    I can't say enough about the incredible transformation I've experienced working with my personal trainer Andrew. As a CEO with an incredibly tight schedule, it's often challenging to find the time to focus on my health and fitness. Having my trainer come to my house has been an absolute game-changer. Not only have I become physically stronger, but my mind has also never been clearer. The convenience of in-home sessions has made it possible for me to prioritize my well-being without the added stress of commuting to a gym. What truly sets Andrew apart is the level of personalized care and attention he provides. He took the time to understand my individual goals and tailored a program to help me achieve them.     Alana is the best trainer I have ever worked out with! Her classes are so much more than a work out. She is so passionate about what she does, it’s not just kicking our butts, she truly cares about each and every person she meets! I look forward to every workout I get to do with her. Her engaging spirit, warm personality, and huge heart are such a breath of fresh air! Thank you for helping shape me both physically and mentally, I love that I now look forward to my workouts!

    Alana is an amazing trainer! She made each session fun and painful. (In a good way!) My mom and sister worked out with me. She did an incredible job by personalizing workouts to meet our individual goals and needs! Alana is great at what she does and is very personable. She is the trainer to use!

    I have been working out with Alana Krone for almost two years now, and I think she is the best trainer/coach ever. In that time I have lost over 50 lbs and have gained lots of muscle. She is a great motivator, always giving encouragement and form corrections. She leads by example with her extremely strong work ethic. She is funny and an all around amazing person.     Never thought I would work out with a personal trainer but my experience with Alana has completely altered that view. We have been consistently working out 2 times a week and I am shocked at how much it has improved my strength, reduced injury, and increased my lean muscle tone. Alana is passionate about her work, extremely knowledgable, professional, and a blast to work out with. She is very strategic in her approach. Never cookie cutter. She is great with understanding my “trigger points” and chooses workouts that are best suited to my specific needs. I always look forward to our training sessions. It is solid hard work every time and I love it!

    I have been working with Alana for several months, and would highly recommend her. She is particularly effective at assessing what areas of strength or balance needs the most attention, and she adapts each workout with a variety of exercises to address those areas of need. Each workout is different from the one before, and she keeps it interesting. Most importantly, I have made progress since beginning my training with her. Alana is very positive and encouraging.

    Alana went above and beyond for me and my workouts. I can honestly say she is the most educated trainer I’ve ever had in my lifetime. I’ve had many trainers and experienced many different styles but with Alana I feel different. She handles all aspects of my workout leaving me feel educated, knowledgeable about what I need to do next, taken care of , healthy and most importantly happy. I also notice how improved my form while training has become since being with Alana. I could go on and on but will just say I am so grateful to have found her.
