I like how the checkout queue now announces when a lane is ready for the next person in line. They also put all the GF frozen stuff in one place.

I stopped going to this Schnucks some time ago due to expired food being on the shelves so often, as well as a few occasions of employees being rude to myself and other customers. Unfortunately, this is the closest grocery store to my house, and I needed something quickly for the dinner I was making tonight. As I was leaving the store, the employee working the self checkout loudly accused me of stealing in front of numerous other customers. He argued with me, insisting I had not scanned my items until I offered to show him my receipt (which he never asked to see before accusing me to begin with). When he saw my items were all paid for, he laughed and said, “Huh, sorry about that!” I’m glad he found it funny, because I did not. I will definitely continue to avoid this location at all costs. Dierbergs in Mackenzie Pointe is nearby and is a MUCH better option.

Been a loyal shopper here for 20+ years, sometimes twice a day even! NOW, I can hardly make it to the checkout without some kind of issue. There are so many great employees here, but Wow the awful ones really do ruin it. I'll be doing my shopping elsewhere after today!

Twice I purchased watermelons from this store that were mushy, over ripe and unfit to eat. They had to be thrown in the garbage. Now I see they are cutting the dried up tops off of half rotten pineapples and actually putting them out for sale. They knew how OLD those watermelons were...they knew those pineapples weren't fit to eat. But yet, they let the consumer get cheated. There are other places to shop.

Always loved my neighborhood Schnucks. But lately, not so much. The young female workers at the self checkout, and the younger male manager, are all rude. I miss the friendly neighbor vibe. 😓

This location is always clean and well stocked. Today, Saturday, was extremely busy. Thankfully, the way they have it set up, a single line that filters everyone to the next available checker, works well.

Easy to find what your looking for help friendly staff butter true self check out machines are absolutely horrible Walmart and aldis are so much easier very disappointed in how long it tasked to check out with them …. The need to do so much improvement with them dodo frustrating you need cocktails after a check out experience there !

This is a nice store, consistently clean and well stocked, and the whole team are customer-oriented, professional, and very friendly. There are occasional issues with price programming and the self-checkout, but they are quickly and positively resolved.

This Schnucks is hit or miss. Sometimes, when we ask where something is, we get help. Other times, we get "idk" from more than one person, and no one even attempts to point us in the right direction. Most of the time, we get a cashier who's polite. Other times, we don't. Occasionally, one is rude. They usually have whatever we want in stock, if it can be found. Also, occasionally, we have brought home precut deli meat, and it has gone off in a couple of days. Most of the time, it lasts about a week and a half to 2 weeks, sometimes longer. All in all, it's a fairly average grocery store, so I'm giving it an average rating.

Usually have the specialty items I need!! Also helping my family beat the Bidenomics that have been killing the American dream the past 3 years!! Thanks Schnucks,for trying to pass some savings on to us!! Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and too very Happy New Year

I can see they train the employees to do a great job, the Affton location is consistent with shelves being well stocked, organized,cashiers friendly and efficient.

I was impressed with the above & beyond customer service I received on my last visit. Employees were eager to assist me with my search & were extremely friendly/helpful. This store has a greater (larger) variety than some of the other locations. Displayed well.

This store is awesome. It had all of the things I always buy, plus more, of everything. The floral department was packed with gorgeous flowers and gifts for the upcoming Valentines Day. Great produce and meat selections, as well as hard to find dairy items and frozens. I've been looking for the Cinnabon pastries for over a year, and they were here, along with another type I've never ttied. I didn't have time today to look through paper goods and toiletries, but will go out of my way to do so later. The employees are great, I was helped by two employees behind the butcher's case and in floral, very knowledgeable and just nice. Recommend this Schnucks hughly!

So my boyfriend was employed at this location, first off the lady entered his SS# wrong in the payroll system through wisely.. they do offer daily pay… but they only allow you to take 35% of your wages and send the rest to your pay card… that would of been fine and dandy if the payroll lady didn’t enter the wrong SS# to begin with, nope instead they locked him out of his account, wouldn’t accept a W2, wouldn’t accept a tax return, and they also wouldn’t accept the paper directly from the social security office either… it’s been over 4 months and still hasn’t gotten paid for working here.. they could of just cut him a check by now… but they refuse to do so because of the daily pay bs… would definitely NEVER recommend anyone getting a job here unless you LOVE working for free, especially when you have 5 kids to support and need your money to survive…. Definitely recommend McDonald’s before this place… what a joke!!

Always clean. Don't you dare try to go to the self checkout with 21 items though! Some one is usually in a bad mood and hollers that you to get into the regular line! Other than that it's a great store

I drive by 2 others Schnucks to get to this one. Items are fresher. Service is friendlier. Always have what I'm shopping for.

This is my families choice Schnucks location. There are 2 locations near me almost the exact same distance from me but the Affton store almost always has stuff we need in stock

ALWAYS busy and lines for either a cashier or self checkout are usually long. Still kinda set up for pandemic times. I don't personally see the need to have one single line to get to the carriers. Nobody else is doing that anymore.

I would leave them a 0. Because that's what most Americans bank account is left when we walk out. Big corporation taking advantage of the common folks. Using the reason inflation to the extreme. The sales are a lie. Always Is a false covid line, Few Underpaid employees. No reason to Gouge the prices... I wish everyone could skip a meal or 2. Put an end to this madness force them into lowering prices.. Otherwise I do like the store , going there for years but that will come to an end if they continue this trend...

It's the day before Thanksgiving and I pulled up parking lot is full all the way to the back I was dreading going in. But I have to say whoever orchestrated the organization today in the store I give props to. I'm in customer service so I know how important it is that the customer is in and out at their convenience. I was not in there any longer than I would have been any other day it was fabulous and I really appreciate it keep up the good work I love your store!

Love this schuncks! Usually go to so.lindbergh location but lately they are never stocked. This location is always stocked,clean,and can find everything I need!from now on I will travel the extra cpl miles to come here!!!

Sometimes finding a parking space here is really hard but the people are helpful and they have most of the stuff I need and most importantly they actually carry the Boar Head meat which for some reason a lot of Schnucks around don't have it. I have to hide it when I get home though Mina and Yuna will try and eat it all.
