Do
not
order
grocery
pickup
from
this
location.
My
order
was
2
hours
delayed.
Once
I
got
a
notification
in
the
app
that
my
order
was
ready,
I
headed
to
the
store.
When
I
arrived
at
the
store
,all
the
parking
spots
were
full.
I
went
inside
with
a
cart
to
politely
ask
if
I
could
pick
up
my
order
inside
since
there
was
no
parking.
One
associate
informed
me
that
they
were
very
backed
up,
but
she
was
willing
to
help
me
get
my
order.
Then
another
associate
came
over
to
her
and
told
her
she
not
to
dispense
the
order
in
store
and
that
I
could
drive
around
until
a
spot
opened
up
or
cancel
my
order.
I
went
to
speak
to
a
"team
lead"
and
he
directed
the
associates
to
fulfill
my
order
in
the
store.
The
grocery
pick
up
associates
refused
to
give
me
my
order.
They
could
have
helped
me
if
they
really
wanted
to,
but
clearly
they
have
terrible
customer
service
skills.
I
advised
a
different
team
lead
to
maybe
suspepend
orders
on
the
app
if
they
couldn't
provide
enough
parking
or
fulfill
the
order
in
a
timely
manner.
She
told
me
that
they
had
given
that
idea
to
the
manager
already,
but
he
had
shrugged
it
off.
I
tried
to
call
the
store
to
speak
to
a
manager
multiple
times
but
no
one
ever
answered
the
phone.
I
hope
the
store
manager
sees
this
review
and
understands
that
this
is
issue
and
the
process
is
not
efficient
at
all.
