All of the bad reviews you've read. They are all true. It was the first time I was here it was unbelievably slow and full of ineptitude. Glaciers melt faster. My clock expired an hour ago and I have no idea where the f#>#% I am going to go to park this truck after 8 PM at night. I'm not sure how anything gets done here. As I type this I have been here 4 hours and they haven't started unloading me. I have been at a dock door for 2 of those hours. I was going to explain in detail everything that I experienced but decided it was too much to bother with. If you have a choice, do not come here for any reason.

If you want to wait hours on side of the road please come here, be here since 6am this morning, It is going on 5pm in the afternoon still no phone call from there. Go to guard shack they tell me that receiving is backed up. I just don’t understand if you can’t handle the freight that is coming in don’t book it, or hire more people. Simple as that!!!! Won’t Del Here again. I have done a 10hr reset here and will be here till tomorrow.

Today they don’t have any trucks for delivery except me my appointment at 9 am they keep saying their system is down couldn’t check my appointment Horrible place to delivery escape escape security guard is rude

When I saw all those ratings I wonder about my load. I arrived 10:15am and check in for my appointment 17:30 the guard told me they will call me for the door, after 15 minute I got call and the door number. I think all those negative reviews are when they are really busy. Guards was really nice and stuff inside.

Security guy is very nice and polite, idk who hired the lady at the receiving office she’s literally on the phone having a great conversation with her friend while there’s 3 people waiting on their papers to get signed. Prepare to wait

If I could leave negative Stars i would. I get my beverages delivered from these guys to my restaurant and boy I'll tell you, they only come when they feel like it. Sometimes 3 weeks goes by and they don't call not bring the soda delivery. I'm forced to go from supermarket to supermarket to stock up on my inventory. No respect for their customers. Never do what they tell you they're going to do. Trust me save yourself the stress, use somewhere else or even a different company. Never had this issue with Pepsi.

Got here 1 15 minutes early guard called got a dock immediately with in 10 minutes of bumping the dock I was being unloaded. Really nice and quick. Everything was smooth nice folks too. Not sure why the bad reviews unlit got lucky

Parking on street next to the plant (O/N or waiting for appt time). Check-in at the main gate; not at the end of the road. If appt is after hours, the gate at end of the road is locked. Have to enter the main gate.

Small business owner, horrible experience with receiving deliveries. This is the 5th time I've ordered product from Liberty Coke, the last time being on 8/15/22 for a delivery on 8/19/22. For the 5th time I never received my order and now it is 8/26/22. I contacted Liberty Coke twice in the mean time and NO response, no texts, no emails, no calls, NOTHING...How am I supposed to service my clients if I order product from Liberty Coke and get IGNORED!

A driver of one the trucks from here hit me with his door while I rode my bike in Brooklyn. Luckily I didn't break my arm or get knocked under a moving car, but it is extremely painful and developing a massive bruise. He opened his door onto the busy Smith Street in bike lane without looking. Then he told me "ya'll need to slow down" as if it was my fault. He didn't care at all. I told him if he had knocked me down under a car and was killed he could go to trial. He didn't care at all. This branch seems to have a very lax attitude toward injuries they cause to New Yorkers. They need to tell their drives to look before opening doors into busy bike lanes. Next time someone could die.

The worst receiver I have ever delivered to. We had 9 am appt and still no dock. Now it is 6 pm. I strongly do not recommend visiting this Facility either for PU or for delivery.

Jesus christ this place is super hectic for no reason. They should call Needham Hts or South Windsor or literally any other coca cola and take some pointers. Because running down otr drivers clocks the way they do here is crazy

People believe all the bad reviews they are right this people don’t care about appointments, they take in when they feel like it.

I have appointment 8am check 6am get door 6.30 am out 6.50 quick unload they open 6am there have park in street
