Clean, kind and delicious. Service speed for 8 people was super fast. The guy serving the meals came off patient and helpful.

Awesome food! Seasoned great! It didn't take long for us to get our food. It wasn't busy and the store needed some attention. Tables needed to be wiped off and floors needed cleaning. Their establishment overall is beautiful and the atmosphere is comfortable.

Everything was great. I did not get my reward points initially, but the rep took my phone number and added my points.

Not a big fan, too pricey for small portions. Food is good, not great and just not the best bang for your buck. There are better choices out there for this type of food.

Very very tasty food, abundant plate and relatively low prices, we spent less than 40usd for two people with drink, dessert and tips. Highly recommended!

This place consistently has fast and correct service. One of the employees, Erin, has a strong sense of urgency and does the work of three people it seems. She should be promoted or given a raise in my opinion. Thank you Tazikis Alabaster for your fast and efficient service!

Fantastic restaurant. Clean. Friendly staff. Call ahead or order on the app for quick service. The salmon on the Mediterranean salad is the best. This time I tried the Harissa chicken feast and it was delicious.

Nothing sounded good for dinner and then I saw the extensive tasty menu at Tazikis! The Caesar Salad with grilled salmon was excellent! Prepared perfectly, a generous portion and fast friendly service!

Delicious cuisine !! I have been dining in/out at Taziki's for yearrrrrrrs! Generous servings. Easy to customize. Consistent quality at all locations in the Birmingham area Dine-in, pick-up, curbside & delivery and I have used them all. Great experiences with each option!! Highly recommend!!

Curbside pick up is awesome! After a long work day it is so nice to be able to pull up and have my order ready and on my way in a few minutes. Ordering on the app was so easy! And I don’t even have to get the kids out of the car. They even remembered the extra dressings and picked me a good piece of cake! A sweet young lady named America was so helpful!

The food was good. The employees were nice. But, I asked for a family sized appetizer, but was talked into buying essentially the same thing but it was 3 times as expensive as it should've been. Instead of about $15, my order was over $40 for offered less food than what I would've gotten if I'd ordered it the way I wanted.

Used to be my go to place, actually came here quite often!! I always call to order ahead and have done curbside pickup many times with no issues and today I was told well you should have ordered through the app and she wouldn’t even accept my payment over the phone cause she claimed to not be close to an iPad!! Thanks for wasting my time and I have no dinner!! After this and getting sick a few weeks back from them, I will not be going back!!!!

This location customer service is beginning to slack. The young lady was rude when taking my order. As soon as she took the order she asked is that it ? I replied yes what… she hung up. I was trying to ask the total and how long before the order was ready. I called back, someone answered the phone and hung up. Finally after calling back 3 times I got her back on the phone. I told her my order and asked what the total was and the wait time. Once she gave me that info she hung up. That was very rude. The food was good. Salmon and chicken cooked to perfection.

I really enjoyed picking up food here on the way home (usually every other week), but for the last month or so this location no longer shows up on the app or on the main Taziki's website. Will this be fixed soon? I only ever do carryout so no being able to order ahead means I won't eat here anymore.

WHATEVER, you order at Taziki's will be delicious. Period. I have eaten here several times and never been disappointed. My very place to eat.

Worst service ever! Rude rude rude!!We came in stood in line and when it got our turn the lady said she wasn’t taking any more orders and proceeded to tell and show us all the pending receipts she had to do. They were still open 3 more hrs and I counted 8 people in the entire store. I told her we drove an hour to get here and could we wait and she became more angry. I’m not sure why she turned me and several others away and just didn’t just lock the door and not sure why they continued to take to go orders even though we all stood there. I get you are busy but you could be polite about it. No, had to be rude and even turned a handicap couple away rudely too. Go to Panera instead they were glad to have us… the food was just as good!!

I will start off with the item that I foolishly passed up on. The as advertised incredible Baklava that I somehow refused to order. Knowing very well that it would have been the perfect crowning touch to a great Meal! Booo!😡🤷‍♂️Oh well as I said the rest of The Food that I ordered was great. The Grilled Beef Gyro was yummy as was The Classic Tzakiki Sauce.🥩🌯🥒🤤 And The Seasonal Fruit as well as an inventive Combination of Soft Drink Flavors!😋🍇🍓🍍🥤A Very Enjoyable Experience with Perfect Service and Atmosphere; The Cooking Aroma was downright spellbinding.🤤 Most certainly intend to return and consider it an honor to have eaten here! Ordered close to 4pm, hot day looking for cool food 3 salads : cucumber & tomatoes salad, veggies were limp and drowned in vinegar. Chicken salad was mushy and watery, little flavor. Pasta salad was just pasta, but sprinkle of feta made it decent. Pita chips good. Disappointed.

Food was good. Had Chicken kabobs and Grilled shrimp. Lemon chicken soup little salty Would appreciate a menu on the table [a small paper one maybe] rather than having to use phone or try to read it on board above counter

Clearly written on this receipt is what I ordered and what should’ve been packed. They didn’t give me the drinks I ordered. when I did pick up I realized that 2 was added, not just the 1 I had ordered. I had to go in and ask them to remove it because I only ordered the drink for the convenience of me not making the drink myself and being able to save time by drive by pick up. Get home, what do you know, no whipped feta. Received hummus instead- Which is so beyond frustrating when your order isn’t correct twice. So triple check your orders guys - seems they don’t care much about their customers. I literally eat taziki’s once a week on 280, alabaster… step up your game.
