    Continue to push employees more than what their ability is and then gets mad when they aren’t meeting the expectations. Nobody finishes a FULL pallet of juice in an hour. I’ve heard the store manager refer to black associates as lazy and incompetent. I’ve also seen terrible mold that they’ve done nothing about. Picture 2 is a tray of milk. It hasn’t been cleaned since I started and left which was over a year and 4 months

    This Is A Complete Nightmare, This Location Has Well Over 25+ Cars Outside Waiting on Pick Up Orders For Over 3+ Hours & Can’t Deliver Not A Single 1. Please Stop Offering Pick Up Services If You All Can’t Fulfill The Orders !!!!!

    LMAO I JUST READ SOME OTHER REVIEWS. UM CAN YOU SAY DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES. WOW THEY SHOULD GO TO OTHER WALMARTS AN SEE DIFFERENCES. IVE SHOPPED PRETTY MUCH "ALL" WALMARTS IN ST LOUIS BY FAR THIS IS THE BEST ONE!!!!! HAVEN'T SHOPPED ONLINE PICK UP BUT STILL!!!! OUT OF ALL THE WALMARTS THIS ONE IS THE BEST SHELVES ARE STOCKED THERE CLOTHING IS STOCKED AN EMPLOYEES ARE NICE!!!!! THE PEOPLE COMPLAINING SHOULD SHOP AROUND. THEN THEY WILL TRULY SEE WHAT'SA BAD WALMART. " BEST WALMART IN ST LOUIS!!!!! PERIOD!!!!! SORRY HATERS

    This new woman at the checkouts named Christie, was and is absolutely amazing.She is friendly, smiles, was attentive, great customer service skills....hold on to this girl she's amazing. Thank you for being great Christie and maybe just a few of those other cashier's will learn to be kind....I will be back and look for her always to keep getting that service

    All Walmarts in the St. Louis area have deteriorated in value, look, service, and shopping experience. They are not the cheapest store on many items and the quality of their clothing now is awful. The removal of floor tile and move to polished gray concrete, coupled with dimmer lighting makes them dull, dreary, and uninviting. Self-checkouts are super annoying. If I have to check and bag my own stuff, give me a discount. But I know this phenomenon is spreading to all of retail. No service. And the employees - a few are very nice and helpful. Kudos to them! But some act really put out and irritated or are just clueless. That all said, this Telegraph location at least has stocked shelves most of the time and is neat. Just don’t do curbside pickup here - they are horrible at it. Try a different location for that.

    Do not order grocery pickup from this location. My order was 2 hours delayed. Once I got a notification in the app that my order was ready, I headed to the store. When I arrived at the store ,all the parking spots were full. I went inside with a cart to politely ask if I could pick up my order inside since there was no parking. One associate informed me that they were very backed up, but she was willing to help me get my order. Then another associate came over to her and told her she not to dispense the order in store and that I could drive around until a spot opened up or cancel my order. I went to speak to a "team lead" and he directed the associates to fulfill my order in the store. The grocery pick up associates refused to give me my order. They could have helped me if they really wanted to, but clearly they have terrible customer service skills. I advised a different team lead to maybe suspepend orders on the app if they couldn't provide enough parking or fulfill the order in a timely manner. She told me that they had given that idea to the manager already, but he had shrugged it off. I tried to call the store to speak to a manager multiple times but no one ever answered the phone. I hope the store manager sees this review and understands that this is issue and the process is not efficient at all.

    If you get your order delivered from this store it might not show up at all! Over 10 plus orders have not been delivered from this location. I've lost count its been so many. This is the most unprofessional delivery service you will ever use. Don't waste your time with them. Your money will be in Flux for days sometimes weeks waiting for an order your never receive. If your lucky they might deliver to right place if they do decide to deliver it. They never get substitutions right. It's the easiest job and they are to dumb to figure it out. Save your money and time and shop somewhere else.

    I do a lot of deliveries for Walmarts pick-ups (Maplewood, Fenton, Watson, N Lindbergh), but by far Telegraph's Walmart is the worst option for this service. I always end up waiting 2 hours or more for an order. There is never any spots and you have to wait for their to be one as the employees will refuse to fulfill your order if you go inside. I have had two employees come to check on me and if I'm checked in and sometimes after you check into the app it will not show on their end that you have indeed checked in. I use the app to check in and thank god I do because without it you wouldn't be able to tell them you have arrived as they don't answer the phone and their is no other way of notifying them you have arrived at the pick up area. I had 125 in my gas tank when I arrived and now I have 80 Miles. I would turn my vehicle off but it's currently 3 days before thanksgiving and it's rather cold. This service is supposed to be fast and easier than going into Walmart directly. The system is very flawed and needs to be updated in the way pick up orders are processed to accommodate the demand at this location. The experience will surely drop. I hear a lot of employees say there was a loss in workers due to pay. Well the will surely loose this service and more workers I'm sure due to the stress and irritability of the customers. After today I may not assist this location is delivery services as after waiting 2 hours 12 minutes and wasting my gas all three orders had been cancelled via the customers because it has taken so long for their scheduled delivery. It is better to just come and shop somewhere else or even use Schnucks pick up service. Other than the delivery I do like Walmarts wine isle and selections.
