The massage itself was lovely, except I paid for a one hour treatment which was 15 minutes short. My sister had the same experience except hers lasted less than 40 minutes. Not what you'd expect for £70. Won't be coming back. Edited for response: Thanks for your response. I can see you’ve updated the way treatments are advertised since I booked mine, however both me and my sister have email receipts where we specifically asked to book the “60 minute massage treatment” and this was confirmed. This would have been a good opportunity for you to clarify that the massage itself isn’t actually 60 minutes long. I was willing to give Core Therapies the benefit of the doubt for my shorter treatment until my sister informed me of her similar experience today. I don't think a customer should have to query whether a "60 minute massage" is actually 60 minutes. Glad to see you've amended your advertisement to prevent further misleading.

My daughter and I recently had our hair cut at Core Therapies. I also enjoyed a manicure and pedicure. We were treated like stars and can highly recommend their services to anyone. They have done a wonderful job of creating such a welcoming and relaxing space.

The whole team are lovely and approachable, whilst being professional. All my appointments were enjoyable. I felt totally pampered when I left. My hair was in a but of a state before from previous colouration. Jo, has now sorted out the mess! I have a decent hair cut and the colour is getting on the way to what I want. I am so pleased with how it looks and feels now. Jan also did a body massage and treatment. This was lush, so relaxing. I loved it, and I have booked in again. Thank you ladies.

Jo is a miracle worker! I had my hair coloured and cut by her. She has made my hair so healthy from what it started out as. Jo explained every step she is doing! It was such a good experience.

Today I had here the best facial ever. The therapist, was really good and knowledgeable. My skin is absolutely glowing, I left with lots of samples to continue the skincare routine at home and I will definitely be going again for a facial and other treatments. I usually get really red/feel pain during extraction but the technology they use leaves your skin so beautiful you could say there never was any blackheads there. Highly recommend. Plus points, it was quiet a stressful day and while I had a mask on she also did a little neck and shoulder massage.

I had an absolutely amazing time with Jo, Angelica and her team. I had not had anything done to my hair since before the first lockdown and was worried I'd be shamed with the state of my hair. Not so at all! Jo is so incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind she made me feel as though I was the only person in the room, my hair looks and feels amazing, my eyebrows were tinted to match my hair colour, which I have never had in any other salon. I suffer with extreme anxiety and the whole team put me to rest. They are all so kind and friendly that I for the first time in a long time simply relaxed and enjoyed being pampered. If you wish someone who is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely kind these are the ladies to visit! I cannot recommend them enough and I will never go anywhere else again.

Core Therapies is one of the most fabulous salons I have been too . The decor is lovely and so calming . However the service is OUTSTANDING Jo and her team leave no stone unturned when it comes to customer service. I was wowed from start to finish . I have thick hair and not the easiest to style not this time …… It was the first time I did not go home and redo it . I will definitely be back. If you want First class service with a first class treatment this is 100% the place to go ❤️❤️

Today was my first visit to Core Therapies at Newbury. Jo gave me a fantastic back and shoulder massage and some useful exercises to keep my shoulders free of tension. I will definitely be back for more.

Booked my sister and I in for a manicure and an Indian head massage. Genuinely, the best massage I’ve ever had. Felt amazing afterwards and would recommend to anyone wanting a treat.

HIGHLY recommend! I entered with a lot of tension and left feeling like I was floating. Jo gave me one of the best head, shoulder and neck massages that I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few!). The setting was very peaceful and Jo immediately made me feel relaxed, even before the massage began. I will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you 😊
