Short Story: Fresh ingredients, and fast and friendly service makes a delicious PokeDoke experience! Long Story: PokeDoke in Kirkwood offers delicious Poke and Boba Tea in a cute, clean and friendly environment. They even have a sweet wall with a neon sign you can take photos in front of. The Poke offerings are large portions, made with fresh ingredients (not always the easiest in the Midwest). I ordered a small make-your-own Poke bowl with Ahi tuna, 1/2 brown rice 1/2 mixed greens base, edamame, crab salad, seaweed salad, and cucumbers, topped with crispy onions and eel sauce. It was so tasty! The staff were all so friendly and helpful when creating the bowl to-go. I also ordered a large Jasmine Milk Boba tea, which was so sweet and delicious! Usually very good. Pokedoke is out of the way for my boyfriend and I but we decided to go after class today to get to go bowl. Both our bowls had extremely hard rice. To the point we didn’t even want to eat our meals because the rice was so bad. You could even see in the rice that it was a solid white vs cooked rice being a little more transparent. The rice is 50% of the meal if not more so there was just so way I could make myself eat it.

THIS PLACE ROCKS... I am a poke fan and often it's super hard to find a place that serves a decent quantity of poke and quality. Look I'm a big boy and the serving sizes here for me well. Everything is so fresh and delightful! I'm so full and I'm only half way done!!!

Good foods and good place for spending time on weekend. The staffs are nice and friendly. We will be back here 😁

I have spent $$$$ at this place over the past year, but I have seen a real issue with quality and quantity when you purchase a large bowl through Uber Eats, but they give you a medium. Bad form!!

Best chicken teriyaki—it’s actually called Hawaiian Chicken. It’s the best in St. Louis! Made by real Asian family - Chinese Korean. Love it! We eat 2 or 3 times a week. Hi PokeDoke, it would be great if you could allow “Add Special Instructions” for each dish.

The poke is delicious. I don't remember the pre-designed specialty poke bowls, but I got the shrimp tastic this time and loved it. Last time I built my own bowl and tried the wings.

Pokedoke is literally the best restaurant! Their seafood is so fresh! I love all the choices you get. They have boba! And the owner makes these donuts that I would die for. 100% worth your money. The owners are incredible people too!

The bowls were fresh, but I was disappointed they were out of a lot of menu items. The pokedoke bowl was tasty but definitely would have been better with the seaweed they were out of. Overall it’s a nice change from the usual things you will find in the area. They have outdoor seating too. Parking on the street next to the place is a little hectic with everyone living in the buildings around there.

The poke bowls were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and was so filling. The boba was also very yummy. We will definitely be back.
