    I have had the best customer service the past few days at this location! I’ve been in for different items and each time the I’ve gotten a 5 star customer service. Update: I was at this location on Thursday and observed this young man named Nate, working in customer service area giving wonderful service to another customer. He was so personable and cheerful like you could tell he really enjoyed doing his job. Once it was my turn to pick up my curbside purchase, Nate didn’t miss beat he was still cheerful and had that same infectious attitude which was nice because I was having a bad day and it actually put me in a better mood instantly. Its kinda hard to stay down and dreary when you’re around someone who being upbeat and positive as this gentlemen was!

    Very nice store for shopping right from clothes to grocery to stationary to house stuff... They have good collection of cosmetics. Better then Walmart. Definitely in top 3 places for shopping in North Canton. The staff also helpful . They place is well maintained and kept clean.

    MAKE SURE YOU SCAN THE ITEMS YOURE BUYING. My daughter did her chores and saved for a toy. We walk down the isle and see these toys she wanted were so expensive. I scanned the items via the app and noticed they were actually half the price than the price on the shelves. (And no they were not on sale). They used to have a team who handled just the pricing, since they removed that nothing in the store has the correct price when verifying through the target app. BUYER BE WARE. Target you are LOOSING SO MUCH MONEY because most people won’t scan it and will tell themselves “oh that’s too much. “

    Here shopping for birthday present and they only have 2 check out lines open and the lines are extremely long waiting to pay these dysfunctional people $ to get out of here. Ughh! Get it together Target!

    Don't have an accident in their lot. While shopping at Target last week a witness called police stating a man hit our car. So hard in fact it rocked it back and forth. When I came out to the car the Jackson Police were waiting for me. Target refuses to turn over video to help us catch the man that damaged our car. I will never shop this store again. Now I have to go the legal route to get the video. Target is a joke!

    Always clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and check out is painless. The Starbucks is always open and running smoothly as well.

    This store is well organized despite it being very busy in the evenings and weekends. Customer service is pretty good and there are usually pretty good deals. The nice part about it is the grocery section, as it's more expansive than ice seen at other locations.

    I rarely shop at Target but got a gift card for Christmas. I bought AirPods online and waited a few weeks for them to arrive only to find they wouldn’t hold a charge. I returned them in store and they said they couldn’t issue a new pair. I would need to reorder online and wait again in hopes I would get a working pair. No thanks!

    Was looking at Target's supply of Grove co. Products and was pleasantly surprised by the availability of eco-friendly products. Friendly service upon arrival. I tried to be prepared but barcode for pickup was in app. Still, employee was able to access info and get my order without too much trouble.

    Some parts of the store weren't as organized as others and there was not a huge selection in some of tue products we were looking for. Most things were good priced and not too expensive. We found almost everything we were looking for.

    Very fast and, the Target Rep was already there and, I was on my way in less than a few seconds!! Yesterday, I ordered again, and my order was ready faster than expected! My only disappointment is that they no longer have drive through lanes, but individual spots now for curbside service. I used the service again yesterday and it was fantastic! They were out in seconds!

    I have disabilities and it's my first time using EBT and I could not understand it but I think your employee Jex that works at cash register number 3 deserves a raise bc he is the first guy to ever help with my cards I appreciate him taking his time out of his day to help to understand the EBT system thanks Jax you made my family and kids happy 😊

    It’s your normal run of the mill Target. Nothing special about it. Same store different location.. However, I can only give 2/5 stars because we were there shopping last fri(10/27) and none of the restrooms had any toilet paper in them. I’m not sure how three restrooms can be totally out of TP but they were. We had to leave the store without buying anything. When you gotta go you gotta go.

    Very frustrating experience! Tried getting some Easter/Spring items delivered to my parents in another state. I had to change what I wanted to buy as certain items in my order had an order minimum just to ship! I was willing to pay for shipping, but nope not happening unless I buy $35 worth of stuff just for one item. I didn’t need $35 worth of items and I’m sorry but I couldn’t even really find $35 worth of Easter/Spring items that either could all be shipped or were in stock, etc. When I almost gave in and added more items to my cart I was $3 short in order to just ship that one item! THEN…I figure out that maybe I can just have my mom pick up at her local Target as she does shop at Target. Oh no! I had to change the items I wanted again as certain items couldn’t be picked up at her local store as they were unavailable. Tried to have the items shipped from another store and one of the items I wanted couldn’t do that. Very frustrating experience. I ended up placing the order and buying stuff from Walmart for my other parent and just having it shipped to them. When I realized the stuff I got from Walmart my mom would like better I ended up sending her the same items I got for my dad. Ended up returning part of the Target order anyway after all that back and forth I did! I should’ve just stuck with Walmart as I usually do!

    If you want to get everything you are trying to buy GO IN THE STORE! EVEN IF YOU ARE SICK. You will not get all your items, even though they said they had 5 in stock online whrn you place an order for pick up. They say NOTHING to you and let u out leave believing you have all your items to fins they were marked "out of stock' all of a sudden when you get back to where you are going.dont bother calling the customer service desk either. A rude person will just tell you how their inventory isn't always correct and that it's your fault becaause u disnt check your email after you got your order to aee if it had changed. (I still dont have an email) oh and the best part, they can't do anything to make it right. Most terrible customer service ever. He told me I'd have to come in and shop for myself to ensure I got everything
