There are options for traditional massages, but Gavin has developed a mix of myofascial and Thai massage (stretching + body alignment) that puts your body back in order. I had been struggling with pinched nerves for 3 years and had seen progress after physical therapy, meds, and lifestyle changes, but my session with Gavin was the final treatment I needed to get everything in alignment and feeling 100% like my old self. Gavin is one of the few massage therapists in St Louis that offer this massage style and he does it really well. Gavin is hands down the best bodywork/massage specialist in St. Louis. He is a true master of his practice. I have been an athlete for a long time, with many past injuries. My body was stiff, ached and I could never seem to get healthy with constant injuries ailing my recovery.
