Even with pre Thanksgiving crowds the service was excellent and the staff was great. They were efficient and helpful.

The ham I bought was not that good and there was a heavy hard crust all over it. Even after preparing it the way Honey Baked instructed the heavy crust had to be removed. Frankly I'd like to know what it was. I paid almost $120 for that ham and the Honey Baked Hams that I had eaten before were more juicy, tastier and tender but this one was nothing like the ones I'd eaten before. Sorely disappointed. I will not be purchasing another honey baked ham.

I purchased a ham last year from the Johnson City, Tn store, but the owner changed the rules to where the employee can no longer open up the ham for the customer to look at. My ham was very burnt on most of the outside and I had to file a claim on it and send a picture of it to the claim dept. I was reimbursed. But I checked today, Nov 14th, 2022, and they still will not let customers look at the ham before purchasing it. I will not be buying honey baked hams from this particular store anymore.

First time getting Honeybaked Ham for Thanksgiving with family. Ham was ok, Turkey tasted more liked deli style than real turkey. The sides were good overall, but a bit salty. Didn't care for the broccoli...it was WAY over seasoned or something. Overall the meal was decent, but REALLY expensive.

If you go to this location I hope you get Mignon. She knows the products and is very helpful with a kind demeanor. I would suggest anyone go there for great food service and right every time.

I was sitting outside waiting on them to open, the owner let me in a few minutes early to pick up another delicious ham!!!

We ate here for lunch on the recommendation of someone in Visionworks. This place was not back, it just wasn't great. Service was very friendly and the place was very clean. I ordered the classic turkey sandwich and my husband ordered the classic ham. Both sandwiches came with a drink and chips and our tab was right at $20 before tax and tip. The sandwiches were just "meh" cold turkey (or ham in my husband's case) on a cold, kind of stale bun. However, both the ham and the turkey were very good and these sandwiches would have been better served on a sandwich-type bread rather than a bun. I definitely would not go there again for lunch, but will probably order one of their delicious hams or turkeys for a holiday meal.

Have gotten things catered and lunch here many times. This time we picked up lunch, the croutons on the salad were stale and the salad wasn't fresh. They left out two sides, we live about 25 minutes from the store and wasn't driving back. Definitely has gone down hill...

I mixed up my times and arrived about an hour past closing time on the day before Easter to pick up our ham for our large extended family gathering. I was so panicked and heartbroken. I saw some people still in the store to decided to give it a shot and call the store. A very nice man answered the phone and was happy to let me come in and pick up my ham. There was also a lady with him. I cannot thank these people enough for their kindness in my moment of worry. Made my day!

I feel like most people (or at least myself until recently) only think of Honeybaked Ham when it comes to holiday meals, but they serve delicious lunch! I eat "The Honeybaked" while my fiance enjoys the "Smoked Stacker". Prices are good and the lobby is always pleasant!

Bought the so-called smoked turkey breast and three sides. First, the turkey had the sugar/honey crust which is horrible on turkey. Secondly, the sides of loaded mashed potatoes tasted like paste and the macaroni and cheese was like pre schoolers food. The Tucson broccoli was decent. Will never order again.

Food is always delicious. But had ordered food for Thanksgiving. Went on Wednesday to pickup. Didnt have my order ready. Acted like they had never heard from me about an order. Looked up my name. Nothing. They asked for my order number. The woman I called and ordered from, said dont need order number. Just your name.

For the past few years I pick up a ham for Christmas. They are efficient and have the friendliest staff. They seem to have a lot of fun while they sell delicious ham and sides.

Very disappointed with their lack of 'Customer Service' on the day before Easter as well as the arrogance of who appeared to be the franchisee. Will never go there again...

Went here for the first time ever today and loved it! The employee working the register was nice & pleasant. My chicken salad sandwich was delicious.

the ham may seem expensive, but good sweet ham is it worth it. by far the best ham ive ever had

We eat here a lot for lunch and it's usually great. I don't know what they did to the potatoe salad recipe.. but they need to change it back. My husband and I both order it everytime with our sandwich. We won't be ordering it again until they fix it. Good sandwiches though.

Without a doubt one of the best ham sandwiches I've ever tasted. The hickory honey mustard is borderline addictive. I definitely recommend everyone try this place at least once

This year's Christmas Ham was a big hit!!

A very typical Honey Baked Ham store that has very delicious sandwiches and hams. I stopped in for lunch and the sandwich was good but the potato salad was EXCELLENT! Grab some sweet tea to wash down your sandwich and get back to work!
