Horrible customer service. Completely sent the wrong pizza when called to get replacement the woman kept cutting me off repeatedly telling me I was wrong that’s not what I ordered. The pizza was dry and not worth the money at all. I will never order from them again. I can’t believe the horrible customer service by the lady. For a local family restaurant who’s been in the Rocks for so long she should be ashamed of how she handled the issue. If you order from them hopefully you get the correct food if not no correction will be made

Pizza is legit New York style. Food is on point and has a balanced fresh taste. The slices don't flop when you hold it like most around here. I took off 1 star only because the place could use a deep clean.

Pizza slices were large in size, I just didn't like the taste. I should also add that the Pizza had some burnt ends and didn't look very satisfying. If I were to give this place a second try, I'd go for a freshly made pizza.

Awful experience. Atrocious. The woman on the phone was rather rude in taking our order and the largest pizza is plain false advertising since they do not sell it anymore but it still has a price. Not worth the time!

Fantastic pizza! Truly the best I've ever had.

Just had one of the best meatball sandwiches I ever had. Giant homemade meatballs nice sauce, on a fresh hoagie bun. Very good stuff. From the deli.went to the pizza location and had an amazing steak hoagie. Huge.

Pizza is soft enough to chew and 2 slices and a pop for 5 bucks ant bad. No more pop included and it's 6 bucks for 2 slices.

This place used to be very good. Today i ordered a large pizza it was half burnt thin and alot of dough more dough than anything the last few times have been very disappointed. For the price and quality i would expect better.

Hands down best White pizza in the burgh. And their cheese bacon fries was slamming had the most bacon and cheese u could possibly have on it with a great price.

We have got pizza from this place several times and it is always excellent. Really nice crust, the good pepperoni that turns into a little bowl, nice quality cheese. Spot on.

If this place only open before 11am my job will order from their I works order from their everyday if I could! I recommend ALL the food! It's that good!

Absolutely amazing! We came to visit from out of town, and let me tell you! The owner is so sweet- he was super accommodating and kind! The pizza is out of this world wonderful! Mama Lena's is a must visit when in Pittsburgh!

Foods always good. Pizzas really good. I like the meatball subs too. You can't really beat it. There used to be alot more pizza places in the Rox. This ones always been one of my favorite.

Fast delivery, best pizza in The "Burgh in my opinion. Good price as well. Gave only three stars for atmosphere (neutral), as so far experiences with Mama Lena's has been delivery only.

Horrible customer service. Then tried to charge me extra for bacon. Giovannis are much better in McKees Rocks. Try them not this rude don't know their own prices

We ordered lunch for work and the pizza took far too long to get delivered. The delivery driver seemed like she was on something and the pizza must have fallen off the seat because the cheese was all in one corner of the box. We called and spoke to the manager who was just as useless. Do not order from this place

By far the worst Greek salad I’ve ever come across. No lamb or any meat product and they used garbage iceberg lettuce. The only thing Greek about it was the dressing. No feta cheese either shredded America and something else. Definitely not worth $14. If ordering stick to pizza or hoagies cause those are amazing. Not every pizza shop and make a good salad.

I was pleasantly surprised!! Remembered Mama Lena’s when I was young and thought I would give it a chance!!! Bought 3 pasta dinners and we were blown away by how good it was. Even the side salad was great. Will definitely go again. I am about a half hour away but worth the drive.

The staff here are great fun people. I go here almost everyday after work for two slices of their steak ranch pizza. It's heaven 😁
