Chick-fil-A is dangerous. If you’re not careful you’ll have a strong addiction like I do because it’s so amazing. The people are always so nice. And the waffle fries are to die for also always go for the chicken sandwich deluxe. Sarai (in pic) was super nice

Ok so first let me say I eat at different Chick-fil-A all the time. This is my first bad experience. My favorite is the Cobb salad and it's the first time I ever had them not cut the chicken into peaces. I went to the register and asked them if they could cut it like normal and they said they can't cut it. Bad experience overall because of this. Food tasted good but I didn't like the customer service at this specific place.

Love chik fil a however my last 2 times I’ve gone through this location’s drive through after 8pm the workers taking my order failed to ask me what sauces I’d like and despite telling them which ones I want, they’ve failed on both occasions to give me sauces for my meals. Do we just not get ANY sauces with our meals now? Is this a new thing? I genuinely look forward to the spicy sriracha sauce on my nuggets and chicken sandwiches after a long day at work and for this to happen twice in a row is a major disappointment for a location I frequent.

Great location and the manager Mr.Ayoub gave amazing service. The food came out fast and it was fresh.

This location is really amazing. I never spend a long time in the drive thru even when it’s super busy. Food is always fresh and good and exactly how I ordered it!

I went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast. Everything was good except they didn’t put the cream and sugar in my coffee. I had to pull over and fix my coffee. Seems pointless to pull over to get food from them and then pull over a second time to prepare my coffee.

I had taken the wrong wallet, so when I came to pay I couldn't. The young girl called the manager and I gave what I had less than half of a family order. The manager said pay it forward. I returned and paid my bill in full, as it was a debt of honour. I shall still pay it forward. Amazing Staff, to be commended.

This location distinguishes itself by being the only one that has gotten our order wrong in years, stunning us completely. Chick-fil-A normally feels like a well oiled machine, but this one offers hope in that nothing is perfect, all things fail occasionally, and there's a life lesson to learn there. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for being fallible , and offering us little people some hope.

The service from the employees always separates chick-fil-a from other restaurants, although I had a hard time finding the drive thru (finding the enter vs exit). I did an online order through their app and it was flawless! My sandwich wasn’t as hot as I would expect, but still delicious.

Ordered from this location last night on Uber eats. Restaurant gave my order to someone else, refused to own up to their mistake and refused to re make my order. My Uber eats driver was very professional and called to let me know the situation, I asked to get on the phone with someone at the restaurant. The lady who I got on the phone with was extremely rude to both the driver and to me and refused to re make the order saying my foot was delivered and if I didn't like it to call Uber. Her tone was condescending. Will never use this location again and will be sure to only use Lantana Rd. Do better.. I have never had a bad experience at any chick fil-a. I would highly suggest monitoring some of your employees more closely as they far from align with your chain's values on customer service.

Terrible customer service, Security guy very rude and manager don’t care. I was forced to leave the restaurant with my food and my family because they had to clean and it was only 9:20pm, supposedly the restaurant close at 10pm. First time I come to this location and it will be the last, I love Chick-fil-A But this one I will never return.

Always liked chik fil a until yesterday. The guy taking wifes order literally screwed the whole thing up minus the drink. And I swapped fries for the fruit cup which cost extra. They brought out food and fries were in tray....yep charged me for a side I did t eat and didnt want. Drive through girl was walking with cars as they ordered instead of keeping them still. So they are rolling looking at her and almost running into us walking into the store....the nuggets were fatty/skin attached still....hope this store doesnt continue to backslide...😔

Ordering through the mobile app is a nightmare. You have to fight traffic to go inside or wait in a line full of people ordering already in drive thru. Every other location handles the app traffic better.
