We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly, they gave us a tour of the property before we decided to book the room. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, we got a room with a balcony facing the river which was nice. The pool was great. Breakfast was wonderful and it was an all-around great stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Grants Pass.

We were very pleasantly surprised at this little Riverside Lodge right in the middle of town! Besides their charming rooms and decks overlooking the Rogue River, they go the extra mile. Full breakfast in the morning, cookies and milk in the afternoon, wine and cheese in the evening! All within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Jetboats rides!

Very nice overnight stay for our family of four. Nice location on the river, large pool . Comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Everyone gets late checkout (12). Fantastic breakfast saved time and money vs. going out to get breakfast.

Very informative guy checked us in. Told us everything we needed to know regarding times, locations, etc. We had a great room looking out over the Rogue. It was 100* when we checked in at 2030. A nice long float in the outdoor pool was just the ticket to cool us off. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee pods provided were very good. We drank our coffee sitting out on the deck in the morning. We opted to have their breakfast the next morning and it was very good. Nice variety. The ladies taking care of the breakfast layout were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. In fact, we decided to extend our stay in Grants Pass by another day and by the time we figured it out, unfortunately, there were no rooms left. Dang! We will try on another visit. Thanks so much to The Lodge at Riverside.

Such a delightful experience from start to finish. We were greeted by a friendly staff in a lovely lobby before heading to our comfortable, clean and large room. The amenities in the room were plentiful with an abundance of luxury towels, a comfortable bed that boasted quality bedding, bathrobes and plenty of coffee/tea for the Kurig. The grounds are well kept, as is the pool. Despite advertisements, there was no bar to be found inside or out, which was a disappointment by our crowd, however, the view from the pool and depth of the pool is wonderful and beverages were found across the street at the Taprock. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but there is enough variety to appease most everyone. We didn't partake in their wine meet and greets, as we had plans of our own but had we gone, I'm sure they would have been lovely. Overall, we would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Check in is @ 3:00p. Arrived at 3:45pm and was told room isnโ€™t ready.. waited at the lobby desk until 4:15 when the room was ready. Late to dinner plans due to this. Walked to the room and itโ€™s the only one facing the busy road 50โ€™ away. Really?? Changed rooms was like pulling teeth- had to wait another two hours for the other room to be ready. Complimentary Breakfast was cold eggs with kids running around wildly no supervision. Ac fan was loud and grinding, lights were out in room and cob webs on ceiling. I could go on and on. This place is not worth half the price of a room. Iโ€™ll be contacting the GM.

Paid extra for a river view with a patio. When we got to our room the patio was not private and exited to the stairs. Sitting on the patio there was a huge tree that blocked the view of the river. The beds were very uncomfortable and the TV remote only worked using the down channel button. When I first arrived and saw the patio area I went to the front desk to see if I could be switched out the manager was not very helpful and said they were totally booked for the night and no other rooms were available. I feel I was lied to like they did not want to have to clean rooms for people coming in on Friday since this was a Thursday night. When we woke in the morning there were only about 15 cars out front for a 20-30 room hotel. This was part of an anniversary trip with my wife and left a sour taste being the last night of our trip. I feel like I was treated differently, Hotel seemed a bit snooty, and felt like I was treated differently based on my appearance.

Wow, what a lovely room I have upstairs looking out on the Rogue River. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman as I entered into lobby. The bathroom has Aveda products, really 5 star to me. Thick bath robes and an assortment of lovely pillows. This place is a gem and certainly I would recommend it.

Excellent location on the river. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bathroom could use a bit more light for applying makeup, etc. Minor detail, though. Loved our overnight stay and would definitely return in the future. Loved the wine and cheese reception. The evening milk and cookies was a very nice touch,

What a delightful surprise to find this place right on the river! Adorable rustic cabin theme. Beautiful pool. Such a fun plan with a wine and cheese hour and cookies and milk in the evening. We loved chatting with staff, especially George, who found a cookie and milk for us when road construction left us a few minutes late for the evening treat. Very nice products in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Road noise could be an issue for some in the mornings on the end closest to the road, but when you close the windows and turn on the fan, it's not noticeable. We were pleasantly surprised to discover the free breakfasts and quite satisfied with the variety of options.

A great experience staying on our way to the oregon coast. Very cute place. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the river side and the view was great. It was suprisingly quiet given highway 99 runs on both sides of the hotel. The full breakfast was exceptional.

I love themed hotels, and this one had a great cabin theme. The lobby had great decor and hospitable service. We came in pretty late, but were able to catch the free milk and cookies they had available in the evenings. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. We had roasted potatoes, eggs, sausages, biscuits, and waffles. All of it was great and there were even more options than that. We definitely hope to return again one day and will be recommending this hotel to others.

We made a last minute stop here on our way to Portland. What was going to be "a bed for the night" turned out to be one of the delights of our trip. Astounding hospitality with unfailing service from all staff in a very comfortable and cosy venue. An open fire in the parlour-like lobby, complimentary wine at happy hour, mind-blowing delicious warm fresh baked cookies in the evening. A generous breakfast included and a very comfortable room. Even though our room was near the main road overpass it was very quiet. All this at a very affordable rate. I thoroughly recommend The Lodge at Riverside.

Great customer service. Lots of amenities; my favorites include chocolate chip cookies after 7:30pm and really great shampoo/conditioner (Aveda). Clean, large rooms. We usually only stay in chain hotels (team Hilton) but The Lodge at Riverside was a great change.

We had a great experience at The Lodge. Very friendly check-in with two nice glasses of wine, helpful and kind staff, and easy access to room. The room was huge, comfy, and well appointed. Breakfast was great, with very nice selection and attentive staff. Robust coffee too! We will stay here any time we are in Grants Pass.

This place was beautiful and right on the river. The rooms were very clean, and the grounds were well maintained. All the staff was quite friendly & hepfull. The complementary breakfast was quite good. They had cider in the lobby as well as cookies and milk at a certain time in the evening. I will certainly stay here again. I don't usually give out 5 stars, but with all the above and the very reasonable price, I would say it's due.

Overall, this was a good stay. It was just one night, and we didn't pay extra for a view. The room is big, not that it matters that much, but it was overall in pretty good shape. My biggest complaint was that our non-view room just wasn't worth the price for what it was. The shower head was in bad shape, it needed a little bit of cleaning (it was perfectly acceptable, but not perfect), and I'm not one to care about decor, but it was seriously laughable. That said, I would return if the price wasn't what we paid this time . . . maybe 25-30% less would do it.

Absolutely loved this place.vrooms were super clean and cozy with a great bed and nice sheets and blanket. The pool was not too cold and not too hot which I love. There's a great view out past the pool too. They offered a nice hot breakfast which I appreciated too. Parking was easy and not too far away. There were no struggles with a key card not working. Rooms ac was great! Staff was super helpful and friendly too with any requests we had. I will definitely keep this place in my travel notes for any future chances to visit here.

Check-in was easy. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room is older, remodeled, clean, and comfortable. Location is not terrible, but is about one block away from a significant homeless encampment on 6th street right near the river so be sure to not leave anything valuable in your car - probably just better to not leave anything at all in your car.

The remodeled rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lobby staff consistently welcoming & pleasant. Great breakfast service. Iโ€™d recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Grants Pass or just passing through.
