The woman who works handbags on Saturday nights goes above and beyond; she needs a raise! She had a ton of patience and was very helpful. The entire store was very clean and the other staff were nice as well.

My mom and I went to this Dillard’s location last night to find my mom some shoes for an upcoming wedding. This is a difficult task since she’s had surgery on both of her feet and it’s a struggle to find nice dress shoes that don’t hurt her feet. Well a woman named Janice was working that night and let me just say WOW. I’ve never had anyone try so hard to help my mom find the perfect shoe that she could be comfortable in. Mom had tried on at least a dozen pair with no real luck and just when we were about to leave, Janice comes out with a pair of beautiful shoes that weren’t out on display and were the EXACT thing my mom had been looking for for months! Janice provided exceptional customer service and was an absolute angel with helping my mom finally find what she’d been looking for. It’s so hard to find good customer service these days so THANK YOU Janice!

I went to Dillard’s South County Housewares department to get bedding and towels for my home. Katie was extremely knowledgeable and found me exactly what I was looking for, helped me very quickly, and was extremely polite. She clearly knows her department and all the products in it. I would definitely buy from her and Dillards again. Great shopping experience!

Spacious shopping areas, well lit, and full of product. We were not set upon by sales persons or perfume samples and were allowed to shop freely until we needed assistance. Prices vary from department to department but there were reasonable labels to offset every higher priced option.

I walked the entire South County mall looking for quality business suits and the only place I could find anything of exceptional quality was at Dillard's. Their clothing rack displays were set up very nicely and they had an array of choices to choose from. The sales attendant was very friendly and helpful. Parking is also very convenient to the entrance of their store. Dillard's will be my go-to from now on for my business attire.

Went shopping with my 17 year old son for homecoming. We of course waited till the last minute so needless to say there was slim pickings when it came to a tie. However as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by staff. I felt like we had 2 personal shoppers the entire time we were there. From the shoes to the wardrobe they made it very easy to find the right fit for him. Phenomenal customer service. Thank you again for making his night memorable!!

I love Dillards, and how they are independently owned and operated. I hate how Macy's has turned into a nickel and some kind of junk (or "vintage" drawer) for the snowflakes. Yeah you can get the same stuff online but you have to wait for it to get there, hope it's the same size, shade, material, you hope that it shows online. Which isn't always the case. Support local business.

I had been missing out on a fantastic place to shop. I was given a gift card to Dillard’s and it was a great experience shopping at the mall! I was greeted on both levels of this fine store. The clothing is definitely high quality. Very friendly sales staff. Will be back.

The clothes are upscale and stylish. I was specifically shopping for jeans. I found many pairs that fit well and were flattering. The customer rep was very friendly and helpful. She walked with me to different locations to find certain designers. She even stayed nearby while I tried on jeans, then gave me her opinion when I asked.

I wish it wasn’t so expensive, I do like the quality and the variety but I don’t like how expensive it is and I also never see many people around to help.

I want to thank Renee in the lingerie department for her expertise in fitting me with the perfect bras. Renee was very welcoming and the department fitting room was clean. I will definitely be shopping with her again. If you are looking for great customer service ask for Renee.

So i was there 03-11-2023 shopping my step sons pants. I didnt know his pants size and he didnt know either the gentleman working in the mens section around noon deserves a raise for sure. He looked at my son guessed size right on the head. Plus he was being very professional, kind, and happy to working there... keep him around good hard works are hard to find anymore that take pride in there work please please please give him a raise.....

I rarely shop at Dillard's mainly because they don't have any sales and I think they're pretty expensive but today I decided I need to go look for a pair of jeans. My sales lady was Bonnie she was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and stayed with me and showed me different styles of clothes. I never bought my jeans because cuz I didn't find anything that fit me right but I ended up spending a lot of money anyway. But I definitely wanted to give Bonnie credit for her professionalism.

This dillards was well stocked, well organized and had plenty of people working to assist customers. It was extremely clean as well!
