Not specialty hoagies. Bread is too thick and hard. Cheese is not melted and does not taste good. Personal choice, you may like this place if you have grown up eating american hoagies like these with loaded meats. I can bet an Italian guy would have issues here as well. Would not come here again.

This location can’t get an order correct. It’s not the same as the ones in the Philly area. I will never go back to this location because the messed up my hoagie tray. You pay a premium price to get the wrong order. How do mess up a hoagie. I asked for seedless rolls and I received all seeded rolls. I will never visit this location again.

If you like stale bread, meat that tastes like water, soggy veggies they sliced before the holiday weekend, then you'll LOVE the hot new franchise opportunity, Primohoagies. This entire hoagie tasted like water. Not sure who owns the locations in Pittsburgh, but I do know that Primohoagies does not require franchise owners to live locally, so I'd be surprised if this place was benefitting the local economy at all. Let's work to support more potentially local businesses, ones that actually use quality ingredients. Great pricing too, at only $18 for what appears to be half of the sub. I was wondering why it had another option for FULL that cost $37!!! It's silly. Next time I'll just go buy get some real hoagie supplies and save some money. My fault for thinking I could order a hoagie for lunch. The only saving grace was the sweet peppers, which weren't especially good, but did allow me some assurance that my tastebuds are still working and I likely don't have covid. I was starting to get a little worried until I got a bite of those. After reading the reviews, I also find it humorous that the owner then wants you to SUBMIT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION to them on their own feedback form. Dog, you're getting all the feedback you need right here.

$9 for a cheese and veggie sub and hardly any veggies Cute place, nice guy taking the order but the sandwich girl finished my sub right as I finished ordering it, which meant most the things I asked to be added at the end just got ignored ignored.

Really great sandwiches, but slightly pricey. I consider this the "more expensive but worth it" sandwich shop in the strip (you can guess the alternatives). I think the ingredients are fresh, the bread is great tasting, and they balance the flavors really well. Lots of options too. Other than price, the only thing I have against it is that sometimes the bread is just slightly too crunchy on the outside and can hurt the gums (maybe one of the three times I went).

Flavors are off. Not remotely authentic, so don't let the marketing convince you it's supposed to be so... Not-Italian. Got an Italian sub. Toasted sesame bread is great. The rest of it was too salty and dry

PrimoHoagies is great! I love them. They had a lengthy menu with many options. Their subs are loaded with fresh meats, cheeses and veggies. The bread is sooo good. The restaurant is clean and the staff are really nice. One of my favorite sub shops.

Manager took the dirty red baskets off of the garbage can, put them back on the serving line, and used one for my "r" special sandwich. Disgusting. 1 pepper shooter on my 10$ 5" sandwich. I didn't order the banana peppers, pickles or sweet peppers that came on it. I won't be back.
