I’ve always been made to feel extremely comfortable and always left feeling confident in the work they provided. Dr Mini has always made me feel extremely welcomed! They go above and beyond to work appointments around my family schedule. Including emergency appointments. Being a new patient at this Dental practice I am very pleased of the treatment I have received for my teeth. As I had urgent dental needs that needed to be attended to, my parents suggested this wonderful practice as they are patients also. The staff are all wonderful and make you feel at ease when you feel slightly anxious of being at the dentist. In my case the staff makes me feel very relaxed that I fall asleep in the chair. Definitely a 5 star rating from me. The welcome I receive each time I enjoy immensely. Thank you! The name says it all. Lower Templestowe Dental excellence provides excellent dental services. I was referred by my brother to go there as he had his invisalign done by Dr Mini. Dr Mini is a great dentist. Shes made me feel safe and treated me with lots of care and patience when i visited her for my dental appointments. She is definitely a ⭐️ and knows what she is doing and how to talk to patients who experience anxiety during the dental procedures. I really appreciate the time she takes to explain the procedures in the simplest way and also when she tells me what shes up to during the procedures. I always feel welcome when I go there and the receptionist Angela is also excellent. Id highly recommend this place even if I have to drive 1 hr to get there.

This is a genuine review, from Linda Hoh. I needed a new dentist for my 96 year old Mum, Ava. Somewhere with easy access and near to where Ava's aged care residence is. I chose this practice without knowing anyone who went there. Mum has seen Dr Scott twice now, she is very happy with the level of work and care, and she likes Dr Scott very much. Mums previous dentist retired a few years ago, she had been going to him for over 50 years, and had been a patient at that practice for 75 years, so finding a new dentist for her that she would be happy about was a challenge! Dr Mini Li has been my Dentist for 10 years, and now my 3 daughters dentist. We moved to Brisbane now but any work that needs to be done we fly down to see her because I only want the best for my family. My girls love and trust her and we believe it's so important ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND
