This is probably my favorite St. Louis area Starbucks, and it’s because the people who work here tend to be EXTRA nice. They never fail to be extra sweet to my little one, which can make ANY visit a home run for this momma! Generally, Starbucks employees are pretty great (freestanding stores, *not* Target locations), and I’ve been to locations all over the country (literally), but the folks at this one make me feel extra welcome. I was a little miffed at them when someone there decided to stop putting sleeves on hot coffee cups, thus burning my hand literally every trip through the drive thru, but they finally stopped doing that (can’t imagine why hahaha), so I have no complaints about anything except the GIANT pothole in the drive thru that has probably given out a “free with purchase” flat tire or two ha! Be careful pulling away from the speaker and making that left around the building! I’m sure that whoever owns the property is responsible for fixing this issue…hope they get on it soon! I attached a photo of the most recent kid-friendly sweet treat they made up for my little one. ⭐️

Not your typical Starbucks experience. In a bad way. Slow, tables were dirty and felt very disorganized. Went inside around 8AM, no line to order and it wasn't crowded but after ordering it was all downhill. It took 14 minutes to get a grande cappuccino and 17 minutes to get the tall Carmel frappachino that I ordered with the cappuccino. No apology for the long wait. If it was a normal day I wouldn't have been able to wait that long and would have just left. I drive by this location frequently but won't be back. If you are really craving Starbucks go to the one across the street inside Target.

I go in almost every day, sometimes my order isn't always on time but these guys bust their butts! They're wonderful. Went this morning and Barista Sara was like a machine! She was killing it! With only 3 of them in there for a Saturday morning.

Review primarily as a Dasher for Doordash: Every time i get an order from this Starbucks, im very tempted to just decline it. The service is always slow and the store is always a mess. A few times, ive been able to just pick up the order and go, but most of the time I'm left waiting. hell, one time i waited for almost 15 minutes for an order that was already done, just not bagged up, so i couldnt take it. On a different note, the lot this location is positioned is not big enough to house a drive-thru. Multiple times, ive had to wait to pull out because the line was blocking the exit.

Consistently inconsistent. Either too sweet or too much creamer. You can never taste the coffee without purchasing multiple extra shots. When you do purchase an espresso shot it is under-poured. This is easily the worst location. The baristas here are extremely poorly trained.

Trash food and coffee which is overpriced. Paid $13 for a over priced blend coffee and then a microwavable sandwich.

This location used to be great. Waited just over 15 minutes just to get in line at the drive thru and not a single car moved forward… again.

Always a pleasure going in to get coffee, all the barista's are friendly, always have smiles on their faces.

My daughter came through the drive through last night and ordered a cotton candy Frappuccino. The employee told her they didn’t know what that drink was and my daughter told them it was the one with vanilla bean. She received a Frappuccino with ONLY vanilla bean. Looking at other reviews of this Starbucks it seems like it’s not the first time employees have been reluctant to make this drink. Was it not a menu item previously? Disappointed.

This review is a compilation of my last several visits. Issue#1 this building needs to address its drive up. The very least you could do is put signs up to attempt to direct traffic in a manageable order when trying to pile in the mile long line. Issue #2 The average wait to get a coffee here 10-15 minutes and that is no exaggeration nor a large order 2 iced coffees . Issue #3 you advertise a delicious sugar plumb danish and I kid you not it’s out of stock every single time I come here and this is going on since 2022 also no exaggeration. The truth is you don’t need to exaggerate when it comes to this location but you do need to be aware you will more than like face difficulty in the drive up while waiting there a long time and just give up on the sugar plumb danish. In all my visits I can say the staff has been friendly.

Love this Starbucks! They’re usually busy, but always fast. The drinks are ALWAYS great and the atmosphere is good :) the staff seems to encourage each other in stressful situations to which is super uplifting to see. This is my go to spot out of 3 others in the area.

Sara is literally the best. I love how sweet and funny she is every time we see her. She deserves a raise for real. My wife and I came through today and she gave us a Cakepop for the wait. She made my day ❤️ everyone here is amazing but thought I'd give her a shout out because she deserves it:)

So the drink was fine, but it was insanely loud the entire time I was there. The music was overly loud, people kept dropping things and like throwing things around while we were there and my anxiety got worse after being there. I just wanted to enjoy coffee and work on some things, but it was so loud and difficult to even hear myself think, and at one point a worker started shaking a box with a product in it and saying “We got a shipment and there’s only one product in this box, listen!” And began shaking the box so we could all hear the product banging around. The drink was fine, but don’t come here if you want a peaceful environment to relax and work.

Shout out to the employees who are here working non stop on a busy Sunday morning. You all are doing an incredible job and definitely deserve some praises without the “p”!
