Best meal I've had in a really long time! Service was phenomenal. First time coming here and definitely won't be the last. Thank you!

This was our first time here the wait was t that long especially for sweetest day. The atmosphere was awesome very clean very friendly. The bartender knew how to make drinks not to weak not to strong perfect. The FOOD WAS TO DIE FOR. We got lobster tails mussels crab cakes and scallops and mahi mahi Selena was our server and she was amazing. Well worth the visit no complaints here

Amazing cocktails and food!! Abby behind the bar is amazing! Very nice staff all around! Always a good experience here! Edit: So my wife and I visited Bonefish again last night(6/8/19). And let me just say it was probably one of the worst experiences there ever! We sat down and got our water and immediately I noticed a manger had sat in the booth right behind us to have his lunch and looked to be going over some paperwork. Not long after another female(possibly another manager) sat down with him. His voice was so loud we could barely have a conversation, not to mention all he kept hollering about was how he has lost so many employees over the past couple months and how horrible their soup was compared to other places! Well, it didn't stop there!! Soon there were about 6-7 employees now standing around him talking about scheduling and every other thing humanely possible while we tried to enjoy our meal. My wife and I couldn't even have a conversation because of how loud they were. All he kept talking about was how screwed he was and all the positions and shifts he now needed covered. The most un-professional manager I have ever come across!! Why would you holler and distract all your paying customers with a staff meeting in the middle of the dining room??? Will never go back and I hope they find some new management, I'm sure he is one of the reasons he is losing employees!!

2021,Enjoyed the evening when my wife out I had the shrimp tacos and My wife had the chicken chicken dish and they were phenomenal. Fast forward to July 29th, 2022, they're completely understaffed and we ordered the filet and it was absolutely terrible. Not only was the quality of meat terrible for a filet but I ordered a medium for my daughter and it came out rare to raw in the middle. I'm not sure how anyone can undercook a 7 oz piece of meat. Lastly the air conditioning must have been set at like 58° and I had to listen to my wife and two daughters complain how cold it was for an hour and a half throughout our entire dinner which ruined the whole entire evening!It just caused such a bad experience for me taking my wife out to a nice meal and then listening to her complain and it was not a very good ambiance. Anyways, this place is a complete disaster I usually don't rip people apart and I only give good ratings or worthy and Passover ones that are fair but this was such an exceptionally bad experience that I have to throw the towel in at it. Don't go there I end up spending $250 with a tip which I didn't penalize the waitress for but was the worst and dining experience meal I've had in years.

Birthday dinner with family. We had a reservation for 6 and the table was ready on time. The appetizers were delicious. Gotta love that Bang Bang Shrimp. Staff was friendly and very courteous. The restaurant was very clean and there was a nice size crowd dinning. My compliments all around for the staff and management.

Every time we visit Bonefish Grill, the food and service are fantastic! We have visited many different locations and never had a poor experience. Last night was no exception! Our server, Cheri, was one of the best servers we've ever had. The food was amazing! Highly recommend!

Consistent service and food on multiple states so far. On this special location the server was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had ravioli pumpkin blue cheese special, Mac and cheese w bacon and swordfish and tried for first time Artic char fish (fish of the day) that was very similar flavor, texture and color of salmon. We paired with handcrafts cocktails and literally smoking bourbon. Fish dip and the bang bang shrimp is always a must when visiting this chain.

Teriyaki scallops and shrimp was spot on!

Food was average. Sides not worth the upcharge. EDIT: I forget how much the asparagus was, but even after paying the upcharge you received six puny stalks. After inquiring about it, I was informed that what I received was the correct amount. Bonefish did reach out to me to respond, but I have no desire to go back.

1st time here and I feel I had a 5 star experience here. Mr. James T. Was well knowledgeable of his menu and gave such a fine experience. Food here was fresh and well worth it! The cheese cake was spot on.

First time experience and was very impressed. Friendly servers, received the meal quicker than we expected. Server was very knowledgeable, meal cooked to perfection, my alcoholic beverage went very well with my meal. Atmosphere was very pleasing and welcoming. Our server told the manager it was our first time there and he came out to great us. We would highly recommend this establishment.

First time here, and it was positively delicious. The imperial dip was chock full of seafood, the calamari was flavorful, and the bread and oil was delicious. I ordered the special, which was walleye with bacon, spinach and blue cheese, and it was amazing, and the hubs had two lobster tails; you really can't go wrong with lobster. I also ordered a fresh apple martini, and it was absolutely delicious. So delicious, I asked out server what was in it, and she got the recipe for me! Our server was also amazing, very friendly and personable. Will definitely be back!

This was our second time at Bonefish Grill and it didn't disappoint! Our service was great, the atmosphere was calming (even sitting in one of the bar booths) and the food was fantastic!

1. Cheri is the best server I’ve ever had. 2. The crab crust haddock is the best seafood dish I’ve ever had. 3. The tropical heat martini is to die for 4. Matt is amazing, came over to the table; when he wasn’t asked too. I mentioned I did not like the beans. Without even asking for a manager he was there promptly and got me a different side at no charge! 5. Bonefish Grill in Canton has the best customer service ever. We cannot wait to return!

This was my first time here and it was amazing!! My server, Alexis, was very friendly and attentive. Anything I had questions about she answered. It was refreshing to have someone who knew and understood the menu and my request. Even when I started to run low on my drink, she would refill it without me asking her. She is a wonderful server. I will definitely be back again.

They offer brunch on Sunday. Had crab and cheese frittata. Very good. Also had crab corn chowder. Delicious!! Beef ginger pot stickers and crab cakes were also fantastic.

Went here with my family and we all agreed its a great place to dine. The sirloin and shrimp meal was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing a nice. All workers were polite, well mannered and smiley. Highly recommend.

Not a regular haunt historically for us, but I found a good experience overall. I recalled it was a bit expensive, akin to Red Lobster. However, it was not bad. The menu was largely seafood focused, quality was good, and a few surprises in starters, etc. That were pleasant. I would recommend it.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this location! It's hard to find great employees nowadays but this location has done it. The bartender Sarah was the best bartender I've seen in some time, tended to our every need and we didn't have to wait for anything. Matt, the GM came over and was so personable, you could really tell he cared about the guest experience. These two are definitely keepers!!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there for dinner. No wait for a table on a Saturday at 6 pm!! Food was the best I've had. Love this place!

our server JT was awesome. he provided me a fabulous suggestion from their fall menu (apple chutney salmon) and met all of our needs throughout our dining experience. manager salena came to our table to check on us and was so courteous and sweet. the experience was top notch from the food to the service. we will definitely be back! bravo & job well done, bonefish.

Great place to eat with a more formal atmosphere. Very clean and neat establishment. Our food was well presented and tasted amazing. The service was slightly under par. However, our waitress was also servicing the bar, so it was understandable.

We ate from the two for $50 menu. While there was ample amount of food, the quality of the food in my mind was barely passable. The bang bang shrimp used to be one of our favorites. It came out drowned in sauce. They no longer have the garlic mashed potatoes on the menu. The potatoes that they did have to me seemed like home fries that you might find at a diner. The filet came out already cut up as if they were feeding a child or providing an appetizer. It lacked depth of flavor and was cold very quickly. The rest of the food tasted as though it was prepared hastily. The quality of the food overall was just not there and not what I would expect from our past experiences at Bonefish. Do you know that we have not been to the restaurant in years. If this is the new normal we will not return. The service, however, was great and very prompt and friendly.

Went here to meet up with an old friend. We were promptly seated. Our waitress was Alexis. I think it may have been years since we have had such a skilled and professional waitress. She catered to all our wishes and came back multiple times to ask if everything was OK. It turned out to be the perfect place to meet up with our friend. Also the food was well prepared and delicious. Can’t think of anything to complain about!

Good food and service

We had reservations on Valentine's day. They were able to get a our table with only 10 minutes of waiting. Pretty good for how busy they were. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. We did end up having to wait just about over an hour for our food. The manager did apologize for the wait and said she would make it right. When they brought us our food they other people at the table thought their food was good. My fish was dry and my shrimp was very over cooked. One side of it was black and crusty. The manager did take one of our meals off the bill. In all of the times we have eaten here, this is the first bad meal we, or I, have had. We have eaten there on Valentine's day before and did not have an issue. I think it was just an off night for them. The manager did say they had to stop taking to go orders because it was just too much for the kitchen. We will definitely eat there again.

This place has an elegant look to it. The servers are all friendly attentive but do not hover. The food is fantastic with many interesting entrees and the price is reasonable. Also if someone in your is not a fish or seafood fan, there are several land offerings. Try it soon.

First time there and it was a wonderful experience. Our waitress Shelby was top notch. She was very informative and attentive. Loved the ciabatta bread with the pesto olive oil dipping sauce to start the meal. The salmon was fabulous and Shelby even offered to bring out samples of all the sauces because my husband couldn't decide which one to try. The side dishes were delicious and flavorful and the blackberry iced tea was a refreshing change. We are definitely impressed with our first visit.

Consistent seafood chain that has a quality product. When I can't be at the beach I come here. Miss the bang bang shrimp deal on Wednesdays tho😞

The family bundle is a great deal. It offers lots of very good food at a fair price! We think the salmon is as good as anyplace we have ever eaten it. We love the salad and bread, and the family bundle includes six cookies.

Always a pleasant experience dining here. The serving staff is outstanding and the food is always perfect. They are also taking safety precautions very seriously and not allowing people to come in without a mask. I am so grateful they are doing that

I've never been here before but I've passed it many of times. I sat at the bar and was greater quickly by Sean. I had an idea of what I wanted but I asked him his opinions. I got the crab cakes and the stuffed cod and boy it was amazing! I even got my boyfriend the crab cakes to go 👌

Wow is what I have to say. My husband has a deadly shrimp allergy. However, I love seafood and everything that goes with it. Why go to a seafood food restaurant you say? Because it's my anniversary and my husband would do anything for me. We do always tell the staff he can't have shell fish or shrimp. I get so nervous, after I have eaten my fill of delicious calamari, I go to the restroom and brush my teeth. I was blown away today. Our server was Dionda and the manager was Todd. We voiced our concerns about the fish and chip and the frying processes. After many suggestions from the manager my husband settled on the chicken marsala. I got calamari. Dionda made sure to tell me my husband could have none of it. She fussed over us like my mother would. Todd was so concerned about us that he personally finished and delivered my husband's food to the table. The service was out of this world good. .

Good service, fantastic food! We made reservations, and glad we did!!! When we got there it was packed, and a long waiting list, but we were seated immediately when we arrived. Good job to management!

The food took a really long time to be sent to the table. What I received was barely warm and I had it sent back. After waiting another 20+ minutes for a new pork chop and my wife having already eaten her food, I told them I no longer wanted the new meal. They offered to cook me something to take home as well, which would have meant an even longer visit. (Where was the pork chop that I had already waited another 20 minutes for?) It was a pretty disappointing visit. *Follow-up to my review. I left feedback as requested by the Bonefish Grill team over a week ago. They have yet to respond to that feedback.*
