Me and my mother stayed at this motel for 1 week (only because we were refused a full refund after being in the room for only about 5 or 10 minutes I am guessing). After entering the motel room, and being in there for I am guessing no longer then 5 minutes, we started seeing very large roaches. They were everywhere. On the walls, running around the carpet, in the bathroom (which is the most horrible looking bathroom that I ever seen). So, then I walked back to the front office, and asked if we could get a refund of the $175 we paid them for the week, and told her that there were roaches crawling around all over the room, and she told me that she would refund me $120 of the $175 that we paid (which would have been all but $55), but only if we were to check out and leave right then (which was very late at night, and around 9:30 pm, I think), and my mother was very tired, and started crying over the situation. We had already had a very long and tiring day. So, the motel just wanted to take $55 from us, and not even allow us to stay that 1 night for the $55. So, I just told her that we would just stay the entire week, because it was so late, and we were low on money. I asked the lady at the desk before coming to the motel, if they had any type of a bug problem, and she lied to me, and told me that there used to be an issue with bugs, but not anymore. She clearly lied to me about the roach infestation that must have been known. I do not understand how this motel has not been closed down by the health department. It is a very nasty motel. The shower is the worst that I have ever used too (barely any water pressure, and it goes from hot to could, then back to hot randomly while taking a shower). It was a pretty horrible experience, and the staff are pretty rude (and trashy) in my opinion. The only friendly staff member that I ran into was the girl that cleaned the rooms (which was only once a week, and about 5 days after staying in the room), and she did not even want to clean the room. She just asked us if we needed any trash taken out. Nice lady, but pretty lazy I think. Anyways, I just wanted to warn anyone who might be considering this motel. It is the cheapest weekly rate you will find, but it is horrible.

This has been the most terrible experience. When we first arrived there was a terrible paint smell but that's not even the worst part. Cavalier inn has the WORST roach infestation I have ever known of. On top of that they have bed bugs. On top of that they have mold which idk if it's deadly or not. As soon as we got into this motel room we stripped everything. I had to go out and spend money to clean the room and fill in holes where roaches were coming out of because I was staying here for a month. Rent is 525 which is ridiculous for a poor conditioned motel like cavalier inn. This place needs to be shut down and remodeled. Not a day goes by without me seeing a roach. The bathroom is disgusting and the sink is leaking. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT CAVALIER INN YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MIND AND MONEY!

The desk clerk and the other guest are very helpful and friendly. It's very affordable and accommodating. The only complaint I have is the carpets need a good cleaning.

Would give a 0 star if I could. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS DISGUSTING AND INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BED BUGS. Did not stay a single night and they refuse to give my money back. They moved us to multiple rooms and they got worse.wish I could post the pictures I have but Google don't have that option. Infested so bad the bed bugs were racing the roaches up the walls. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The manger is a really nice woman. She is friendly as can b. I love her to death.

Great peice of land it sits on it has a nice yard in the back for animals to potty. LOVE THE MANAGER SHE IS A VERRY LOVING YOUNG WOMAN. Little to no bugs at all the whole time ive been here ive seen only 1 roach. Front desk worker verry sweet love her to death. Rooms are nice and clean upon check in. Inspections 2 times a week. Maintenance man dose what he can when he can. Cool dude. Has WIFI, and cable. I recomend.

Read the reviews before I went there but was hoping for the beat. This is your last resort. Better than sleeping outaide or in your car but that's not saying alot. Bring your own linen and blanket. Noel at the front desk was the only positive to come out of that place. Unsanitary ad and don't ask the housekeepers for anything unless you're looking for an attitude.

The cashier. Was very helpful for me feeling comfortable , but there rooms needed alot of work which I was willing to offer my services but there maintenance guy thought I was trying to take someone job when I was lonely going to be there 4 days. I was only trying to stay busy while trying to pay for a few days while I had to be there. Plus the roaches in The rooms are to much they need commercial grade. Poison,

I was charged a 10 dollar key deposit and when I was leaving I was told there wasn't one and cheated.

Definitely not the place you want to go, glass is all over the area. The ceiling looks as if it's gonna cave in on you while the floor feels like you're gonna go through it in certain areas, the only thing holding the floor together is the carpet. People are killed here in the middle of the day, you can still see blood from a recent scene. They can and will charge you more than this place is even worth.

It's a work in progress, the woman who runs the place is a sweetheart. And they're the cheapest in town for monthly pay

Maintenance men are on time with repairs and do a good job. The second shift staff are kind and considerate.
