I found a parking space. It had a nice view of the wall. Get the parking pass for $20. Gets you 5 trips no matter how long you stay each time.

The public safety security is rude and not compassionate of the family of the patients in the hospital. My aunt was shot today and we wanted to sit in the waiting room or cafeteria to make sure she was ok. Now the head security guy told us we could not go to the cafeteria if we weren’t parked on the lot , so we parked on the lot and went and bought breakfast and ate quietly amongst ourselves this man comes down to the cafeteria and tells we have to leave until the surgery is over or we will be banned from the hospital. Her husband, daughter, or son can’t go back to see her either or wait in the waiting room. So if we were white would we have been giving a family waiting area? Because SLU and SSM give the family a area to wait. I give this hospital and their security staff no stars. If I had a choice she would have been at SSM.👎🏼

Hi priced poor parking many vehicles use 2 spaces. Not enough handicapped parking

Feels like a cave, I find the driving directions confusing and if I do find parking it's too easy to have trouble locating my car later. Luckily there are several stations for "Lost Car" assistance. Greatly prefer Euclid Garage. I'm sure if I used the garage more, I'd become more comfortable with it

Pay for your parking inside, before you leave. Nice to not have to pay a machine or attendant on the way out.

Safe place to park security patrols these garages regularly and they are clean. I know cause I clean them! Well lighted,easy access, plenty of parking

Prices are pretty fair if you get a discount ticket at your appointment (don’t forget to ask if they don’t offer it automatically). However, it can be hard to navigate, drivers aren’t particularly considerate, and space can be tight.

All the Healthcare people from the moment you walk in are so nice and helpful and very explanatory... it's confusing for out of state drivers that don't know the layout of it all. I must say the worst thing is the parking fees... even when you have a FREE parking pass... you better have some money on you cause it's NOT FREE and the arm won't let you go through if it's not paid..

Worse hospital I have ever had anything to do with! Horrible patient care! Will never go there for anything ever again. My sister was treated terrible! Don't take anyone there that you love!

Was happy to be accommodated since I couldn't leave for home. Staff was helpful and friendly during a stressful time with my health.

Got me in quickly. The staff was very professional, understanding & helpful.

Visited a family member there and finding her room was like going through a maze. They've added on so much that you literally get lost. People that work there whom we asked for help were as lost as we were.

No other hospital makes you pay to park but guess that pays for there remodels
