    Gorditas weren't even grilled, they didn't even cook them. Burrito barely toasted. Left out my nachos. Not worth it to go back and complain, easier to just never go back. The puzzler: lots of employees, barely any customers. Fail level: mega.

    Since I was not able to order at 12:15 when you close at 1, I can only review my last 3 attempts. Oooops! They are the exact same! If you don’t want to work the hours your employee chooses to employ you, quit! Worst Taco Bell location I’ve attempted to visit.

    Delivery drivers hate picking up orders here. Lobby is always closed. You're affecting our money by making us wait like this. Stop being annoying & making it time consuming like this.

    What’s the point in having the app and parking pick up spots just for them to say wait through the drive through. When theirs cars wrapped around the building and you ordered 10mins before everyone got their. And workers on their phones on the line. I work in food I get it but your dining room is closed? Make up that part of your business by your speed of service. Be prepared to wait at this location.

    One hour wait both inside and outside I thought fast food was fast I can cook a family meal in the time it takes them to make a taco.

    Lobby is locked at 7pm on a Thursday. Claiming to be under staffed, Door dash doesn't allow this kind of time loss to wait in a wrap around drive thru line.

    This was $5. Pretty sure that’s the last time I go to t bell lol. This is ridiculous. Had I known, I would’ve gone elsewhere as I’m actually hungry and wanted more than a bite.

    20 minute to get my food and they weren’t busy. The guy with black glasses and weird voice had an attitude over wrong drinks then started cussing and talking to a girl with the long black pony tail.. manager behind them didn’t even care

    Why is the lobby closed at 11am its lunch start to open your lobby so we can sit down and eat thats the way restraunts r supposed to be thanks i will change this once this stops happening and i can eat inside

    My food tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp all night. On top of that they got my order wrong I understand people do make mistakes but it happens at this location all the time

    It is much more worth your time and money to drive to another location. Drive through lines are always long because they don't open their lobby (even for mobile order pickup only) and the employees are usually rude.

    Not the best placement of the entrance and exits of the parking lot. When I went they had cones all over the place so I had to figure out on my own how to get to the drive thru since I entered from the lower entrance as I was leaving the Schnucks plaza.

    By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever gone to every single time I go The food is not bad but the SERVICE, That's a whole nother deal!! Especially after 9pm,they should be more respectful of their customers, they'll just hand food to you through the window,no thank you,have a great day nothing,just hand food over and close the window in your face, couple times I have needed sauce (due to them not giving it to me when I asked the first time),but had to drive away because they wouldn't turn back around after closing the window!!!

    There was a piece of plastic straw in my burrito I contacted corporation they are going to review the staff and potentially fire the idiot that did it. Be very careful ordering from this location.

    We drove through and grabbed dinner on Friday night. The person who took our order was courteous and so polite. The window person greeted us with a warm smile. Our entire family agreed that whomever prepared our food really did a amazing job. Quick, picture perfect, well balanced, and everything was fresh and amazing. Our 9 year-old said it was the best burrito he ever had and that it "looked like the one in the commercials, and they never look that good." Thanks to whomever was working on Friday June, 18, 2021! Your hard work did not go unnoticed. I hope your boss gives you all a raise and that you are appreciated for your stellar service, because you deserve it. Thanks from my family!

    A good atmosphere as with any taco bell. Service is great, and for the most.part they are very clean. It's nice to see that they keep their food preparation areas clean as well, as they should. The food is good too and you can never go wrong with a Baja blast or cherry freeze!

    You can't beat the build your own cravings box deal. I typically order in the Taco Bell app and pick up at this location. My orders are always perfect and fresh. Even when it is a little busy I typically don't have to wait very long for my order. The staff is always friendly. This is my go to Taco Bell location!

    I don't eat much fast food, but lately when I do the service is not great... Oakville Taco Bell got it right!! The woman working the drive thru was pleasant and helpful as I had a question about something on the menu. I pulled around ,paid and almost immediately had my order (EVERYTHING I ordered including sauce). She actually apologized that it took longer than it should have because they were short staffed... I couldn't believe it! I was in and out of the drive thru in a matter of minutes. I was super impressed by my whole experience and the fact that she did it all with a smile!!😀

    I ordered three box specials and instead of the highly modified tacos and burritos being put in the individual boxes, as they should be. The contents of all three boxes were jammed in one bag. Then I had to go home and open up each burrito and taco to find out which one had extra onion, which one didn't have onion, which one didn't have beans and so on. I have Covered this with them numerous times in the past, and they still do not get that they need to put them in the individual boxes. They said they are out of boxes, so they need to put them individual bags. When I got home I was missing a burrito and when I came back to get it they argued with me saying that I was never even up there to order any kind of food. I died then the online receipt and after several minutes of heated discussion, they finally gave me the $1.69 burrito. The Lady I talked who works nor identify herself, acted like she was coming out of her back pocket.

    Normally I wouldn't post on a Taco Bell visit, unless it had an impact. Today it was. The drive through cashier was cheerful at the speaker and at the window. Food was ready before payment was complete. A visit that left a smile on my face. Great job management.
