This place should be knock down they carry bed bugs, Roaches and spider's really! really! really! bad. Staff is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful the smell you get soon as you walk into the room is unpleasant. Everything in the rooms are outdated. The beds in the rooms are very nasty and old. Housekeeping don't do a professional cleaning job at all. The parking lot stay full of trash. I've actually broke out in bed bug bits an had to be hospitalized and treated dew to poor living conditions they offer there. Mod is a very big problem in all the rooms there as well. Put us in a room where connecting door to other room didn’t have a door handle or lock. Person in other room could have came in at anytime. Toilet made loud screaming noise for 10 minutes after flushed. Bugs. Bed frames too big for beds. No hot water, handle broken, and the icing on the cake was NO GLASS IN THE WINDOW. Curtains were closed so didn’t realize it til morning. People up all hours of night playing loud music from cars. Of course no window made it much louder for us. Person died in parking lot from drug od. Went to office next morning and bout had to fight the so called manager to get my money back. Threatened to contact city inspectors and then got my money back.

This place is a crack house my room flooded four times I spoke to the general manager is she told me it was my fault when I ask for the room to be prorated she told me I was just trying to get them off after I provided videos of where my room flooded at 2:05 in the morning and maintenance never showed up

Needed somewhere to go due to no power. Very cold doors wasnt sealed all the way. Had to use towels to cover bottom of door. So of course the floor was cold. Everything else was fine

People was complaining of my kids that are disable. One have autism and they wrote down but didn't give me a letter about it. That's not OK for everybody that have access to the office can read it but I can't get a copy. I still feel my privacy was exposed. My kids was crying over the door slamming and yelling and fighting and no body report that. I stayed a few days and they pick a Sunday around 7pm to knock on my door. I will not ever go back.

I should have taken heed by the amount of hobo’s and shady characters standing at the bus stop out front. But regretfully I didn’t. Don’t have the same regrets that I do. Sleep with the hobos if you got to, that would probably be cleaner than this dump.

Staff was friendly and accommodating; rooms were fairly clean for the price, rooms are mainly suitable for construction or light industry workers, not really a family type atmosphere.

Bathroom is disgusting & the room was not properly cleaned I don’t even think they changed the sheets because I found fur from some kind of animal in the bed & it’s a big gap underneath the door so anything could have crawled in also the floor was not swept & nothing was wiped down everything was dusty & dirty, covers had stains & the toilet felt as if it were going to fall over if you sat on it

Rooms were surprisingly nice, in my opinion....though expectations were low. The “play ground” or whatever it is needs to just go. It looks like a few pieces from a set made in 1875.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower took a little while to warm up. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs and management will steal from you had to leave because of bed bugs and bathtub does not drain door did not lock did not give me my money back

I Would Not stay at the Oaks Motel again if they paid me. They only give you 20 minutes to check out the room. After 20 minutes the roaches started gravitating to you. I left to go to work. My boyfriend was so mad at me for leaving him there. He told the clerk about the roaches and I even left work to change the room and they wouldn't do it. The Oaks Motel makes Travelodge and Motel 6 look like a * * * * * hotel. If you want a decent night sleep, don't stay there.

Well let me say I loved here in like 2007- 2011 off and on more on than off I'll admit and back than the rooms was 35 plus a key deposit a night and it worked for it's purpose as a place to sleep that's not outside they didn't have bed bugs or even roaches back than Chris haith and nashawn was awesome and very friendly I so do miss them wonder if Chris still runs the place I just can't believe what people are saying about this place now I just don't see it going that far down hill and charging more money as well not to mention I doubt Chris is running stuff as that wouldn't happen under his watch not the Chris I knew nor would nashawn or for that matter Bridget
