    I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times since I work near it, every time I’ve come I’ve had to wait an Incredibly long time for bad food. I’m in the drive thru as I’m typing this and have been stuck in the line for over 15 minutes and haven’t even been able to order yet. I can’t leave the drive thru because it’s blocked off on either side. I’m on my lunch break and will be lucky to even get my food by time my break is over. Never come here if you have any intention of having your food in a reasonable amount of time.

    I have no clue why I come here. I wish I didn't love tacos so much and I wish I cooked. Maybe then I wouldn't have to put myself through torture every time I visit. I try to be nice and patient but literally every time I come here I'm waiting in the drive-thru for at least 30+ minutes. I'm actually writing this while I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes so far. I understand people being busy and understaffed, but really...get it together, management!!! I shouldn't have to waste half a tank of gas just to get something to eat.

    Absolutely no. Ants all over the soda machine counter in lobby. There were maybe 5 people waiting on food in lobby and it took them over 35 minutes! And for simple orders! Sure have fun at work, but maybe learn when to start doing your jobs right instead of playing around. The young girl w black hair was doing great and others should learn from her.

    The staff is always excellent, but management seems to not want to hire more people, so the line is always super slow. It's drive thru only because there's never enough staff. Manager's, if you hire more people, you'd be able to make more money from more orders.

    I visit here frequently in the late hours usually after bad days at work. I typically order in the app and pickup in drive thru. The lines can occasionally be long, but my orders are always what I ordered, the food is usually piping hot, and the drive thru workers are very friendly.

    A girl with blonde hair dropped some of my change. She didn't offer anything to replace it. She said, oh well. It's only a penny. And these people push so hard to get our change to profit some funding so kids can go to school. Seriously, they are not serious about it. I get veggie food, they put sausage in it. I don't think so. The front register female was saying it happens once in a blue moon. I don't want to hear excuses, refund my order should have and make the food right. There yet another opportunist to make an excuse so they don't have to go further to make it right. Bad service, attitudes that need to be recognized by the manager and better service skills without excuses. I get a veggie burrito easy on the chipotle sauce, no sour cream and no guacamole. It's half the size.

    While in the drive thru I used the taco bell app to order and when i told the girl my name she started laughing and then just went quiet and I had to speak up and say something. Then she would just randomly go silent and i would have to speak up again to get her attention. I pulled up to the window and she kept looking out the window and smirking at us and got her coworkers to come look at us out the window as well. I went inside and they all said they were managers and wouldn’t give me any information and just stood there laughing and when i asked for her name she told me the name i had gave her for the mobile order.

    I love this location!!! The best around!!! I have one Vegan family member and one super picky guy and they have gotten everything right the last several times. Thank you SO much! It is greatly appreciated!
