Absolutely perfect all the way around. This florist not only offered same day delivery, they also gave me the option of a hand written card, chocolates, and more. Their vast selection of beautiful bouquets made it a breeze to pick the perfect anniversary gift for my wife. In addition to perfect scheduling and on time delivery they went above and beyond the standard for great customer service by sending me a photo of the finished product and hand writing the message I provided for the card that I ordered. It was a nice touch and a eye watering surprise for my wife when she came home to find the bouquet waiting. All in all 10/10 would order again.

Park Florist was great to work with on my somewhat unusual order. I wanted to give a monthly flower subscription as a gift, but I was nervous about using an online service, because I know the flower quality can be hit or miss. After doing some research, I contacted Park Florist, who worked with me to schedule three monthly deliveries in one go. I identified some designs from their website that I liked, and they used that as the basis for their designs and ran with it from there. Because of the delivery minimum, it wasn't as cheap as the online services, but I definitely got what I paid for and more -- artistry and quality. I'm really glad I went with a local florist.

I like ordering directly from local flower shops because the national retailers are usually overpriced and undercut local small businesses. Their website was updated and very easy to order from. I've ordered wonderful arrangements for my son's restaurant, myself, and various celebrations. However, this week I ordered flowers for condolence for the first time. The customer service rep was very patient with my hesitation re choosing the right colors, etc. and more than helpful regarding making sure someone was home for the delivery. My friend, the recipient, thought they were very beautiful and then called me and was able to talk about her feelings.

I wish I had known of Park Florist before today. The flowers I ordered for a wake service were amazingly beautiful in person and I think better than the photo, and received many compliments. The flower arrangement was well admired. Later in the evening, as I was going through my emails, saw an email from Park Florist. Upon opening the email, I expected to see a confirmation of delivery. I was not expecting to see an actual photo of the arrangement (which is a first). This is customer service beyond service. I was floored! I am using Park Florist for all my floral needs as their craft is beautifully executed and displayed in each arrangement. I cannot express my gratitude in Park Florist and their team for the beautiful arrangement today and making a sad day a bit more bright.

Great customer experience, beautiful flowers!! I called Park Florist on the Friday of Mother's Day weekend to get flowers delivered to my Mom. They were super helpful and patient on the phone even though I could hear how busy they were in the background. Never made me feel rushed even for a second and helped me settle on a beautiful arrangement. Mom was very happy! Five days later, she's still sending me pics of the arrangement and gushing over how gorgeous it is. Highly recommend!

My sister recommended Park Florist to me while we were both looking for flowers to purchase for my mothers birthday. When they came in they were absolutely stunning so I thought to buy another bouquet but for my sister's graduation the week after. Both bouquets were absolutely wonderful and arranged so beautifully. I actually accidentally bought the wrong bouquet and emailed Jeanne about it and she was so kind to help me out and re-order the correct bouquet I wanted for my sister!
