. Staff liked to gather and talk. Managerial staff could be nicer. I felt a simple request was handled poorly. Not to mention a manager reprimanded the host and was overheard. Possibly Sky Zone needs a cleanliness overhaul. Sat down at one of the counters to watch, no one had removed anyone’s left over food. I will not be returning to hold a birthday party, nor visit Sky Zone again.

Great place for kids. Lots to do and a good place to have a birthday. Cleaner than most places like this I've seen. They also offer food here, like real food which I have not seen at other places like this. Kids had a lot of fun bouncing and jumping around.

Lots of fun for kids and the family. The facility was clean and well staffed. All the employees were friendly and attentive. There is plenty to do for kids of all ages. They also sell food and refreshments.

A perfect place for children. Lots of skill attractions where children can have fun in all this positive sense. The only thing I would like more is the staff should take it to heart that they work with children !!!! You can organize a birthday party here and have a great time here.

Great place to bring the kids to get the energy out. Great build out and lots for the kids to do! Would be a 5 star but the mens bathroom had a smell of canned tuna fish sitting in the sun for a couple of days.

Came for a birthday party, very disorganized. No instructions were given over the phone before hand about only getting here 15 minutes before hand or having your whole party with you when you go to the counter on arrival for wristbands. The only signs for the party were on the cage where you put the presents. We had to figure out what table was our based solely on going to different tables and counting how many places were setup. Waiting in line for almost 30 minutes to even check in for the lady at the counter to be rude. Folks who arrived alittle late had to the wait In line for another 10-15 minutes to get their wrist bands. Not sure why they wouldn't just give the party parent the wristband to hand out at check in. The physical place was pretty cool with lots for the kids to do. That is the only reason I gave it a 3. If your coming for a party or planning on having a party here you are in for a frustrating time and I would pick one of the other trampoline parks for that.

The price is high, the service is terrible. Eternal queues at the entrance, even if there are only 2 people in the morning, because in 80% of cases it is simply not known where the staff is. In a cafe, it is also sometimes impossible to catch something that can sell a product. Zones are often closed for reconstruction for 3-4 months (!!!), and then they open without changes, they simply remove everything that is broken, but DO NOT REPAIR. They have 9 basketball hoops and always only 3-4 balls maximum. The rest of the balls lie under the trampolines for months, and the staff, instead of collecting them, says that there should be 3 balls for 6 rings! What a wildness! In general, everything is only getting worse and worse, I will close the membership and look for another trampoline park for the child.

The staff was amazing! Each member of the kitchen treated me nicely, the court monitors were extremely nice also! The young man in the kitchen today was extremely polite and accommodating to my endless questions. You guys do a great job of making us feel like family!

My 7 year old loves sky zone. So a couple years ago, I bought a couple punch cards from them that contained various discounts to make future jump sessions cheaper. I’ve taken him to this location several times and used that card. On our most recent trip to sky zone, I was informed that sky zone no longer accepted the punch cards. The manager informed me that corporate decided that the cards were expired. I pleasantly explained that the cards have no expiration date and revoking the cards is illegal under Illinois and federal law. To no avail. I was forced to pay full freight. Sky zone took my money for the punch cards, and then revoked them without notice or compensation. I sent a complaint to sky zone online to no answer. I plan to file complaints with the better business bureau, Illinois attorney general, and will not return to sky zone. I urge anyone who has had a similar experience to do the same. Shameful behavior. Before anyone on sky zone replies that they sent notice they were summarily revoking my punch cards without compensation, they did not. And, even if they did, revoking the punch cards is illegal and a breach of contract, notice or no notice.

I don't know why I subject myself to these places then you remember it's not about me it's all for the kids! The place was packed since we went on the weekend I don't know how many kids were running around but honestly felt like too many were jammed in. I didn't get out on the mats with the boys as I am sure an injury would have followed. They always seem to have a blast and come back tired and sweaty so that's a bonus. They could use some more staff that's for sure as most of the kids just do what they want and an accident will follow I am sure. We will take them there a couple times a year when the weather doesn't cooperate.

Always clean and the pizza and fries are really good there. They have a new slide and kids are crazy about it! Everything is pretty strict and the staff is very professional. The prices are reasonable compared to other jump centers not so well maintained. The birthday parties are kind of different than most of the places I have been. You have two hours jumping and one hour for pizza and cake. Guest are scattered everywhere. During these two hours you don't have a room, you go there after these two hours. So you can imagine that the birthday celebration happens really quick...

Extremely disappointed! You pay $400 for a 2 hour party that was really only an hour and a half. The kids jump for the first hour then go to the party room for pizza and cake. I was told to get the kids together about 10 mins before so that they would be ready to go up to the room. That is really only 50 mins of jumping. Then in the party room did pizza and cupcakes for a 1/2 hr. Then was told for the last half hour the kids couldn’t jump anymore and if the guests wanted to leave, they could. My host then said she would come back 15 minutes before the party was over to get me to do final payment. When I was checking out, the manger said I could save 20% on the party if I purchase a membership. It would’ve been cheaper for me to purchase 10 passes for 90 mins of jumping and skipped the cold pizza and lack of enthusiasm from the host. We will not be coming back.

It is really dirty plase!!! The restrooms are totally miserable, smells really bad, toilet paper everywhere and wet floor. Tonight we came with my family and it was totally no controlled from no one from the equip.... no one on the soccer area, no one on the zipline ( actually the zipline don't work), but I only sow 3 people who worked for SkyZone this evening!!!! I am so sorry that my kids love this place and I am so sorry that I have to say to the kids that we are not coming anymore here and will stop to pay our monthly membership....

This place should not be in business. The restroom floor was covered in pee, with kids walking around in these thin sock🤮 No paper towels in the restroom, both air dryers didn’t work, I asked an associate if they have paper towels and he said “nah”. Witnessed a kid literally fall into a hole by the basketball area that wasn’t covered properly, nothing underneath but concrete and a 5 foot drop. Our group didnt get water, soda anything until an hour into our stay. Pretty sure we could just have walked in and did all this for free.

BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH ON PARTY PRICING! I just had my son's birthday party at SkyZone Vernon Hills. I booked it during a promotional period and got a great deal. The day of the party went really well. Staff was great and helpful. The kids had a lot of fun. Everything was shaping up to be a really good overall experience. When it came to pay, I was expecting to pay what was left of my booking cost plus the cost of 3 extra jumpers. This was not the case at all. They tried to charge me over $300 more what I was supposed to owe. I tried to walk them through, SHOWING MY EMAIL RECEIPT, that I owe my promotional amount left plus the 3 additional jumpers. When they showed me in their system how their pricing works, their discount amounts were different each time the entered a percent value off. If you do a party with SkyZone be sure to NOT PAY RIGHT AWAY and check their math or you might get scammed out of an extra few hundred dollars.

Our Grandson was visiting us in April this year, so I took him to Sky Zone and they suggested a monthly pass for April or so I thought! But when I received my Credit Card statement for June I saw they charged me for another month in May, so I called ot correct this problem, and the associate at the Vernon Hills location wrote an e-mail to Sky Zone Coporate office explaining the issue, to which he requested a refund and a discontinuation of billing my CC. I wrote back thanking him and Sky Zone corporate. Well they never did credit me and continued to charge my CC over $100. though August now, and so I had to put a stop Payment order for them not to keep these dishonest charges for reoccurring. This company is not reputable for this reason and their facilities are filthy and really gross - we will never go there again.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday. Everything was great, my child really liked everything. I want to thank an employee named Emma, she served us from start to finish and helped with the design of banquet tables. Emma is very kind, responsive, and a professional in her field, I recommend this employee

This place is AMAZING, you can jump, play basketball, soccer, slides, warrior courses, etc! The only thing I avoid are the bathrooms because they are dirty, but I really don’t have to go to the bathroom so it’s not a problem. But everything else is amazing!!! The birthday party’s are always a blast! I had one on June 25th and it was amazing! You should definitely come here! Prices aren’t that bad. Sincerely yours, Nathaniel V (Nate)

Used to love this place but definitely debating whether I would take my kids back. The last couple of times I’ve gone, the young staff on the floors are too busy talking to each other and not paying attention to the children. They allow large groups of older kids in with no parent supervision so of course they are bullying and picking on the little kids. A 14 year old old pushed my 9 year old off of one of the posts in the foam pit. Then in the basketball area the boys were basically just throwing all the smaller kids around and staff just stood and watched. I had to pull my kids out of there and leave. Extremely disappointed!

My kids loved the place!! Lots to do and have lots of fun. It’s loud as you can expect in a huge place full of kids. Looks clean and well supervised. We got a monthly subscription as we are sure we will be coming back! Food is good.

Best place to burn energy even if you are older. Very crowded in the weekends.

Kids had a blast, but I felt it was too crowed to be safe. We visited on a cold Sunday and there were several birthday parties going on along with the regular crowd. I only saw 2 employees monitoring the jump area and those two were working hard trying to control the kids whose parents weren’t watching. Not my favorite place to be. HOWEVER, they do have a nice variety of spaces for different ages and abilities.

Membership at the sky zone is reasonable and we can visit it a number of times especially on weekdays. It's my kids favorite spot during their vacation..

Honestly this is the most amazing trampoline place we have been to. Not only is it super clean and organized. The staff interact with the kids and are super nice and funny. Absolutely rating it 5 stars; I’d give it 100 stars if I could. Highly highly recommend it!!!! We brought the kids to jump and we ended up joining them the whole time.

Overall, a great experience for our kid's party. They have so many different things for kids to play on - it's good for many ages. The party room was nice, as well. They could use more staff working the check in area. Some of our friends waited a long time to get checked in, and if you're new, it's not clear what to do when you walk in.
