I went on a Saturday and it was quiet. I went in for never ending sinus cold that landed in my chest. After checking in I was happy to say my chest X-ray showed lungs clear. A steroid shot and cough medicine and I was in my way. During all this, I have to say everyone was so nice and helpful. In the last 6 years I have been there twice before and had the same experience. Today is Sunday and I have to say, the steroid shot worked, I feel like a human being again. Thanks to everyone!!

The best urgent care experience I have had! Every employee I met with was super nice and had excellent service! I was in and out within in 30 minutes! Nurses and doctors were very helpful with explaining everything. 10/10 recommend!

Great providers with excellent support staff. The new electronic queue system is great! I get to wait for my visit in the comfort of my own home, which is a major benefit when I'm not feeling well. Their front desk staff is top notch and always a pleasure to work with.

After 9 hours in the ER without being seen, we went here desperate to be seen. I had severe pain in my abdomen, and they were able to get us in! The staff was super friendly! I was in and out with all my test, medicine and a diagnosis within 2 hours. My only regret was that I didn't leave the ER sooner to come in. I highly recommend this urgent care!

I injured my knee and this was my first visit. It was the perfect alternative to an ER in my case. Easy to register online. Staff is patient, efficient, and compassionate. All my concerns were addressed thoroughly. It was very reassuring to find out so quickly that I had no fractures. I was fitted with a knee brace that eased the pain and helped me walk right away.

I injured my hand, and went here for an x-ray. The doctor gave me a brace for my hand/wrist. I knew I should have asked about the price, but I thought, "How much could they possibly mark up a wrist brace?" Turns out $400 is how much. That's what they billed my insurance company, anyway. I ended up having to pay $100 out-of-pocket for it. Charging someone $400 for a brace that can be bought for $20 at Walgreen's is wrong. Plain and simple. If I had known what it cost, I would have refused it, as would any reasonable person. I won't be returning.

I was able to call and be placed on the wait list. Once I arrived there was very short time before I was taken to a room I waited in the room for a brief period of time. A physician's assistant entered the room examined me and gave me a diagnosis. She also made sure I was clear on the instructions and what to do going forward. I was given my prescriptions. The only downside is that the system was not allowing prescriptions to be electronically transferred. Really not a big deal in today's world. I felt well cared for and that the staff was knowledgeable.

I went in for a minor ear infection. I registered online and I came in at the time they said and they had me in the patients room real quick. Nurse took my vitals, I told her what was wrong and she said Dr will be in a moment. After an hr the Doctor never showed, instead A nurse practitioner came in and checked my ears and was in my room no more than 3 minutes. Only question she asked me was where is your pharmacy. Then says you have an ear infection and will need oral antibiotics. I told her I will just get the antibiotics here at your pharmacy. She says ok and leaves and I never see her again. Took another 20 minutes and a complaint to the front desk to receive the antibiotics. So overall I waited in the patients room for an hr and half for a 3 minute diagnosis. Now please explain to me why you have this online scheduling to only have people with minor injuries still wait over an hour to get treatment full knowing it will take less than 3 minutes to treat this person? The nurse who was in my room real quick knew what was wrong but still took another hr. for not the Dr. But a nurse practitioner to come in and tell me something I already knew. My ear is infected and need antibiotics. It just seems logical and from a business perspective more profitable to get the minor patients in and out the door. Yet you have have them wait an hr taking up a room that could be used for someone else full knowing you could get this patient in and out Please explain this?

They try to hammer your insurance for as much dollars as they can get out of them. They will order ever test and X-ray under the sun BEFORE a medical doctor ever comes in to assess your conditions and symptoms. These people should be investigated. They just want to rack up them dollar signs as much as they can before you leave. When I refused X-ray before ever seeing a doctor first , the doctor came in with an attitude. These people do not care about your well being. You just have dollar signs on my our forehead to them. Also automatically hands you pills without telling you they don’t take insurance coverage for them. Just fyi : you don’t have to take the prescriptions they push on you to pay cash out of pocket. Make them call them in to your pharmacy if you have in insurance. This was my second time here. I will never return. An insurance investigation needs to happen. It’s places like these why health insurance is so out of control. Do not go here if you cannot get into your regular doctor. Just go to ER. They are much more competent.

Never a bad experience, The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Offices are always clean and well maintained. Wait time is very minimal. When I need to see a doctor in a hurry, this is the place I come too. I've been to two locations, service is always the same. Very thorough. I would highly recommend.

I had a friend refer me to another location but this one was closer to me and I heard nothing but positive feedback for the other one as well. With that being said I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any location. I had originally went to an ER (10 hours) with no diagnosis or admittance and I'm so glad I switched. EVERYONE was so caring, thoughtful, and reassuring when I went. I will absolutely be returning if another situation comes up. My results came fast and everyone seemed to be happy to be there which I feel is hard to find at urgent care centers. I wish I remembered specific names but EVERY single person was amazing between those who were hands on and those who weren't. Thank you everyone who helped me and made me feel comfortable and heard on June 8th. I hope you guys are doing well :)

As always, great medical care, I usually give my visits 5 stars but lost o one star this time due to what seemed like a long wait between tracing #2 position ( coming into the clinic) and being seen. Also, maybe because I felt so sick, I felt the two young men at the desk, and the young woman technician who took me back to the exam room were lacking in any expression of care or concern for how I was feeling. I ended up pushing chairs together to lie down in the waiting room. I was tested for flu, strep and COVID, and treated very well by a physician once I got the diagnosis.(COVID) I appreciate the availability of medical care I trust when I need it.

I brought my aunt, who is an older adult, to Total Access Urgent Care to see Dr. Talbert after a family friend strongly recommended her. My aunt had long needed to see a doctor for a chronic issue, but had great misgivings about seeing anyone due to several factors. She was treated with such patience, kindness, and dignity by both Dr. Talbert and the tech Joyce that I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if they are worried about how medical professionals might treat them. I interacted with three other employees there and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much!

This is my go-to urgent care. The staff is excellent. They're knowledgeable and very accommodating. Whether I'm here for a migraine cocktail or because I broke my ankle, TAUC is where I'll continue to go.

I am a repeat patient of TAUC. Every time I have gone I have been treated like I was the only person there. Every person was courteous and professional and attentive to my needs. They take time to listen and focus on what is relevant and important. Obviously, I recommend TAUC - I have returned myself.

Everyone I encountered was amazing. Someone came in to check on me constantly, they kept me informed on what was going on and explained how the CT scan worked. The lady doing the CT scan was wonderful. All of the ladies doing my blood work and IV were so kind. I always have a hard getting an IV put in, very small veins. They were so patient and comforting. I highly recommend the Chippewa location.

I got there and was immediately put in a treatment room. Within minutes I was seen by a nurse who took my vitals. Shortly thereafter another individual came and took me to get an x-ray. Within minutes a doctor came in and reported the findings. All and all I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Everyone I saw was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Congratulations on a job well done. Sally Noel

Checked in online late on a Friday afternoon and got a text almost immediately. Came in, was seen quickly. Everyone was highly professional and took care of the issue really well. She needed additional follow-up supplies on Sunday evening; we called and they provided the supplies to us after checking with the doctor. Really excellent care and great communication. Pretty fast and a wonderful experience every time.

For the most part, I thought everyone was very welcoming and friendly, to the front receptionist to the last receptionist who checked me out. With that being said, what I don't appreciate is when a health care worker (no matter their job or job title) enters the treatment room, they should have the common courtesy to identify themself and their title or position. This occurred with the first provider who entered the room. She began to ask questions as to my medical complaint. I responded first by asking her, who was she and what was her title. In addition to this, this same worker, in my opinion, did not do their best to communicate with me, especially after I informed her that she was difficult to hear or understand. The worker was wearing a mask (which I understand) however, she was soft spoken and spoke with an accent. After I told her that I couldn't understand her, she then directed all questions to my wife who was present in the room. I realize my hearing is not was it used to be but couple that with the mask she was wearing, her soft spokenness and accent, communication between her and I was non-existent. I am not sure if this practice is the best when engaging a patient. I am not deaf and certainly, she could have spoken up, perhaps even removed her mask (stepping back away from me to ensure proper social distancing.) But, she was content on interviewing my wife, leaving me to sit there as if I were a child, unable to answer questions on my own. Last issue I encountered. As a result of my visit, I was prescribed a medication. I had told the nurse practitioner that I wanted the script to be sent to the Walgreens at Gravois and Hampton. Later, when arriving at Gravois and Hampton, they indicated they never received an order for my medication We decided not to wait. In the a.m., I called Walgreens who informed me they never received my order. In recontacting TAUC, I was informed my order was placed at the Walgreens on Hampton and Chippewa by mistake, expressing their apologies. I am not quite sure how that happened as I mentioned to the nurse practitioner, that I wanted the prescription sent to the Gravois and Hampton location. I was never provided an explanation of why this occurred.

Came in with an injured pinky and they have the most friendly and understanding staff!! Made my visit entertaining and quick! I appreciate all the effort to help while I was in pain. I was never waiting for too long, nor was anyone rude when answering questions. They explained everything perfectly so I wouldn’t be left out on my treatment! Thank you!

Great care and CARING. Dr Cornish and his team were skilled, efficient, and compassionate. I feel very confident about the treatment I receive whenever I need urgent care. It fills the perfect niche when you are sick but can’t get in to see your primary doctor and your not sick enough to need hospital care.

The excellent healthcare professionals at Total Access have been a great resource for me and my wife since moving to St Louis, but I’m especially grateful for their accurate and timely care of my mother. When she fell ill while visiting from out of town, we weren’t sure what was wrong. At Total Access, she was seen by a doctor who ordered a CT scan, revealing a rare type of stroke. The doctor then had EMS transfer her to the ICU at Barnes Jewish where my mother was able to get the emergency care she needed. My mother is on her way to recovery thanks to the good people at Total Access. Thank you!

My experience at total access was good. Better than any other urgent care I have been to. This was my second time there and the staff is very friendly and attentive. They always make sure that you know someone will be with you shortly if you have been waiting for a while. I was feeling very very sick and they gave me a nice fuzzy blanket to keep me warm while I waited for my results. They will always be my first choice.

The staff were efficient and kind. I was really in a bad place and they helped me feel so much better. They treated me like a person and not just a room number. The techs, nurses and PA were great. Gray was so helpful and understanding

Went in on a Sunday morning after 2 days of coughing and feeling miserable. Everybody was very helpful in trying to make me feel as comfortable as possible while they evaluated me. Luckily all I had was the mother of all head colds and I was able to get the medication right there instead of to wait for a pharmacy to open. This was my second visit to this particular UC, and also have visited the one near to my house in S County several times. All have been very helpful and compassionate.

Wonderful experience. Not where I wanted to end up on our vacation, but glad it was here for me. Went an hour before closing and didn't have to wait at all. Was able to get the medication for my shingles diagnosis as well and didn't have to drive across town to a 24 hr pharmacy. Thank you Total Access Urgent Care. 100% recommended!

TAUC in my opinion is the best urgent care that I've ever experienced. The first thing I want to say is that, no matter the location, I've always been greeted with very friendly behind the counter registration technicians. And getting to that point, the system is easy and pretty fast by using the online appointments and showing up to the parking lot and coming in when it's my turn. Great system!!!! So each time I've been seen and this last time was especially comforting, the staff was very confidential, very on top of things and always keeping me updated on what was going on during my wait in my room and letting me know exactly what was going on. Very thorough! Again, friendly and I felt very comfortable with their diagnosis. I will not go to another urgent care ever. Thank you for the help (Chippewa) TAUC!

First time using this location as I moved to St. Louis City 2 years ago. Easy to sign up/register online. A phone call confirmed that they took my insurance. I knew there were only 2 in front of me, and as soon as I could enter the building, I was sent a text. I was shown to a patient room immediately (it helped that I was not new to the system and all my information was up-to-date). Staff was professional. Facility was clean and had many patient rooms. I was in and out in 1 hour. Appointment included interview with nurse, swabs for flu, strep and COVID, and a consultation with doctor about test results. Results in 15 min. Received a steroid shot & prescription which was a compound prescription, so it couldn't be filled in their pharmacy. This was Memorial Day weekend and thankfully they were not super busy at that time. I used to use their Rock Hill location which is also super nice, but this one is just as nice and closer. I would return to and would recommend this location.

The doctor was kind and helpful. The technician who did my testing did a great job of putting me at ease and bringing fun to the wait. They got me feeling much better quickly and I appreciated the online check-in system so I knew I wouldn’t be waiting forever while feeling badly.

I had a great experience at the St. Louis Hills Urgent Care! They were very attentive and got me in quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. After getting a steroid shot someone checked on me 2 different times to make sure I wasn’t getting a reaction. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you Urgent Care!

I was in and out quickly. Staff was courteous and attentive. At no point did I wait too long, and after examination decided I don’t need a CT scan, but told me if any problems do pop up to feel free to call. Affordable and accessible.

Had a great experience from start to finish at Total Access Urgent Care! I had not been before and I definitely will use this facility, if need be, in the future. The team was attentive, the check in process was very reliable and I appreciated the team members keeping me in the loop during the process. I also was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility! Hands down would recommend!

I needed some lab tests done while I was away from home. I used Total Access Urgent Care and was very pleased at how friendly and professional the staff was. They handled my somewhat complex insurance situation with ease and took care of my labs quickly and efficiently. Joyce did the blood draw and was excellent. Overall an excellent experience. Will use this facility again if I need to.

Honestly expected the worst because urgent care kinda scares me. But oh my this was an amazing experience for going to the doctor alone. I’m 19 and they were very nice and understanding, insurance went smoothly and they really cared about my symptoms. I will definitely go back if I need to. I only had to wait for 15 minutes too and most of that was the drive there!

I rarely ever visit a doctors office let alone an urgent care but recently I had little choice as I developed severe pain in my knees and could not see my normal practitioner until April. I dreaded going but to my utter delight the experience was simply great. The front desk staff could not have been more courteous and polite. They were just so kind! The medical assistant had the personality of an angel and was also so very kind. The NP was also very courteous, kind and responsive. I was amazed that I was able to be x-rayed on the premises as well as get a prescription filled. The x-ray tech was marvelous and very professional. Overall I could not have been treated better. I walked in anxious and walked out so very calm and with a feeling of being the only patient in the entire facility. I am not exaggerating when I say I was astounded by the level of kindness and care I received. Not at all what I expected. Kudos to each and everyone of them for being an outstanding health care team!

Wonderful experience! Once a spot was available for check in, I was taken in quickly. The staff provided nothing but the best care for me even though I was sick with the flu. They made sure I was comfortable while waiting for test results and were very personable while in the room. TAUC is, in my opinion, the best urgent care center in the area!

I came in on Sunday morning after several failed attempts to remove my wedding bands stuck on my finger. The entire staff was wondering, compassionate, and caring. I unfortunately had to have my rings cut off, but the staff kept me focused on the positive. Best urgent care experience ever. Thank you for making a stressful experience better.

After trying to see my PCP and finding out he'd abruptly left the practice, the doc that covered for him didn't listen to me and didn't seem concerned with my needs at all. I chose to go to Total Access the next day and I'm so glad I did. Finding an appointment on the website was easy. I was seen within a short and reasonable time after I was asked to arrive. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The tech or physician assistant (whatever his title was) that took my vitals and preliminary info was patient and empathetic. The doctor I eventual saw was no-nonsense but still warm. She listened and related. She offered a plan and a possible solution. I left feeling like my voice had been heard and my needs had been met. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I visited after having a pill lodged in my throat. The front desk folks were helpful and compassionate and got me set up very quickly. Joyce, who assisted me, was incredibly kind, helpful, and considerate. The rest of the team as well. Thank you to the providers and staff.

The staff in the office were very timely and so friendly. The person who took my vitals and all the medicines I take was very thorough. Hunter was very good too and gave me ways to treat my wound. I was very satisfied.
