Location is great for walking to restaurants. Service is friendly. Special thanks to Cindy at the front desk and everyone else at reception. Hotel is a bit dated with what looks like last refurbishment somewhere in the early 2000s. But clean room and property is overall in good condition and well kept. Bob Os restaurant was a bit on the tragic side and looked well, depressing. Maybe it was the dim lighting and bulky booths. I don't know but it's in need of a complete overhaul. Overall, I'd stay here again for a two nights stay.

Great hotel close to the airport for a 2-day stay. Had the breakfast and happy hour from the restaurant. Location is close to the Air and Space Museum as well. Plenty of other restaurants in walking distance. Even had room for my combo vehicle. My road dog “Nibbles” approves :)

Smooth check in, lady at counter been very gracious to our request for a room at lower level. Room, bed, linens, bathroom, and toiletries provided is decent. Lobby and its furnitures is quite dated, and could use some upgrade to uplift the appeal. You need meal coupons for breakfast- if you booked your stay with breakfast. Opted to have my breakfast to go, and its alright. One plus to this location is the abundance of fast food chains within walking distance, and a gas station is across the parking lot which makes it convenient for travelers.

My weekend stay was great. Staff was super helpful when the a/c in our room was not working when we checked in late Friday night. Right away we were in another room with no hesitation. Also room service was on time and courteous. Deff would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Very easy access to major highways. Friendly staff on hand. First the room accommodating,clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Lots of pillows and great comforter. It's like they know me...okay so price in my opinion very fair room w/ two double 87 to 119$. Again clean and safe. In house pool, restaurant etc.. hope this helps!

Nice place. Nice staff, pretty clean. Sweltering day, the pool was closed for maintenance. Maybe next time. Breakfast was adequate, common staples: eggs, bacon, pancakes etc. Rooms and bathroom very clean and spacious. Very conveniently located in a mall area with restaurants in walking distance. Walmart around the corner. I would stay here again.

Great location with lots of things to do nearby. Hotel was a bit dated but the rooms were clean, rooms were cold and the shower had great pressure. Lots of parking nearby as well as food options. Would recommend if in or near Dulles/Chantilly.

Not the worst place I've ever stayed but not the best either. Seems in desperate need of a refresh. Rooms and lobby are a little sad and run down. No amenities for guests like fresh coffee in the lobby, and while you get complimentary breakfast with stay, the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30 and it's table service so don't be in a hurry...

What a wonderful experience. This hotel is perfectly located off the main road to and from Dulles Airport (IAD). The hotel has a great restaurant attached and all the eateries you can think of surrounding it and within walking distance. You even have a Wal-Mart 2 minutes walking distance directly behind the hotel. If you're coming into town on business or need a staycation this is an incredibly clean, safe, and affordable place. Thank you for the hospitality and keep up the great work you're doing in our community.

Decent place overall. Stayed one night whilst driving north on 15. It's an older property but upkept well. There is a lot of wood in the lobby. The room was in good shape, no torn and ratty carpet like you might see sometimes. Check-in took less than a minute, but I don't know if that's a result of being an IHG member. I didn't check out all the amenities, so this is bared solely on the common areas, overall appearance, check-in, and room. There is an attached restaurant, but also some others within walking distance and a microbrewery not too far away.

The ONLY thing this hotel has going for it is the location. The rooms are dirty, old, and stink. They are not kept up with (ripped curtains, torn carpet, dust along all floorboards, rust in shower stalls, etc. The customer service rep at the desk was fine to check in but when I asked about the park and ride (which was advertised on the website) she was rude and got even worse when I showed her how gross my shower was. Unfortunately my son was already asleep when I noticed the shower so we had to stay there. I will NEVER spend the night here nor recommend it to anyone. They clearly just want to make $ and don’t care about the people staying in their hotel. We had stayed here once before and I thought it was a little sketchy then, but this experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had, and I travel a lot. (I’ve been in 12+ hotels in the last two months alone.)

ADD: Further to this we were served by “Chad” who refused to give me his last name. He misrepresented the facts to me twice: 1. Said he learned about shuttle delay ar 5:30. I was at the counter at 5:20 when he told me of the delay. 2. The shuttle driver told me she never leaves before 6 and that the rain did not delay her. Chad should be reprimanded. ———- Stay was fine although the beds are old and my back is quite sore. Shuttle service to airport scheduled for 0530 for which we got up early. Bus driver not here “because of the rain” and we have to wait until 6AM. No guarantee they will be here then. Very disappointed with this shuttle services. I am Silver Elite and expect better service from an IHG property.

They are renovating the hotel, but the place was clean, and the the rooms were fine. The nighttime staff is very helpful. This place is affordable, and clean. What more do you want when you are a traveler.

Room was clean enough. Staff did not clean room when we left "do not disturb" on door all day. Does not have lobby free 24 hour coffee. Minimal snacks in pantry. Restaurant had decent Happy Hour food. The elevator in the back looked like it had dried beverage splattered on the room button panel all weekend. If it's permanent, it's really uninviting and should be replaced.

Comfortable bed and comfy room. Very close to the airport, a few restaurants and bars nearby for your convenience and the hotel’s transfer is my 5 stars. The front desk staff was very nice and arranged the transfer to from airport for me but also to the air and space museum whenever requested. Will be back there again.
