I love my apartment! The location is perfect, everything is easy to get to, the surroundings are wonderful. The nightlife and variety of restaurants are perfect. The apartment building is well maintained, the management is friendly and very helpful. My family and I have been able to enjoy the venues around our complex, which is a huge plus. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I lived there for two years, and I will miss it. Jordan and Rashuan are excellent and very professional. You rarely need maintenance, and if you do need it, they come fast. It was super clean, and the apartments are modern and cozy. Excellent location, good restaurants, good shows, sports, and an easy commute to any place, including the airport.

I lived at Eighth and Penn just shy of 3 years & had an amazing experience! The building is amazing & always feels clean & well maintained. The staff goes above & beyond to make sure to help with anything you need. Thanks Jordan for always helping me with my groceries when I needed it, Rashaun for all of my Apt questions help, and Zack for quickly responding whenever I needed it. We will absolutely miss living at eighth & Penn (ONLY moved to buy a house & to have a little more space as we outgrew our apt). You have access to anything downtown, strip, north shore at this location because it is so central to everywhere. Cannot recommend it enough!

This is a review purely of the building itself, amenities, and staff rather than the surrounding area of the cultural district. I can’t say enough good things about the promptness of response and positive outcomes to any kind of queries over the three years I lived there. Facilities were clean and in good shape and the rooftop garden is a huge plus. Apartments are very nice with impressively high ceilings and the interior design is done with great taste.

Eighth and Penn has been the perfect place to live Downtown. It's extremely clean, newly-renovated, and has amazing amenities (my favorites being the gym and the beautiful rooftop view of the city). The management have been nothing but accommodating, respectful, and courteous (shout out to Jordan, Rashaun, and Zach) and have really made me feel at home. I feel fortunate to to live in a place where I can't come up with a single downside. 5/5 Highly recommend this apartment building!

This is one of the best property management companies in Pittsburgh. Zack is always very kind, responsive quickly, and always helpful with any and every situation. The leasing staff and maintenance are always gracious and respectful. My experience renting from Eighth and Penn was truly astonishing! I couldn’t recommended them more!

The best place to live downtown. The management is great and actually listen and solve problems unlike most places that just place your complaint down the line. They made my experience living downtown stress free. I ended up speaking with Zack a lot he was a great help to answer my questions but the whole team is great. It’s in a great part of town with lots of attractions within a 5 min walk from the building so there’s always something to do close to home.

There are a lot of great places to rent downtown, but what set them apart is how they are managed. I have to give a huge shootout to Zack and the management at eight&penn for setting the standard of professionalism and honesty when it comes to renting. Being heard and treated with respect goes a long way.
