If
you
have
an
emergency
you
should
rather
go
to
to
the
ER
or
Urgent
Care.
I
took
my
father
as
walk
in
at
8:42
A.M
because
he
couldn't
walk.
He
was
trying
to
call
in
make
an
app
since
8:00
A.M
that
day.
All
he
was
getting
was
a
replay
of
a
voicemail.
First
of
all,
I
think
the
whole
you
have
to
make
an
app
at
8:00
is
a
JOKE.
How
come
you
have
this
RULE
if
you
are
not
going
to
answer
your
phone?
My
dad
sign
the
paperwork
even
pay
for
his
co
payment
and
we
where
let
in
to
wait
at
waiting
room
#2.
We
where
waiting
for
a
bit
and
by
9:20
a
nurse
came
out
and
talk
to
ask
to
see
what
his
symptoms
where.
We
talk
briefly
and
we
where
acknowledge
by
her
that
we
will
be
seen
soon.
That
they
where
some
"complications
with
the
schuelde
on
there
end".
People
where
coming
and
going
since
we
got
there
and
we
where
still
not
called
to
be
seen.
I
went
up
to
a
nurse
around
10:00
A.
M.
when
she
was
calling
another
patient
to
see
when
he
would
be
seen.
She
asked
for
his
name
and
doctor,
which
I
provided
for
her.
Than
I
heared
nothing
from
her.
Some
time
passed
and
again
people
where
coming
and
going.
I
asked
again
with
another
nurse
close
by
11
and
she
say
she
was
going
to
be
check.
Around
1
o'clock
I
asked
a
nurse
if
he
was
going
to
be
seen.
I
was
infuriated
I
wanted
to
know
he
was
going
to
be
see
or
not,
to
tell
me
now
or
I
was
about
to
leave
and
take
my
dad
to
somewhere
else.
She
say
she
was
going
to
check
and
asked
what
his
name,
birthday
and
doctor
was.
Than
she
came
back
five
minutes
later
and
say
he
was
never
check
in
by
the
reception
area.
I
was
tick
off,
so
not
only
did
he
sign
some
paperwork
but
also
they
took
his
money
on
top
of
that
but
he
was
never
CHECK
IN?
She
took
me
upfront
to
get
CHECK
IN!
The
people
in
front
said
she
did
check
him
in.
Than
another
one
of
them
chime
in
"I
did
see
her
when
I
went
to
my
lunch.
But
I
didn't
see
her
afterwards."
I
was
told
to
go
back
to
the
waiting
area.
By
the
time
he
was
put
in
a
room
it
was
almost
2
o'clock.
He
was
given
his
medicine
by
almost
4
o'clock
They
open
at
8
and
close
by
5.
I
almost
was
like
an
employee
I
literally
had
spend
almost
a
working
day
they
do
as
a
patient.
I
went
to
the
manager
of
the
reception
area
and
she
told
me
that
something
happen
with
the
system
because
he
was
check
in.
Will
it
sounds
to
me
the
system
needs
to
be
updated
because
it
clearly
ain't
working.
This
place
lacks
communication
as
team
and
as
a
business
and
as
a
whole.
They
will
take
there
sweet
time
and
whenever
they
feel
like
or
whenever
the
system
feels
like
to
even
see
you.
They
don't
care
when
you
get
see
because
they
work
there
and
get
pay
no
matter
what.
Make
sure
to
ask
them
if
you
actually
got
check-in.
Enter
at
your
own
risk.
