I purchased my wife's wedding ring from this store, with the life time warranty. We took the ring in because a stone fell out. They told me it would take a month to fix, that's fine. A month past and no word. I called them every week for the next month trying to get an update. This had been two months now since I dropped it off. Finally they told me the insurance company offered a buy out on the ring after the first two weeks it was there!! No one told me this. And apparently after 72hours after a buy out is issued, they assume you accepted and destroy the ring!!!! They destroyed the ring without consulting me or my wife. Done with this place. I would recommend staying far away from this store and company.

Jessica is great. My husband & I have been shopping at this location for about a decade and I’ve seen a few managers come and go. She is by far the best. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Was upset that she is no longer the manager there. Dominique is also a fantastic employee. Wish the trade in policy was not a double the price or only get half the trade value deal.

Had an amazing experience like always! Went in to buy my parents a nice little gift and they had something for everyone and I even walked away with something for myself! Eric was an amazing sales person amd wasnt pushy with trying to sell. He listened to what my budget was and even though I spent over the amount he asked me multiple times if I was okay with going over. Ajla and Eric both care about their customers and they help you get the best price for your jewlery. Definetly will recommend to anyone!

I absolutely love my girls at Rogers and Hollands. They helped me get my dream ring. They also helped my mominlaw get a beautiful ring and insert.We both got the protection plan and life time warranty so we will always choose Rogers and Hollands for our jewelry.They also helped us get awesome discounts and did their best to fit our budget and sold us our rings. Ive been coming here for 4 years now and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for nice jewelry.

My husband & I buy all of our jewelry from Rogers & Holland. They have wonderful jewelry, quality & excellent warranties. Plus, they give you “bucks” as credit that makes it worth spending a little more. I have never been dissatisfied with their customer service or quality. They are the best jewelers around, I won’t buy from anywhere else!

It’s sad how jewelers take advantage of uneducated customers. Especially during a time like this. Over $200 to size down a simple solitaire?! No reason for this! Shame on you.

We have bought two rings from themll Rogers and Holland and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They listen to what you have in mind and then help you find the rings that fit what you want. Example; I chose a ring with semi-precious stones as my engagement ring rather than a diamond. Because of the design, we had a problem finding a band to match. Juliette knew exactly which band would work for us. Another thing we love is that the staff recognized us any time we stopped to window shop before we were ready to purchase. Love this place and will definitely be back!

We shopped a lot of different places and could not find what we were looking for. Jessica helped us find the perfect ring and made it so easy too.

Had the absolutely worse experience. Manager was rude and overtalked me. Ring was sized incorrectly and they did not try and offer a resolution. Wasted time and some of my money. There are hidden fees and a small time jewelry so anything to make money. I would not recommend. Go somewhere where they will treat you with respect and dignity and not just dollars.
