Sigh,
I
don’t
think
I’ve
posted
a
bad
review
before.
However,
when
I
left
your
store
and
went
elsewhere,
I
realised
that
customer
service
is
literally
EVERYTHING
in
retail.
I
came
to
your
store
twice
this
morning,
on
both
occasions,
I
had
to
stand
there
staring
at
staff
while
they
finished
their
conversations.
The
first
young
girl
was
quite
sweet
and
helpful.
The
second
one,
had
such
a
poor
attitude.
I
don’t
know
much
about
mattresses,
hence
why
I
was
there.
I
had
forgotten
what
the
first
sales
person
had
told
me
so
questioned
what
the
difference
between
the
two
was
to
the
second.
The
second
one,
proceeded
to
ask
the
first
young
girl
“Did
you
show
her
the
mattresses?”.
I
intervened
and
stated
she
had
but
I’d
forgotten
as
I
left
the
store
and
shopped
around
at
surrounding
stores
and
then
returned.
The
sales
lady’s
tone
and
attitude
during
the
short
interaction
made
me
feel
totally
dismissed
and
the
way
she
asked
her
coworker,
especially,
the
“did
you
show
HER..”
could
have
been
communicated
much
more
professionally
and
politely.
Her
body
language
made
me
feel
as
if
I
was
a
chore
and
she
seemed
totally
miserable
in
her
job.
I
wonder
why
your
sales
representative
couldn’t
respond
to
my
question
about
the
difference
with
“sure,
let
me
show
you”
or
“so
this
mattress
has
x
and
y
and
the
other
has
a
and
b”.
I
appreciate
that
your
staff
members
were
busy,
though,
standing
at
the
register
looking
at
me
like
I’m
the
dumbest
person
to
walk
the
earth.
I
had
the
full
intention
of
purchasing
2
mattresses,
a
bed
frame,
tv
unit
and
I
also
needed
a
couch.
I
said
something
along
the
lines
of
“I
will
skip
on
them,
as
your
customer
service
is
poor
and
I
find
you
quite
rude”.
Your
sales
member
did
apologise
and
said
at
that
point
that
she
would
have
taken
me
to
either
mattress
to
explain
the
differences
if
I
hadn’t
been
shown
prior.
Her
attitude
quickly
changed
again
when
I
responded
with
my
defence
of
“I’ve
seen
heaps
of
mattresses
and
I’ve
forgotten,
and
the
fact
I
stood
there
waiting
for
you
to
greet
me
and
help
me
is
an
additional
factor
that
has
lost
me
as
a
customer”
(or
something
like
that,
I
was
civil).
The
response
I
received
from
the
sales
lady
was
“okay,
thank
you”
with
eyes
rolling.
As
I
turned
to
leave,
the
sales
person
has
proceeded
to
ask
the
manager
within
ear
shot
“do
you
think
I
was
rude?”.
Although
I
couldn’t
see
or
hear
the
managers
response,
I
feel
that
conversation
could
have
taken
place
once
I’d
left
the
store.
I
did
ask
who
was
the
manager
at
that
point
and
was
told
by
the
same
sales
lady
by
a
pointed
finger
“her”,
referring
to
the
lady
standing
beside
her.
Your
manager
didn’t
even
look
up
or
try
and
resolve
the
conflict.
She
had
less
care
about
anything
other
than
whatever
she
was
doing
on
the
computer.
If
that’s
management,
no
wonder
your
staff
are
portraying
a
complete
lack
of
interest
in
customers
and
I’m
not
surprised
that
your
sales
people
made
me
feel
as
if
I
was
a
total
waste
of
oxygen.

I
am
far
from
a
drama
Queen
and
I
don’t
let
too
much
upset
me
usually.
Today
was
horrid,
and
it
sucks
because
I’m
on
a
budget
and
returned
to
the
store
wanting
to
purchase
furniture.
I
work
hard
for
my
money,
and
I
can’t
comprehend
how
I
am
expected
to
purchase
products
when
one
staff
and
then
the
manager
(initial
staff
member,
Asian
girl,
was
lovely
enough
and
the
2
stars
are
for
you
sister!)
are
so
unwelcoming,
abrupt,
dismissive
and
generally
rude.
Maybe
you
had
a
bad
morning,
or
are
going
through
a
hard
time.
I
apologise
if
I
added
to
that.
Please
don’t
take
it
out
on
customers,
we
don’t
deserve
that.
I
know
it’s
hard
to
pretend
to
be
cheerful,
engaging,
kind
and
helpful
when
you’re
in
a
bad
mood,
but
that’s
all
that
customers
care
about.
If
you
don’t
like
your
job,
find
somewhere
else
to
work,
the
world
is
your
oyster.
