Great, cozy little bar in Millvale. The staff care about the food and drink and add a both professional and personal touch to the experience. They tend to play good music and have TVs and speakers. This is the best place in Millvale for dinner and/or drinks. I had a beautiful steak and a pleasant evening hear, and I recommend that you do the same.

Looking for a new place to eat dinner, googled Millville and Bar 3 came up. Best decision ever..I had the Black and Blue, hubby had the Bar 3 Burger, no lie, these were the best burger ever. Please give them a try..Shout out to Mark and whomever cooked our burgers.

Very pricey (menu online was not accurate). Service was horrible unless you were sitting at the bar. There were no actual servers. Just the bartenders would come by but only by flagging them down and they forgot our drinks multiple times. Our friends food came out 10 minutes prior to my husband and I and they were almost done eating before we finally got our food. The bartender was also slinging back shots. That being said the food was good. Wouldn’t go back though due to poor service and prices.

I found this place online and like supporting local business. We arrived around 5:30 on a Thursday. Upon entering there were only two other guests, red flag. Good selection of beers and menu items. We ordered burgers and they cooked to temperature properly but were not memorable. The sauce on my husband's was a small drizzle and I couldn't find any on mine for the black and blue burger. The fries were not fresh. Overall, it was just a sad place and the chef just sat in the back of the restaurant. The ambiance was not there. I've heard of earlier happy hours but 3 to 5pm is not going to draw guests. The service was great! I was really hoping for more from this little local spot. Unfortunately it was lack luster and not for us.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, without question the best Reuben I have ever had and my girlfriends burger was spectacular as well.

I wasnt sure what to expect walking in here, but my partner and I needed a bite to eat before a show at Mr Smalls Funhouse. The experience here was honestly great. The prices almost scared me away, but for the first time in a long time, i felt like the amount we spent was SOOO WELL worth it. Best burger i have ever had, great drinks too!

Mussels are amazing, burgers are perfectly cooked and seasoned. I would give my left arm for their blue cheese dressing recipe. Highly recommend!

The staff works super hard to be sure that you have a good experience. The new menu is great - try the pork sliders. You won't be sorry. They have a great private room on the second floor too. Highly recommend!

I had the Chorizo burger and my wife had the steak salad, I finished all of mine and some of hers. We will definitely be back. Great food!

First off the food is incredible, specifically the burgers. Haven't had one that was even average (let alone not good). It's always a great atmosphere and the bartenders are great. The owner, mark, has done a great job with this place. I didn't know him prior to opening and now I enjoy catching up with him when I go there. Great food and drinks at more than fair prices. Great for pre concert drinks too!

Very relaxed atmosphere in great staff. The food was also very good.. My only issue was that they were out of several items on both the food and beer menu when I was there. Still would highly recommend this place!

We were there to see a local band that packed the place to capacity. The staff did their best although they were getting slammed. My friends and I both got the California burger, and I have to say it was one of the best burgers I ever had. The burger was seared beautifully with a wonderful crust. Have to go again when it's less crowded.

Their chicken bacon ranch flatbread is SO good! The bartender, (I think her name was Heather?) was very nice. The drinks were good!

It was simply alright. The bartender/server was friendly and attentive. The food was probably what you would expect from a slow bar on a Thursday evening. Prices may need to be slightly adjusted (lowered) until things return to normal, as serving dine in food in to go boxes lowers the quality, especially when asked if we were dining in.
