Now
the
nails
look
okay
from
a
distance
but
the
time
I
spent
there
was
not.
I
first
got
a
pedicure.
I
was
a
bit
scared
because
the
last
time
I
got
one
there
it
wasn’t
as
nice,
but
they
were
better
this
time.
So
here
I
was
thinking
everything
was
going
to
be
great.
I
really
do
dislike
my
experience
that
I
had
getting
my
manicure.
The
nail
techs
name
is
Emy
or
Emily,
I’m
sorry
if
I
heard
wrong.
The
problem
started
when
we
got
to
cutting
and
shaping
the
nails.
I
felt
that
the
nails
were
shaped
crooked
and
even
the
tip
of
the
nail
was
crooked,
and
I
let
her
know.
Her
response
was
I
know,
will
fix
it
at
the
end
of
the
first
dip
later
because
she
started
with
clear
and
then
pink
and
then
a
different
pink?
Idk
trust
the
process
ig.
She
tried
after
doing
the
dip
and
i
did
not
like
it
but
i
didnt
say
much
because
i
didn’t
want
to
be
an
overbearing
customer
and
she
sounded
like
she
was
aware
of
things.
Before
she
gets
to
the
white
gel
for
the
tip
after
she’s
finished
with
the
dip
I
make
her
aware
again
that
the
tips
of
the
nails
are
still
crooked.
She
didn’t
not
believe
me
and
said
that
they
look
fine
but
I’m
literally
looking
at
them
palm
facing
my
and
you
can
literally
see
the
different
angles!
I
tell
her
that
they
still
need
to
be
fixed
and
i
show
her
from
the
side
of
my
palm
and
then
she
agreed
with
me
that
they
looked
bad.
Idk
about
y’all
but
when
I’ve
got
my
nails
done
before
every
tech
I’ve
been
with
has
measured
all
my
nails
to
make
sure
they
are
all
the
same
size.
I
also
told
her
that
the
nails
were
not
all
the
same
length
and
that
the
other
nails
were
longer
than
my
pinky
and
she
disagreed
that
my
nails
were
supposed
to
look
like
that
and
i
told
her
that’s
what
I’m
used
to
every
one
doing
and
she
filed
them
I
bit
more
and
when
I
asked
her
if
they
were
to
the
same
level
she
said
yes
and
then
she
did
the
white
gel
tip.
I
look
at
them
after
they
are
not
the
same
length
like
i
asked.
I
asked
her
again
if
she
could
file
them
down
more,
she
said
let
me
finish
the
white
tip
and
then
you’ll
see
it’ll
look
pretty.
Anything
shiny
looks
pretty.
Also
mind
you
the
sides
of
my
nails
are
hurting
because
she
kept
filing
them
down
all
the
time.
I’m
mostly
displeased
with
the
customer
service
because
i
communicated
with
what
i
wanted
but
she
kept
disagreeing
with
the
fact
that
nails
and
the
shape
weren’t
crooked
and
the
the
sides
of
my
real
nail
that
were
showing
up
because
she
filed
the
sides
too
much
that
she
was
just
going
to
paint
them
over?
They
are
literally
sticking
out
and
you
can
see
a
little
pinkish
reddish
color
to
my
real
nails
due
to
the
pain.
There
are
tiny
bulk
parts
to
the
white
tip.
Literally
all
these
mini
issues
along
with
the
fact
she
was
disagreeing
with
me
about
what
I
wanted
done.
After
she’s
done
and
I’m
showing
dislike
of
the
nails
and
then
when
I
asked
them
to
fix
something
else
while
I’m
at
the
register
the
other
lady
up
front
told
me
I
had
to
pay
first
before
emy
could
fix
it,
as
if
I
was
going
to
walk
out.
I
literally
paid
and
left
but
I’m
so
disappointed.
I
got
these
nails
to
go
to
my
new
job
this
week
to
feel
confident
and
look
good
and
feel
good
but
all
I
was
left
with
was
nails
that
weren’t
done
well.
Now
even
the
white
tips
were
slightly
uneven.
I
just
had
better
expectations
especially
with
the
customer
service.
She
tried
to
be
nice
at
the
end
because
she
said
she
didn’t
want
to
see
me
mad?
I
wasn’t
mad
I
was
just
upset
because
she
wasn’t
listening
to
me
about
anything
of
what
i
wanted
in
my
own
nails.
120
for
both.
Edit:
I
called
them
and
let
them
know
I
disliked
the
inconsistency.
I
went
in
the
next
day
to
get
them
fixed.
I
get
in
and
the
staff
take
pictures.
I
get
seated,
the
shape
and
nails
are
filed
down
nicely
this
time
and
was
recommended
bubble
pink
for
the
base
instead.
After,
I
was
referred
to
a
different
staff
since
the
previous
ones
client
arrived,
I
respect
that,
and
Ms.Cindy
did
an
amazing
job
with
the
white
French
tips.
She
a
real
one.
I’m
in
love
and
they
look
way
better.
The
staff
that
I
was
attended
by
were
very
understanding,
nice
and
funny.
Thank
you!
