I
went
in
for
a
minor
ear
infection.
I
registered
online
and
I
came
in
at
the
time
they
said
and
they
had
me
in
the
patients
room
real
quick.
Nurse
took
my
vitals,
I
told
her
what
was
wrong
and
she
said
Dr
will
be
in
a
moment.
After
an
hr
the
Doctor
never
showed,
instead
A
nurse
practitioner
came
in
and
checked
my
ears
and
was
in
my
room
no
more
than
3
minutes.
Only
question
she
asked
me
was
where
is
your
pharmacy.
Then
says
you
have
an
ear
infection
and
will
need
oral
antibiotics.
I
told
her
I
will
just
get
the
antibiotics
here
at
your
pharmacy.
She
says
ok
and
leaves
and
I
never
see
her
again.
Took
another
20
minutes
and
a
complaint
to
the
front
desk
to
receive
the
antibiotics.
So
overall
I
waited
in
the
patients
room
for
an
hr
and
half
for
a
3
minute
diagnosis.
Now
please
explain
to
me
why
you
have
this
online
scheduling
to
only
have
people
with
minor
injuries
still
wait
over
an
hour
to
get
treatment
full
knowing
it
will
take
less
than
3
minutes
to
treat
this
person?
The
nurse
who
was
in
my
room
real
quick
knew
what
was
wrong
but
still
took
another
hr.
for
not
the
Dr.
But
a
nurse
practitioner
to
come
in
and
tell
me
something
I
already
knew.
My
ear
is
infected
and
need
antibiotics.
It
just
seems
logical
and
from
a
business
perspective
more
profitable
to
get
the
minor
patients
in
and
out
the
door.
Yet
you
have
have
them
wait
an
hr
taking
up
a
room
that
could
be
used
for
someone
else
full
knowing
you
could
get
this
patient
in
and
out
Please
explain
this?
