It is a bit further away from the centre but close to the nature. There is a suna and hot outside bath, which is amazing, if you use it, you also get free wifi if you ask for it. Receptionists were really nice and helpful.

With its central location and only a stone’s throw away from the magnificent nature, Hotel Sisimiut is the natural starting point for any kind of visit to Greenland’s captivating Sisimiut region, whether you want to explore the city or the beautiful hinterland. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to make your stay memorable. In addition, the hotel is happy to provide information about the nature and culture of the region. Hotel Sisimiut offers 4 types of rooms, all cozy and spacious and with private facilities, TV, hairdryer and WIFI. Treat yourself and indulge in the lovely Arctic Spa at the Hotel Sisimiut. They have a small sauna and two outdoor hot tubs. Sit in the hot tubs of the hotel and turn your gaze upwards to marvel at the magic of the northern lights unfolding in the sky. Free continental breakfast available in the hotel's cozy restaurant is included.

Very comfortable accommodations, with delicious breakfast in the morning. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful; with friendly and attentive personalized service. Sauna was a nice touch! Would definitely recommend; especially for hikers coming off the ACT (ask about the 3 nights for price of 2 hikers special)

Compared to the hotel i stayed in Kangerlussuaq, Hotel Sisimiut is a luxury! They have a nice restaurant that serves pretty good Greenlandic dishes as well!

Nice spacious rooms and small private bathroom. Great views from the rooms. Great service and a very attentive staff. Hotel reception is spacious with great views too. Try the hot (38⁰c) and cold (4⁰c) spa and the sauna.

I haven't stayed in the hotel but visited a reception, used WiFi and hot drinks included in the price of it. Friendly staff, the outstanding clean venue. About 1 km from a ship tender docking place.

Stayed here before and after taking part in the Arctic Circle Race 2023 (late March/early April). The rooms were comfortable, quiet and warm. Location is excellent- we often had to go to the arena or cultural center and those were only minutes away. Great gift shop near the reception. Was very nice to be able to walk through a passageway to the restaurant area without going outside as well.

Did not stay in the hotel, but concierge is friendly and helpful. We booked ATV tour and it was wonderful. Our tour guide Julia was amazing. We had delicious dinner at a restaurant (highly recommend).

Hotel: Hotel Sisimiut and Tours is amazing. After hiking the Arctic Circle Trail, we spontanious booked a night for the five of us and we felt more than welcome. The rooms were great, nothing too fancy, but clean and everything you need after a long hike. The lobby gives you a warm welcome and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything has been taken care of: We could drop our empty gas bottles and our trash and we could get our clothes washed. Even the Sauna and the Hot Tub were included in the room price. Due to our cancelled flight we were stranded two more days and they picked us up from the airport and managed rooms again. Simply Amazing. Thank you, we definitively recommend you. There is a little nice Souvenir Shop in the Lobby with good products. Tours: We wanted to go on a SeaSafari Tour and Hotel Sisimiut and Tours organised a Trip besides the normal operating days for us (They do if your 5+ people). Caroline, working for them, was our Tour Guide and did an amazing job organising everything and with her bright smile she infected us all with a smiling face. She drove us to the port and we could go on board of Mira, one of their boats. Unfortunately, I don‘t remember the name of the captain, but he was very friendly and had good instinct and a very sharp eye finding the humpback whales in the fjord so we ended up with an amazing cruise and were very lucky to see three humpback whales right in front of us. The whole crew was very kind, cooperative and uncomplicated. It was worth every penny. Restaurant: After our long hike we ended up in the Restaurant Nasaasaaq eating a Burger with local meat. The food was great and well served. Due to a lot of circumstances (cancelled flights, wheater, ..) we ended up eating and drinking in the restaurant about 5 times (lunch/dinner). The food was outstanding every time. Once they knew us, we sometimes got less attention then other guests, but we had enough time and played some games. All in all, food is great, local and the prices are very fair. You should go and eat there if you‘re in Sisimiut.
