Expedia
was
one
of
my
favorite
travel
agency
couple
of
years
ago.
We
travel
a
lot
my
husband
or
me
we
always
used
to
book
hotels
flight
etc.
We
just
come
back
yesterday
from
a
trip
with
friends
I
explained
them
our
new
experience
for
the
future
we
forget
Expedia
,
be
aware
if
you
would
like
to
book
with
them.
My
husband
purchased
4
ticket
to
Hawaii
over
$3000
for
the
family.
After
he
got
update
tickets
changed.
We
don’t
do
big
deal
because
the
trip
is
on
august.
But
last
week
he
received
the
email
our
returning
flight
it’s
not
going
anymore.
There
was
2
option
change
the
ticket
or
return
the
money.
So
I
called
up
the
costumer
service
they
said
there
is
a
flight
but
it’s
not
a
same
day,
but
we
had
all
reservations
for
car
house
everything,
but
not
everything
able
to
change
now.
So
I
told
them
can’t
change
the
ticket
for
next
month
because
September
kids
going
back
to
school
,
other
months
not
the
best
to
visiting
Hawaii
just
put
the
money
back
to
the
account
.
The
lady
said
they
only
give
back
the
money
for
the
returning
flight
because
the
other
one
didn’t
chanced
!
There
is
the
flight
policy
after
30
days
they
don’t
give
the
money
back.
I
told
her
not
I’m
the
one,
who
made
this
changes
,that’s
not
my
responsibility.
I
asked
to
speak
with
her
manager
waiting
an
hour
to
find
somebody
after
a
man
explained
they
will
give
back
the
money
for
the
returning
flight
and
for
the
arriving
one
he
will
give
credit
.
I
told
him
let
me
explain
to
my
family
so
I
asked
the
call
back
.
He
said
the
same
time
will
be
good
tomorrow
8-9pm
?
Before
we
hung
up
the
phone
manager
was
so
rude
he
said
don’t
call
us
and
wait
again
an
hour
.
So
next
day
of
course
nobody
called
us
but
my
husband
received
the
email
how
was
the
experience
with
Expedia
let
them
know.
I
filled
up
and
sent
back
.
Then
we
went
to
sleep
then
after
midnight
between
1am
my
phone
was
kept
ringing
and
ringing
…
till
we
pick
up
.
Not
the
manager
the
lady
was
on
the
phone
said
Brigitta
?
I
told
her
do
you
know
what
time
is
it
?
She
said
you
requested
the
call
back!
I
know
she
called
me
from
India
and
time
is
not
the
same
there
as
here
but
make
this
mistakes?
Not
with
us
again!
Of
course
no
money
back
,no
changes
with
tickets
they
just
let
hung
on
this
case!
I
did
some
research
and
read
reviews
they
went
down
for
1
star
not
surprised
.
If
I’m
able
will
give
them
minus
.
If
they
keep
this
work
with
the
costumers
who
trusted
them,
this
company
will
be
closed
soon
!
If
you
are
the
first
time
user
don’t
book
anything
with
them
go
to
the
flight
company
straight
and
book
with
them
.
You
will
not
safe
lose
lots
of
money
with
Expedia.
Never
again.
