This gym is clean and the equipment maintained well. Currently not doing classes. My monthly fee recently almost doubled .. without really changing the facility. If the new fee was justified, that would be fine, but seems to be the same with less hours of operation. Maybe they add a pool in the future. 😉

Love all the changes the new owners have made!!!! The new equipment is great. I had never taken fitness “classes” before, very happy I tried them. I really like the small group classes: The instructors are top notch and care about the people taking their classes. EVERYONE I’ve met in the classes are cool. I feel like I get a really great deal for the platinum membership.

I was on vacation in Maine for a week and my family and I wanted a nice place to go to the gym and this was it! They were so welcoming and the gym had everything we needed! It felt like we have been there for years before. I love this gym and will never forget it! They have so many different machines and classes to choose from, and a plus is the lighting is amazing!

Have been attending Coastal for a few years. Always clean and machines are well-maintained. New owners brought in some great new machines and have updated the look. Super-easy to get to and plenty of parking. Always enjoy my workouts there.

I've been bodybuilding for 17 years and this is by far the best gym I've ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing the equipment again is amazing and everything is extremely clean which is very nice. There is not one negative thing I can say about Coastal Fitness I absolutely love it.

A great gym! Clean and well maintained. A ton of equipment and very spacious, including a group fitness studio and a functional training area. A one week visitor pass is only $40.

Great gym and price for nearly 24hour access with a key fob. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the dumbbell rack only going to 90. Id like to see an increase to the 120.

I've been going to Coastal Fitness on-and-off for years, and consistently (3x a week) for the past year-plus. Jill's Core and Ripped classes are 100% worth the membership alone, but it's also such a great community of people. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Cleanest gym in the Seacoast area. Always bringing in new equipment for open gym use. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff and members as well!

Great gym with many options from basic membership through various classes and solo instruction too. Good equipment and plenty of space for floor workouts and stretching. Great age range and lots of smiles!
